“They were really nice and straight up about it. Jose Perez in specifically gave me a wonderful time. He did it fast enough but also he did a good job with the problem. Would one houndred percent recommend him to any person.”

“As I was making my "thankful list" for tomorrow I had to include Ms. Carrier and Diamond as well as the rest of the staff. I have been going through a very, very difficult time. They have been so supportive! It's been a miracle. I would never have made it through without them. HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE! Also, I am thankful for the hot water being restored.”

“This is my first apartment ever and I hate it they moved me in with a mildew tub I could never sit down and relax and take a bath I’ve been taking showers since I moved here when I go complain to the office about it they ack like they cannot do anything about it. One of the lady’s was like in March they will come and remodel it but they still haven’t came and its the end of March . My upstairs neighbors stomp all day on top of me I’ve even asked him to calm it down he says the floors are thin that when he walks it’s hard for him not to stomp I’ve even went to the office about it they still won’t do anything about it . not only that when I first moved here it took them damn near 2 months just to get me a Parking spot I literally had to make my own . My hot water is currently off right now it’s been 2 days I asked my neighbor he said his is on . I just went in the office to make a complaint about it knowing they are going to take years to come fix the problem I’ll literally have to keep going to the office about it just so it can be fixed.. I’ve made seafood one day and ever since then I just been seeing nets constantly around my house it’s ridiculous. Also they have baby roaches bad I have to keep my house super clean just so it won’t get worser. I hate these apartments and can’t wait till my lease is up in November I wish they could just let me out my lease because I work hard for everything I got and this is not worth it at all. It’s like all they care about is your money not about your living conditions. I pay almost 750 for rent when I could have found something way better than this for that price”

“Let me tell yall something. Juany pulled some strings for ya girl to live here. I had a prior eviction and my credit is all ----ed up.She fought for me to have an apartment. I would have been still searching for an apartment right now. She real af. She stayed AFTER THE OFFICE CLOSED to give me my key to my apartment. She did not get any extra pay or nothing. She made sure I had everything in order when I moved in. Yeah maybe the apartments aint the best of the bunch, but everything is what you make it. Anything broken? They fixed it the same/next day. Every apartment is not perfect, but the way I was treated was better than some of y'all family treat y'all. If you need a second chance and you are working and willing to pay your rent on time, then you need to give them a call. Juany could fight for you to have an apartment too. Just give them a chance to earn your business. Get a job, Get yo tax money, and hit them up. Lets Go!!!!!!”

“Quail Creek 2 is the worse apartment ive ever lived in, the office employees are rude, especially to non-spanish speaking renters. The management takes more than 3 months for repairs, thats after you have been to their office back and forth atleast once per week. I would not advice a non-spanish speaker to dare move here. The neighbors play music every hour of the night, especially during weekends.One neighbor had a party one night and my car got hit and scratch that night but no one saw anything the next day ofcorse.The trash bins are constantly overflowing. Dogs are left to roam without leash or companion. Ive requested to have my AC fixed since last year but to no avail, It gets worse every time they "fix" it. DO NOT MOVE HERE”

“I been here for a year and since Martha left the new staff has been horrible so unprofessional I pay Parking for what if I have to park at the end because the tow company don’t come to tow cars but they want money every month I referred someone and they leaving in an apartment with no ac/heat and the apartment wasn’t even ready to move in but they did got there money but not fix nothing is a shame that the people there are getting pay for not doing there job but when rent come y’all want y’all money but when stuff needs to get fix they don’t come right away and about my mold that I been having since I moved in all they do it clean it with Clorox and spray paint it why not fix the problem maybe the mold won’t be coming back”

“I had lived here since 2013 is really good place to live at . Only thing dont have a big parking lot if you park on the street has to be carefull or you park far or expect a ticket next morning... but not problems at all .. Bad thing we may have to look another place to go. every yr new release and rent keep going up ??????.. I wish I can stay here another years...”

“I have to say since the new management has took over, the property is so much better. Inside and outside staff is wonderful and helpful. They communicate with residents a all time.”

“I have been there about 2 years and with the new company that took over is making my place of living much better. I love the upgrades and the office people you guys have. The working guys are very friendly and always offering to help. I hope they continue the improvements and keep the same people.”

