“4 different manangers in 2 years, mobey came up missing from my account, management faiked to look ibto it before file an Eviction. After I got an attorney and found my money missing, management had to drop the Eviction. Filing a False Eviction is against Texas Property Code, which now they are being sued for and breech of cobtract.”

“I believe that all the previous reviews were true on the date they were posted. But I can now honestly say being a current resident. That they have extremely improved. Before when I would drive by there was trash, graffiti and people always hanging out. But now, it is quiet and clean. The people I do see outside are usually other residents kids playing. Nothing like before. The laundry room is always clean and nice and cool. I always see the office manager and maintenance on property. When I do place a service request they usually come the same day. If not within a day or two. The times the office manager has seen me she's been very nice and asks how things are going. The manager and personal also do events for all the residents. For Easter they had food, drinks, games for the kids a pi ata and a Easter egg hunt. I was so amazed on how so many residents participated. I saw faces that I hadn't ever seen. All I can say is that I'm happy and it's to bad for what the previous residents had to go through. I wouldn't mind saying longer after my lease is over.”

“i am sorry to say but i have lived in north side all my life and personally these apartments are the worst i have seen so far. they are nasty, windows are boarded up. and occassionally you will see rats by the dumpster. these apartments are no good. they should be knocked down”

“i live down the street from this dump. windows are borded up, mold and mildew stains on outside walls. place should be torn down.”

“Oh my god, this place is a little old but that still does not beat the fact that it is literally in the center of Houston, Texas. The staff that is managing it at the moment is very professional and even answered all my questions. They made me feel very welcomed and that made me appreciate the fact I moved to Houston for work purposes since I moved here. I believe I want to make Houston my home perminant and especially here at Central Apartments. Doug”
