“my mother and I live on this apartment complex and this is the worst experience ever. We are hard working people that just want a place to live without giving anyone trouble. Our rent was due on the 3rd of December and we were unable to pay it until the 6th of January 2015 including the late fees. The manager and 2 of the maintenance workers had the audacity to go inside my apartment without my permission and the ransaked it not knowing that my girfriend was inside. When they realized that she was there, they threatened her by telling her that if we didn't pay the rent(mind we had already planned on paying it as we were only late for 3 days) they would come take my valuable goods from me. These people take advantage of the tenants because they know that's the only place that we can afford to live in. They jack up the prices for rent as they please. The maintenance is horrible. I no longer feel safe in my apartment as they can come in to it as they please. Perhaps even send someone to steal my things. therefore, I will start looking into getting out of this hell hole I do agree that the health dept should come take a look at them and they should either close them or get rid of the management they currently have and bring in new PROFESSIONAL management on board. I don't recommend this hell hole to anyone unless you are ready to be treated like a freaking animal.”

I am a single mother of 3 kids and I heard around the complexes around the area are unsafe. I haven't had any problems here with people trying to break into my apartment like I did at other complexes. They recently changed the name to Casa Grande and painted the buildings. When I first moved here they always lost my money order. The new people are really nice and the manager always tries to help me out. I have trouble with rent sometimes and instead of just filing all types of orders to have me evicted, she works with me to keep my home.”

Spent thousands of dollars on remodeling the office but has his tenants living in the heat with no air condition. I have called for over a week for my A/C to get fix and all I get is I am sorry we only have one maintenance man. Well then should only have one tenant. The property supervisor a vietnamese girl name -----, I called to speak to her and she started laughing over the phone!!??? The sewer gets back up everyday.. the appliances are so old that my food spoils all the time. I finally had enough and called the city, yes they did fix my a/c as soon as I did but it broke the next day. I called again, and again... I am not sure what to do at this point I need to get out of this hell hole.”

We are moving in June and I am thanking G-d that we are. The maintenance is the worst ever. They never come and fix anything no matter how many times we put in a form for it they just ignore it no matter how bad it is. One of our bathrooms has been out of order for almost a year and a half. They have never come and clean the carpets like they are supposed to according to tenant laws. It's supposedly "under new management" but all they have done so far was take out the fencing on the back porches, so now we can't leave out anything without fear of it getting stolen. They are also telling us we can have anything outside like bar-b-Que pits or bikes or anything that's supposed to be outside. The master bedroom in our house has no electricity and nearly caught on fire because the wiring is bad. We have sent in numerous request for all of these and even paid for the damage that was our fault and still they haven't fixed it. The most important I would say is that our front door was broken into and it was broke. We couldn't close or lock our door. We needed it fixed right away and they did nothing. They didn't even come look at it. We had to "fix" it ourselves and it's only enough to be able to close and lock out door but I'm pretty sure if some one wanted to it wouldn't be too hard to break it in again. I would not recommend these apartments to ANYONE even if they were low on cash. Anywh ere is better than this place. Plus there are kids always on our front porch smoking weed and drinking and being obnoxious. Crime rate it horrendous too.”

Now i beleive you get what you pay for.. The staff is NOT organized or handle things in a professional matter. I received the 3 months free deal when i moved in. Then on EVERY month that was suppose to be free, i would receive an eviction notice. Other residents of this apartment walk around trying to sell drugs or buy drugs!! One day after going to dinner we headed back to our apt. My daughter who is 1 years old and my husband and i were approached by a Man. i was so scared when i saw him pull out a gun. He then asked us if we wanted to buy it.. People were getting robbed while WALKING. You may think that because they have security that this is a good apartment to live at but no, they only have securities because they are so BAD!! There is never any parking! They advertise in their brochure and on the web that they have two pools.. Well they do have 2 pools but one is filled with dirt and the other is nasty.. they will always tell me that someone was going to clean.. that was 6 months ago!!. I was told by one of the residents there that they have lived in these apartments for 1 1/2 years and NEVER seen the pools opened!. So if you have kids and care about them and your safety-PLEASE DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT FROM HERE!!”