“I have lived at Quail Creek since may 2015, it has been nice, quite and my apartment is as nice as I want it to be. It is only up to me to keep pest under control by keeping my apartment's kitchen clean and clear of food as well as the entire apartment. A dirty apartment will beckon pest. My experience with maintenance has been the norm, just like other apartments i have lived at 3 to 5 days, but of course maintenance is not an issue because I take care of my apartment. I do have a heavy foot neighbor that lives above me... I may not like it, but it's an ok price to pay when I don't have to provide my own maintenance or pest control. All in all I love Quail Creek!!!”

“These apartments are not the place you want to call home. Since living here i have had people break into my vehicles on 4 seprate occasions. Once they actually stole all four tires off of my vehicle, right in front of the manager apartment. Since then they have done the same to another car in the same spot. Right in front of the managers apartment. 2 other times they broke into my car it was broad daylight with people outside working on the horrible conditions the apartments consist of. The manager has since hired security and they dont come until night time. Alot of things happen during the daytime though. The gates are always open so anyone can come and go as they please. How is that safe for residents? I was reading other posts and have the same problems other have had. These apartments are roach infested, the bath tub is disgusting, and has been that way since moving in. They just layer paint on top of pain so the cabniets dont even close properly. The only good thing that has happend since moving here was the parking lots being redone. The car ports are full of holes and looks like they are ready to fall in on you. It floods terribly in and around the complex. Its just not the place you would ever want to move in to. Dont let the cheap prices fool you, they are cheap for a reason.”

“So ready to move I went to the office to let them know people are not picking up there dog poop and I smell it every time I walk out my door and you must look down when you walk if not you may step in crap. They had the nerve to ask me do I know who it is and where they stay..... Like really, you want me to follow people to there home and come run and tell you when all you have to do is put notes on everyone door just sad to lazy to do there jobs and of course it been over a month now and nothing yet and on top of that the sewer be backing you and who the hell paints bath tubs hell I cant ever soak in my tub w/o paint pilling......................... Look else where the property is crap if they don't care why should we”

“I've lived in Park West for 3 years now, and transferred from one unit to another. The pros are location, right next to 290 , easy to get anywhere in town if you know the roads, and the price is pretty cheap. The 2 bed 2 bath units here are very spacious, almost feels like a small house if you get one with a front and back door. Now the cons.. the complex itself is built on a slope so the foundation is crooked, and as a result many of the doors don't close properly. In both units i lived in, one of the doors always had a draft. Complex is old as hell. I think the single worst thing would be that the sinks and tubs aren't porcelain, but rather a white paint. Yes, paint in the tub and sinks. So they get dirty extremely easily and after every shower I have to reach into the drain and remove paint peelings so they don't clog the drain. Disgusting. Also, the AC units are in the bathroom ceiling and they leak constantly. I remind you, I've lived in 2 units here and these problems I'm reporting have occurred in both units so I'm sure it's the same in others. I've had numerous maintenance visits for leaky bathroom ceilings and the problem isn't resolved. It's so common that one day I walked into the office and as soon as I said "my roof--" the lady cut me off and said "oh the AC in the roof is leaking?" Like come on now. Office ladies are really nice by the way. Also, pools are either dirty or closed half the time and when they are open it's only during office hours. And the on site laundry facilities are the absolute worst. I'd say 60% of the machines take your money and don't work, or their dirty. You can tell no one ever ever ever checks up on them. Only reason I still live here is because I work right in this area, rent is the cheapest in this zip code and plus I signed a contract. If you don't care about fancy living and just want convenience of location and low rent then this is the spot. Peaceful neighborhood with a lot of kids.”

“PROS: The moving in process was smooth. Hilda is great. Maintenance comes in a timely manner. Location is convenient. Close to lots of stores, restaurants and freeway. Easy to get to Galleria and Downtown area. CONS: The apartments are very old. They don't fix anything just do cover jobs. They paint over everything to make it look new and clean. The they have two pool, but only one is open. the one that is open is small and only open during business hours. Walls kind of thin, but if your neighbors doesn't have children it should be fine.”

