The staff in this building is what sets it apart from other apartment buildings I've lived in. The front desk staff including; Hugh, Irenio and Seth are all friendly and professional. They are always quick to help out with everything and somehow manage to stay on top of the hundreds of deliveries that come in weekly. I know a disproportionate of these packages were mine and every time I would pick up a package I was always greeted with a smile and warm conversation. Dealing with the leasing and management staff, including Fazi and Deena was always a pleasant experience. They patiently answered all of my questions and made me feel extremely welcome at all times. Any maintenance issues were handled promptly and without issue. I did not have any major issues, just the normal lights that had burned out and getting the filter replaced on my refrigerator. The system Camden uses for maintenance is easy to use and provides feedback throughout the process, all directly to your phone/email. I honestly do not have anything negative to say about my time here. The location is great with plenty to do nearby. Everything you could need is no more than a 10 minute drive away, often even less than that. Thanks to everyone on the Camden team who made my stay as pleasurable as it was!”

They work as a team from the time we came to take a look, move in, live, and now about to depart for another city. The location of this apartment has many perks. It is close to Whole Foods and many restaurants. It is also close to Galleria Mall (but not too close to be affected by its traffic). The parking space has never been an issue (unlike some other apartments we have rented). Anyway, you don't have to take our words for it. You can experience them firsthand by reaching out to their leasing consultant to take a tour and get more information. Kudos to Deena for being very helpful with our questions and paperwork. It’s been years since I’ve been apartment hunting so I was looking for any and all assistance. My employer had aligned me with a company that handled such assignments. I was given five different properties plus had another lead through a work colleague. My first appointment was with Camden Post Oak located at 1200 Post Oak Blvd. Not knowing what to expect, I was open minded. I was greeted in the foyer and promptly escorted to one of their meeting rooms. There I met with Danielle, Business Relations Specialist. After discussing my requirements, Danielle spent the next two hours reviewing various floors plans, showing me no less than 7 different open apartments, answering any and all questions ranging from the amenities to monthly fees. To say that I was impressed, with not only the property, but the superior service provided by Danielle is an understatement. I felt very much as though this was more than just showing another customer what was available. The personal touch was very much present appreciated. Over the next two days, I saw the other properties. Knowing that I had a return flight to catch, I reached out once again to Danielle to see if I could drop by (with virtually no notice) to see the apartment that I had set my sights on. Without an appointment, she was more than accommodating in that she once again walked me through the space as well as showed me the model that offered up ideas as to what the space would look like furnished. Fast forward to today. I will be moving into this property and very much looking forwarding to my time in Houston. Without hesitation, Camden Post Oak and Danielle made the decision easy. Thank you!
