“I moved in October, And asked the young ladies at the front to get rid of a suspicious person that hangs around the stairs ALL DAY EVERYDAY (this person has a criminal record) Its November and the guy is still their, He doesnt pay rent here and they "talked to him already" You pay for parking monthly, my car got towed and wasnt informed about the Reserved parking policies when i first moved in. This complex has a ---- load of rats and insects. you have to keep bugging for them to do something about pest control. This is a very ------ place to live. Ive complained numerous times about this guy and they havent done anything about it, but "talked to him" and tell me they cant do anything about him because "hes visiting" This criminal has "been just visiting" for 2 months. DONT LIVE HERE”
