“This note is written to express my displeasure with Hollister Place Apartments and BH Management choosing to not renew my lease. Let me first let you know that I have been a resident for 10 plus years and am current with my rent and have been current during my tenure at Hollister Place. I am an Educator, and have not had a problem until this year and last year when I made a complaint about dogs not being on a leash and a boy who admitted to keying my car. Several residents witnessed this and wrote statements that was given to the apartment staff. My name have been defamed and blatant lies put out about my character! It was said that I was terrorizing kids and my neighbors, these are flat out lies. My apartment was burglarized twice in the time I have lived here and both times my doors were locked with a key and yes I was mad. I lost an abundance of expensive items and felt extremely violated. I expressed my frustration to management and filed a police report which is a natural reaction. It is odd to me that I am being treated as a monster in the place I have called home for all these years. Show me the proof. I was told I have to be out by 31 August 2022. I requested an extension because my new place would not be ready by said date. Not only that but want me to move and wrote a dreadful report to the apartment complex I was considering. How can I move if you guys are going to block my transition with made up lies. This is definitely defamation of character and malicious unfounded statements concerning my tenure here. If I was such a terrible tenant, how in the world was I able to stay here this long. Then a few weeks before telling me that you were not going to renew my lease, I had to talk to BH Management lawyer about any questions/ concerns yet you rent me a garage. Makes no sense! Lastly, Connie Montano and Kelly Seylar plotted against me. Both are good friends and work for BH Management. Both told me one thing and went to Sandra Stewart, who is one of the presidents with BH Management (whom I've emailed over 50 times, I have proof) yet never responded back.) Sonia who is the assistant manager is very racist as well. All the ------ complains about her as well. I've never seen where the entire staff in one place are the same race. Hollister Place Apartments staff members are all ---------. The head maintenance, Treveno, daughter is the receptionist. The list goes on and on but I will not linger on with it. Perhaps someone who is not racist will read my message and do what is right and that is to respond back in a timely manner.”

“I am a current resident and I just love it. I really get along with my neighbors and feel very safe and comfortable. The office staff and maintenance crew are wonderful. Sonia is the best and very helpful! I think this will be my home for many more years.”

“Mr. Julio Flores would have to be given the best maintenance award. Every morning he greets me with a smile and asks how I am doing. He walks around the property and makes us feel safe. He takes time to get to know the residents and many don't do that.”

“Julio Flores definitely is a wonderful maintenance guy. He is always there to help and make sure things are taken care of. We as residents can count on him at any time. Even for a personal matter as a car not starting he is there to help”

“The maintenance man Julio Flores works hard and is very attentive to what is needed to be fixed. He makes sure the job is finished and resident is satisfied with the job. He always greets and treats me with respect.”

“Amazing maintenance people specifically a man called Julio Flores. He was always available to help and got the things done quickly and efficiently. He was very polite and well mannered. This young man always greeted us when he saw us always a smile.”

“The only thing brother me is that it's no parking your family are friends really can't visit because you have two walk a mile for visit and it's seem the office people make it's only convenient for there friends to visit so it just feels like a apartment”

“Great community, good service, very advanced with technology; everything done online; they have features no other property near us has. You can open the front door of your apartment with your cell phone or you can also use an app which is what i do. It is so convenient.”

“Best experience living in apartments , good staff good management very quiet very clean and all look like new inside and outside the aparment, pool its clean, machine gym is very nice and new neighborhood is very quiet.”

“I love the apartment, it is the perfect size and has nice features. staff needs to do better at staying on top of things, as well as maintenance. moving into an uncleaned apartment was alarming. i expected better from staff and maintenance. i was also told there was not a roach problem in the community but i saw two roaches when moving in the first day.”

“The maintenance staff works on issues immediately! I am very pleased with the outcome! This is a nice property and very quiet! I have had no issues here and everyone is very friendly including the staff!”

“Good for me although not as comfortable with certain things! must improve with the work team. I felt some disorganization in some things. work more on that thanks for asking. also maintain control of cockroaches we found many in the apartment”

“I love this community because there are updated and they have cool features no one else I know has in this market. I can open the front door of my apartment by the click of a button and I have an update appliances and cabinets. The property mostly looks clean and the office staff is very nice and I can email them with any issues I have. It is in a good school district and nice area. Price is affordable for anyone with a decent job maybe not for someone with a minimum wage pay but its nice and peaceful here I live close to the lake and its very relaxing when I get home.”

“Overall, I enjoy my apartment and the community. Parking is often an issue and carports aren't always available for rent. The office staff isn't the most professional and follow-up on particular requests. Other than that, It's a pretty good complex that is conveniently located.”

“I love the apartment. I had some issues but they worked to resolve them. It is pretty quiet. The staff are nice. It is centered well with entertainment and restaurants. So far the area have not flooded. Haven't noticed much crime. The maintenance and staff are sweet. I would recommend.”

“My experience is really good ,I left this community, I tried something different and at the end of my lease, I moved. Worse mistake ever. I return to hollister place .. and I am happy with maintenance and the office staff.”