“We moved here a couple of months ago, and I really want to leave already. When we got here there was mold on the windows, a door on top of the bathroom ceiling looked like it was about to fall off and the kitchen cabinets and drawers were full of that white powder for cockroaches. I called and complained and they came and fixed some of the issues, but they were supposed to send someone to clean the mold on the windows and no one ever came. In the first month the toiled kept clogging randomly every other day, one time poop water came into through the living room and the bathtub. A month ago MOSS was growing inside the living room ceiling, and I told one of the management ladies and they just sent someone to scrape it off through the outside. I tried taking it off with my broom and the dried moss is still there stuck through the ceiling. Also they advertise two pools, but they only open one which still looks really dirty, a few days ago I walked past the pool and I saw a red sign saying it was closed by an inspector until further notice. Some one also broke into our vehicle and stole our personal belongings, and attempted to move some wires underneath the steering wheel. The management ladies are nice, and so are the maintenance people but the apartments are sketchy.”

“Terrible apartments. Grounds look rundown. Clubhouse has boarded up window surrounded by a pool that almost always has some sort of trash in it. The interior of the apartment is pure crap, cheaply renovated and it shows. Infinite number of stray cats and extremely rude staff. Can't wait to move. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone.”

“I moved here from California. Hilda help me through the whole process over email and phone. She was so nice and kept me updated with the move her staff was helpful and welcoming as well. I been here since the beginning of April 2015 and I haven't had any problems. The complex does need to be updated in certain areas but its all a working progress. Right!”

“I moved in Dec 15th Since then, I have had no problems . The staff is very kind and professional . maintenance Wil come and fix things as needed my overall experience has been good. Also, there lots of kids, but, they Don't make a lot of noise ad I would think.At night, very quiet and peaceful I like living here...”

“These are the worse apartments that I have ever lived in. I have read some of the "reviews" on this place and I'm sure that they are fake. After six months of staying here there were roaches every where. It didn't matter how much I cleaned I had roaches. I even bog bombed the place 3 times and still had them. When I moved in the carpet was dirty and I said something about it and was told it's okay you will not be held accountable for that. That was a lie. I had black mold while I was living there and I told the office about it, where to find but somehow them didn't find any. This place is full of crap. Kids playing with a ball in the parking lot, not caring if they mess up your car. I could go and on about what a dump this place is but I doubt it will help at all. I do know that if you move here you will never see your deposit again.”

“I live here and these apartments are horrible, the manger might be nice. But it doesnt mean its a comfortable place to live. On the first and middle of the month there are always people smoking pot. I am waiting for my lease to expire so I can move. Honestly, go check it when the office closes and all night you will smell people smoking pot on there balcony as if there were smoking a legal cigarette.”

“I will never recommend these apartments! Hilda is the only nice 1 In the office! I had 2 experiences with 2 different maintaince 1 was great the other came knocked on my door I told him 1 moment my tv was on but he proceeded to unlock the door & open it thankfully I had my top lock there & shut the door because I was under dressed & alone! Never should maintaince MAN go into a home when they are there & not answering !! Also my restroom is awful the AC leaks from the mini door to AC so my carpet is wet every day! Not to mention the yellow stain in the tub from the AC drainage that falls into the tub which was there upon move in & they are aware. I don't even want to shower in the tub floor is hideous because it was painted with paint! Thankfully I have no roach problem that's 1 good thing! Oh & half my outlets in my living area don't work so I have this long extension cord where my cable Box my tv my internet box & my lamp all plugged into it!! They are also aware of that but could not be fixed. Also upon move in my so called cleaned carpet had 3 stains on it to wear I complained upon move in they tried to clean up stain but still noticeable & there! I can say 1 of the worst apartment I have ever encountered I cannot wait until my lease is up !!!!!! My apartment was not the best it could have been upon move in & they had 2 months prior to my move in !! I have only been here a few month so it's going to be a long year .”

“I have been living here for about 2 years and I must say I love it. the office staff is always smiling and so polite :) hilda is the best she always makes sure my needs are taking care of. the property is clean and quite I have no trouble parking and the area is pretty good. the prices are not too high but not to low they are just right. as of right now im thinking of renewing my lease again. don't see no point in wanting to move out. defenitly recomand this place to anyone.”

