“Toured both Camden Plaza and greenway apartments in April. Kaitlyn was really helpful and friendly when showing me both during my visit. Although I decided to live somewhere else, Camden plaza has great amenities and good location. Might consider moving here in the future.”

“I've been living here since Nov 2022 and it has been a pleasurable experience. The staff are extremely friendly and profesdional. I would like to thank most especially Michelle who I could always depend on for any assistance I may need. Maintenance service requests are always done within 24 hrs. The location is great. I would recommend this apt complex to all my family and friends. Love my new home!”

“I have lived here for a little over a year and decided to transfer into a bigger apartment instead of leaving for somewhere else. The staff, especially Kaitlyn, helped me choose a bigger apartment that suited my working from home needs. They made the process so easy, and I felt they really cared about my experience. Thank you! Additionally, it’s a great location for me to hop on the highway and head to work and it’s really convenient being able to walk from my apartment directly into the garage where my car is parked. The interior of both apartments I’ve lived in is light and feels modern. I love it!”

“The property was clean and quiet during my tour. Seemed very well maintained. The amenity spaces are very tasteful. I also liked how I could tour at my leisure through their app Chirp. I was able to come back to the leasing office at the end of my tour and had all my questions answered. Nubia was very helpful!”

“I love how professional and friendly the staff is! They make an effort to keep tenants happy and ensure all areas are kept sanitized and tidy. So far, I'm enjoying the pool and gym room (they have a Peleton!).”

“Love calling it home Heidi, Carrie Mandy Nubia and the maintenance staff are amazing The location is wonderful two pools for 200 units . That says a lot right there I have a updated unit It has been awesome!! The amenities are really good . The size and convenience of garage parking with onsite storage is a plus The gym equipment is equivalent to gym memberships but nicer because it rarely crowded . This has been a welcomed change and was so lucky to find it when a quick decision needed to be made .it ended up being a great decision!”

“The staff and maintenance crew here at Camden Plaza are just one of the reasons I hope my lease won't skyrocket when it is up in the next few months so I can stay here. I knew nothing about Houston when I moved here this past year. Heidi and at the time, Madison, were extremely helpful. Every new office staff member has been great as well. Houston is a big city and there will be crime no matter where you live. What sets Camden Plaza apart is their level of communication and transparency. They share tips on cleaning your apartment, rent reminders, food trucks that are coming, and other things that are occurring in the area around the apartment building. The location is another huge win too, especially for someone who wants easy access to all that Houston has to offer.”

“Safety is a big issue here. No security onsite after hours and is needed. There is a lot of crime in the area. There have been shootings in the immediate area, suspicious people roaming area checking apts to see if door are locked. Anyone can get in easily through the garage gates by following other cars in. Cars are stolen several times a year in the gated parking garage. This is not the safest area to live...too much crime.”

“I love living here. Security is excellent the complex is well lit and the gates always work. There's an amazon lock box so I always get my mail. Maintenance and front office are dependable and always there to help.”

“I've lived at Camden Plaza for almost a year and it's been great! The community is always clean and well taken care of. The staff in the office (Heidi, Daniel, Madi & Carrie,) is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is so awesome, they're quick to take care of your maintenance requests. There's a Peloton bike in the cycling room that I love to use. The location is great. It's quiet and surrounded by great restaurants. I've really enjoyed my stay and hope this review can help others find a home here at Camden Plaza.”

“I absolutely love living in Camden! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. My partner and I moved here from CA and they all made the entire leasing process easy. We were able to apply online and become instantly approved. Upon arriving here, we were pleasantly surprised at how clean and well-maintained the entire complex is. Unfortunately, we are moving out but would stay at Camden plaza if we could! Special thanks to Daniel, Maddie, and Kayleigh (she's now at a different Camden) for assisting with everything while applying and all their help during our stay.”

“We're leaving Camden Plaza tomorrow to move back to Florida - I'm in the in the middle of packing and wanted to stop to once again say how amazing my time living here has been. From Heidi, Daniel, Kayleigh and Madi (returning soon from maternity leave-with little Bear) and the maintenance staff, I have received truly exceptional service. I was looking for a place to live and read all their great reviews, and you always wonder if they are legit, and they so are. I am a bit needy LOL and this staff has exceeded all of my expectations. I have never felt rushed, pushed to the side or like I am just a number or tenant. That's not how anyone that lives here would ever be treated. Any issue I may have had or concern has always been addressed promptly and with discretion. Camden Plaza has set the bar very high. Whether Camden is having a Holiday party, a happy hour or if you are just going down to grab a coffee or a treat for your pup, this Staff is always so welcoming, personable and they truly embrace everyone. Bear and I have experienced an all-around great quality of life living here. Thank you to each and every one of you for all you've done for us. We will miss you!!!”

I am very pleased with my stay here (since Jan '19). I would definitely recommend the Camden Plaza to anyone interested in an effortless and peaceful home life balance!”

“From my experience and interactions with the staff, they really care about their residents and take care of any issues immediately. They also send out very useful communications and reminders. Everyone is friendly, including all the residents I came in contact with. Many great restaurants and just about every supermarket and Costco are nearby. There's even a spot for a food truck to park every couple of days. I recommend this place if you would like to stay in the area. I had absolutely no problems living here and would stay again if I were to move back to Houston.”

“I have lived at Camden Plaza for several years for a reason. For starters, the modern floor plans and the location are excellent. Residents are away from the hustle and bustle yet just a short walk or drive away from all the retail centers/malls, businesses, restaurants/bars, and entertainment. It is also conveniently located near all the major highways (59/69, 610, 45, etc.), which is important for traveling for work or pleasure within Houston. The quiet, intimate property is maintained extremely well with an awesome maintenance team that is extremely prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. Even when there are staff changes, customer service for the management team is everything. They communicate consistently with residents to ensure they are kept informed with notices, emails, and phone calls, always ensuring residents are happy and their needs are met. The team also plans many social events for residents and continues to provide new amenities for a more convenient resident experience. Some of the amenities are the two beautiful pools, grills, the modern business center, coffee station, lounge and club/game rooms, fitness center, Amazon hub, Stockwell Store, etc. Also, the leasing process is so easy and convenient, especially when renewing your lease. Camden Plaza's management team really try to go above and beyond to make their residents' lives easier. For all the animal lovers, Camden Plaza is very pet friendly and really care about their four-legged residents. From the dog park, pet events, and pet of the month features, they really try to make this a caring community for pets. Even my dog receives correspondences addressed to him! Needless to say, if you are looking for a beautiful, modern apartment, nestled within a clean, intimate, quiet, pet friendly property/community with a caring management and maintenance team in the heart of the city, then I highly recommend Camden Plaza! “I just moved out of the Camden Plaza recently but I have nothing but good things to say about it. The amenities and location are a great value with what you pay for. The leasing office and the apartment maintenance crew are wonderful and friendly and keep you up to date with news and events. Work orders are done quickly and in a timely manner. Dogs and cats are allowed which was a plus for me. They have an Amazon locker for package deliveries, a gym, an office area, and many more amenities.If you're looking in the area, definitely stop by for a tour. It's walking distance from Edwards Cinema, Costco, numerous restaurants and other locations, and Lakewood Church. Never had a problem or complaint here with my stay. Highly recommended. Good luck!
