“I moved into this community, which is gated in one year ago I have seen amazing upgrades. The staff is courteous. The property cares about your needs. We have on point security, clean, quiet. And a safe place to live.”

“The community was well kept up, quiet & everthing that i was looking in a apartment they had it and extra. The leasing agents especially Mrs. Perez is very polite and answer all my concerns to the best of their ability.”

“The convenience store by building 1 has cars with excessively loud stereo systems and characters making noise all day every day. If you are on the north side of building 1, don't expect a good night's sleep or a peaceful day. And, just like any older apartment complex in Houston...roaches are an issue.”

“don't move here all they care about is is taking money and charging you crazy late fees. and refusing programs been at hospitals and doctors Appointments because they don't properly clean they apartments when i first moved in paint was horrible and was finding people toys that they kids left and have to do more cleaning before i moved my stuff in her”

“With the proper upkeep, this could be a good choice. There are constant water issues. My unit has been flooded 2-3 times. Not worth the rental amount. Overall the neighbors are okay. I would actually move, if I felt like going through the moving experience, again.”

“My experience here has been okay. I really don't have any complaints I would like to share at the moment and if I did I think they are all specific to my unit and do not speak for the whole apartment complex. I would recommend these apartments but would just say to make sure to ask as many questions as possible to find out if this is best for you.”

“Amazing tour Ashlegh answered all of my questions and helped me with all the questions and concerns every step along the way . I felt so comfortable it made me apply for a unit . 10/10 highly recommend the tour.”

“Nice and pleasant staff members.Easy to talk with and inform them of things going on. Great place for me working because it's close to it.Thongs have got better since I've moved in.Just don't like the changing of staff”

“I am moving as soon as possible. No security. The gates are rarely locked and open most of the time. No one in the office knows anything. The mailbox area is dark and unsafe (never even locked). Maintenance sucks.”

“Great job new crew I like it different vibe and love the new tenants I love the new spot I'm in also the new parking rules the only thing I wish was better was the gym it's a inconvenience to have to go off premises to workout but the good thing is they put a planet fitness right behind us so we great”

“This is the worse apartment community I've ever lived in and wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy to live here. They don't care about residents and the front office is very unorganized. Having an issue is like pulling teeth around here.”

“Don't move here. If there is any issue in your apartment they will respond slow and use the cheapest route to "fix it". Leasing office doesn't communicate when they are delays. There are roach/rodent issues.”

“Loving my new apartment! Modern layout, clean finishes, and plenty of natural light. The building is quiet, amenities are great, and the location is super convenient. Very happy so far. Friendly and easy to work with”

“I love the staff! They are super cool, willing to help and make you feel at home!!! They did everything they could to welcome me, assist me me with the move in process and walked me through it... They always greet me with a smile and make me feel very comfortable!!!”

“Nice apartments but the maintenance people need to figure it out put in multiple requests but the problems are still here within my apartment. If the maintenance crew work better these apartments would be better.”

“Honestly it started out as a great place to stay. Friendly office staff and friendly community. But over time the customer service started to decline. The maintenance is slow and over worked. There are no supplies and the gates are always broken.”

“The housing facility is good and close to commuting to the 610 and 90 Highways. A spacious three-apartment can be lived comfortably in one apartment, with parking assigned trash pickup daily except Friday and Saturday”

“It has been a pleasant stay here since I've been here almost 2 years. Quiet community maintenance helpful in time of need front office. Staff is very helpful as well. I would refer someone to live here if they're needed someone to live.”

“The staff could be better with the move-in process. We had to push our date back multiple times because they were not ready. The apartments was not as clean as it could've been and we had a pest issue.”

“Ready to move asap because property is no longer safe and maintenance doesn't fix what is requested in a timely manner and when requested through office they take their time getting the issue resolved in a timely fashion”

“Great overall experience. Office staff is amazing helped me with any issues I had from rent to maintenance. Maintenance was really quick to fix any issues I had. Overall great community with great neighbors.”

“The office staff is very courteous, professional and nice to interact with. The maintenance staff completes work orders in a timely manner. All around, this is a good place to live. Been here almost 13 years.”

“Maintenance has been great so far. I'm new to the complex and that's important to my stay here. When I've had an issue they come out pretty quickly to resolve the issue. I hope that remains the same throughout my stay.”