“Hi!! We live in a 3 bedroom apartment and my mom asked me to write this review for her because she dose not speak English. We like it here and my mom likes the office ladies she said they are always nice to her. I have a lot of friends here and we play outside a lot. The only thing bad is that there is no playground for me and my friends. But other than that we don't have any problems. So if you have kids come live here we like new friends!! Thank you and bye!!”

“I leased a one bed room apartment and I moved in on March 1, 2014. The apartment has been remodeled, I have new cabinets, appliances, carpet and new tub!! I just Want to say I love it. So far so good I hope to be here a while,”

“I have lived here about 8 months & i really enjoy living here. The office staff is very friendly and helpful even on days like today that they are very busy they still take the time to acknowledge you. Any maintenance issues I may have are resolved right away.”

“I have lived in this property since 2008 and I must say that in the past 4 yrs or so the property has improved significantly and the staff is very professional and kind. There now seems to be a parking problem since most parking lots are taken, but nothing to really complain about. The maintenance crew is very efficient and have always gotten things done on a timely manner. It's rare the time that I have any issues with noise from other neighbors, and the times that I have had an issue, the staff have taken care of it. I would recommend this property to my friends and family. What I like the most is that it is closed by to basically any store or restaurant you might want to go. Don't have to drive far away for movie or dinner night with friends.”

“I Lived at this property for almost 2 years, I was beyond pleased with Office Staff. They are very helpful and attentive, I did have noise issues with my neighbors upstairs and they were immediately taken care of. I was pretty much to myself no one ever invaded my space nor was I ever a victim of crime.”

“Attention.....let me clear my throat!Please if you care about where you spend your hard earned money,Don't move here.Upon moving in,Don't expect them to clean the carpet.Secondly there are so many roaches.third....You're not gonna believe it but watch your cars at night because the tow truck company will move your vehicle while you're sleep just to get that $218 out of you and I know this for a fact because they slid my vehicle three times before.Next up, is I really liked this place as a stepping stone to get where I needed to be.Now to maintenance.....Very incompetent I swear none of my pumping including leaking ceilings did not ever get fixed completely ,I guess the next tenant will have too deal with that in building c apt.150 good luck to you because even after I cleaned the place after I left,I still got charged a $400 bill for leaving.You know the only thing that was dirty was the carpet that they never cleaned in the first place,Moreover...I left a dirty carpet at The Seasons apartments and still got my deposit back.Now you see my point....These people are out for money and I don't have any...Not for the tow trk comp.or these money hungry people.”

“About the only thing I like a these apartments is I really can't hear my neighbors through the walls. If you have people over for any reason you can forget about them finding a spot to park theirs car near you. They have to park in the back of the apartments or in the streets. My roof leaks just about every time it rains and it is still not fixed. My sink leaks and that is right you guessed it not fixed yet. No one has even looked at my roof or sick. This place is only worried about making a quick buck off you. Do Not Even Think about Living Here.”

“i have jst signed a contract with these apartments on the 1st of november, and i've already contacted the supervisor above the property manager to void my contract. Things that i specifically was told were going to be fixed before my move in day were not fixed. when i asked for a dicount for the next month's rent for the delay of my move in, i was disrespected by the property manager and was told "replacing the old carpet is an upgrade." MY SON HAS ASTHMA I CANNOT LIVE IN THESE APARTMENTS WHILE THEY FIX THE CARPET and yet the manager stood her ground on why i should be grateful. i have no recommendations for these apartments other than RUN AWAY!! RUN VERY FAR AWAY.”

“My family and I have lived her for over a year and we are still complaining about the same stairs that they said they were going to fix when we moved in, not to mention our AC is leaking and ruining the carpet and even though I have been complaining for the past three days maintenance still hasn't fixed it. Maintenance is horrible and so is the management, they lie and tell you that they will fix something but take forever to fix it not to mention they are rude and unprofessional! And also there is a roach infestation since before we moved in this place was crawling with roaches, that should've been our first clue. Unfortunately we are still staying here and I can't wait to move back to our old apartments.”

“This place is waaaaaay better than where I use to live. Manager is really nice and always works with me. Although its older, they do a great job with repairs! Ceramic tile floors are the best and the best part Is that it is a quiet, family oriented complex.”

“UNFORTUNATELY I AM A RESIDENT OF THESE APARTMENT COMPLEX. THEY PROMISE YOU SOMETHING THEY NEVER FULFILL AND IF THEY DO IT IS TOO LATE, WHAT'S THE POINT. THEY SAY THEY WILL HAVE THE APARTMENT READY IN A CERTAIN DAY, YEAH RIGHT MUCH MORE A WEEK AND THEY CAN NEVER DO THINGS RIGHT. A YEAR AGO, WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH OUR TUB, THE WATER WAS NOT DROWNING QUICK ENOUGH WHICH CAUSED THE TUB TO FILL WITH WATER. THIS OF COURSE IS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE BECAUSE WHILE YOU ARE SHOWERING, WELL YOU GET THE IDEA. SOMEONE CAME TO SUPPOSEDLY FIX THE PROBLEM, BUT LEFT IT THE SAME AND WITH A BIG BLACK BLOB ON THE TUB WHICH WAS SOME SORT OF GLUE THAT THEY USED TO COVER THE HOLE THEY MADE TRYING TO UNCLOG THE TUB. THE FRONT STAFF IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE. THEY HAVE NO SYMPATHY WHATSOEVER. THERE IS ONE LADY NAME MARIA THAT IS VERY NICE, BUT UNFORTUNATELY SHE LET'S EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE TELL HER WHAT TO DO. MARIA...YOU NEED TO SPEAK UP AND DON'T BE AFRAID.”

“well first I want to say that keeping up taking too long to came and fix things right. the parking are safe at least never steal anything from my car the only bad thing is that the road into the lot was heard and very ugly parkings I lived here for 2 years and everything is fine only bad thing was when they removed all the doors and just left the big gate that was a delas things I do not like according to the manager said it was for safety because many people was claim that there was to much crimes something very strange because I already had lived here as 1 year and nathing happen to me then after the time passed a woman on the second floor moved and made noise. I had many problems with it. so it's a reasonable down I neglect the move. and new office equipment is very bad and very careful i dont like sara”

“We all have had our share of expierences in one thing or another. I would like to say my family is very happy with The New Management Austin Management Group. The property looks so nice and all of the staff especially the office staff is the best couldn't have ased a better manager. When she's extremly buzzy or not available she always makes time to take care of her resident's and she's alway's walking the property. Lisa and Martha are the BEST!”

“I just moved in about 3 weeks and my ac has broke down twice. I've had to call in and nobody has been out to check my ac. The place is full of roaches and I've heard some stories about the place. They had a rape her about 2 years ago. If I would of know this I wouldn't of had moved in. I hate the place. At noghts its so dark and not safe. I know your not safe anywhere but here your really not safe..”

“I've lived here for about 5 years. I seen 3 different ownership (Cliff Management, Moody National Management, Capstone Real Estate and Austin Management Group) change and 8 managers( Reina, Beth, Mimi, Cody, Jenny, Jackie, Laurie, and Monica). This new management call Austin Management Group is the worst. They came in at the end of January. They don't have a stable office staff and outside staff. Maintenance is really bad, roofs are as old as the property, security is bad, etc.. Maintenance work orders take about 3 to 4 weeks to get around to see the proble not to get complete. I don't know of any apartment that doesn't leak. Security you never see them and if you do see them they are hanging out with the bad residents. I referral a friend her apartment was so dirty when she moved in. The kitchen was so bad appliance are so old. Capstone Real Estate came in and replaced a while bunch of carpet, appliances and fixed up the property from the outside, and they always had the roofing company here. Word got out by the housekeeper that the only manager that had been here for about 3 years had got fire about 3 weeks after they came in. She was the only one that really knew the property and was a very nice person. They really let a good worker go. They have the poor assistant (Martha) by herself. They have a old man (Al) working but he is too old to even work he needs to retire. The poor assistant (Martha) is always doing everything on her own. Up to date she is still on her own. Can someone please apply and help her out. Let's see how long she's going to stick around. That's if they don't fire her too, she is a very nice person. If I haven't moved is because I'm waiting on an immgration appointment.”
