“Bad Maintenance Water shutdown two or three times every month Bad management they never respond to calls Dirty place ,Loud music ,Unfriendly neighbors ,Bad Laundry appliances Leasing office claims it is your fault It is really a ---- place see other reviews on the net very body is complains I wonder why you do not take actions!!”

“DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I lived here from 2011-2012.. i had rats and roaches in my apt.. they never came to do pest control, even though we requested several times. My apt had old carpet, a door that didn't work, holes on the wall that looked like they were filled with like gum. Then 2 years later i receive a letter charging me $350 for cleaning and repair fees. Since i am trying to move into an apt, i had to pay but, when i called to request to speak to the manager.. she was never there. Like 5 times that the property and i tried calling to talk to her.. and she was never there. That trick lives there.."how is she not there at any time?" When i call to ask for the collections agency # all i got was an "oh i don't know the number, google up alexander rose" ... seriousssslllyyy??????”

“I honestly tought this apts were going to be good, worst descision ever! At the beggining of my lease I had to go over the office constantly because; there was a leak under the sing, the fan on the ceeling was loose, my oven wasnt working, my fire extinguisher wasnt good at all, thats when they came because we told them we were going to call the city on them. I have been living in this apts for a year and almost 6 months and Im just waiting for my lease to be over. The neighbors are good people. The only bad thing is the maintance and the girls at the office are only nice on rent day. The worst thing is BED BUGS AND ROACHES!!! Please thing twice before moving here. I started paying 810 now is 830 for a 2 bedroom apt Im pretty sure it will keep goin up. Also the laundry room. Never works! Always taking ur money away and washers full of dirty water the office staff says that is not there problem.”

“Noooooo noooooo nooooo nooooo!!!!!! I have been lived her for a year and this's the Very horrible place to live , Staffs here very very bad and unprofesional n poor maintnace! This ppl WON'T FIXED NOTHING!. at the end of the contract they promist to give a discount to stay and wait unstill you end of the contract and ready for a new one they forget about the promist and i ask them. They not kip there pomist they said to me ( we have alot of customer now we not give you any discount you stay or live we dont care )!!!! when the time i lived there we dont have internet for 7 nonth because in that apt dont have any contrac with any internet company i fell my class becau of it . I come ask them every week ! They allway pormist next week for along as 7 month .”

“This apartment is a hell, the workers are evil, they don't do anything, they are sooooooo cold. and you don't know what time they stop water. so never never never live in this apartment.”

“NOOOOOOOO NOOOOOO NOOOOOO NOOOOOOOO!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE, YOU WILL MAKE A HUGE MISTAKE JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE ON HERE & I DID FROM THE ABOVE REVIEWS. BEEN LIVING ON THE PROPERTY FOR ABOUT 1 AND A HALF. THANK GOD MY LEASE IS ABOUT TO END. FROM THE VERY BEGINNING THE KITCHEN IN MY APARTMENT WAS JUST GROSS, THE SINK, THE FLOOR I DON'T EVEN LIKE GOING IN THERE TO COOK. THE CARPET WASN'T EVEN THE SAME COLOR IN THE ROOM. THE TILE ON THE RESTROOM WALL IS FILTHY WITH BLACK STUFF. MY TOILET STARTED GETTING STRANGE PAINT MARKS WHICH, IM GUESSING SOME OF THE WORKERS HAD CAME TO USE OR SOMETHING CAUSE NEITHER I OR MY HUSBAND WORK WITH PAINT. OUTSIDE YOU WILL SEE LITTLE KIDS AS YOUNG AS 1 YEAR OLD COME OUT FROM TRASH CANS. THE PARKING LOT IS A FILTH, THEY PAINTED THEM SOME ORANGE COLOR WHICH MAKES THEM LOOK EVEN WORSE. I HAVE SEEN 2 RATS IN MY APARTMENT. THE MANAGER KNEW ALL OF THIS AND UP TO THIS DATE WHAT HAS SHE DONE?? NOTHING, NOTHING WHAT SO EVER. THEN THEY GET MAD WHEN PEOPLE PAY LATE, UP ON YOUR --- CALLING AND LEAVING A PIECE OF PAPER ON YOUR DOORS FOR EVERYONE TO SEE. THE PLACE IS FILLED WITH ROACHES!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!”

“Very horrible! Starting off wit bedbugs n poor maintnace! This ppl WON'T FIXED NOTHING!. But when it comes to being a day late for rent they want to blow up ur phone.. The maintnace ppl r sweet but not enough! There's always a sewage leak near d praking lot which is discussing! They leave that there for weeks! Last but not least!!! They keep the pool close ALL THE TIME!! it can be hot as hell n they won't open it!!!!!!!”

“Estos son los peores apartamentos del mundo, hay chinches, el pinche mantenimiento es de lo peor tienes ke irles a picar el culo para k se puedan mover... Y luego las pinches gatas de la oficina se creen como si fueran las due as sobretodo la maltita guadalupe.... Y gente no se lo recomiendo a nadie k se vallan a mover ahi es de lo peor.. Absolutamente TODO!! Mejor pudranse malditas ratas!”

“Lived here at Town Park Apartments for over two years. It hasn't been that bad until today. They have started painting this beautifully classic brick building. It now looks like a clown house. So far the colors are red and yellow. I keep waiting for Ronald McDonald to knock on my door. These people seriously believe they are in Mexico. This beautiful American building has been ruined.”

“I MOVE HERE LIKE 5 MONTHS AGO WITH MY PARENTS MY PARENTS OR OLD ALREADY FOR US IT SEEM TO B A NICE PLACE BUT ONES WE MOVE IT TURN TO B A NIGHTMARE MY CLOSET DIDNT HAVE A DOOR I CALL TO REPORT IT THE MANAGER WAS RUDE FEW WEEKS LATER I FOUND MICES RUNNING AROUND THE APARTMENTS LIKE NOTHING I REPORT IT AND AGAIN DAY DIDNT CARE FEW WEEKS LATER WE WERE GETTING BEAT AND WE COULDNT SLEEP WELL I STARTING LOOKING QUATE CAREFULL AND I FOUND BED BUGS IN THE WALL IN MY BED IN MY CLOTHES AND IT WAS TERRIBLE I MOVE BECAUSE I GOT REAL FRUSTATED I COULDNT SLEEP CAUSE I WOULD GET BEAT BY THE BED BUGS MY PARENTS STAY THERE BECAUSE THEY DONT WANNA BREAK THE CONTRACT IT HURTS ME BECAUSE THEY ARE ALREADY OLD TO B GOING THRU THIS STRESS PLEAZE SOMEBODY TELL ME WHAT CAN I DO TO HELP THEM WHO CAN I CALL TO REPORT THIS THANKX SINCERELLY JESSICA.”

“- a few murders have taken place here...check your local news channel websites and pull up all the stories [ may the victims souls rest in peace]. - rude management personnel -unattended children raoming around, they scratch cars , put tires on flat, knock on doors and run. etc. - very dirty complex. the trash always overflows, corona bottles are left on the hood of everyone's car because some of the residents party all night with loud -------- music blasting from every angle. - most of the repair men do not speak english, they do not do their jobs, nor does the management team. -the laundry facilities are always dirty, and the machines eat your money without doing the job -very weak walls, exspecially after the hurricane [ike] -dog feaces are everywhere - gang activity including gunshots and spray painting every where has become a major issue - people here steal from your cable and electricity lines - theres always someone trying to sell you something = corn from a pot on a bike, ice cream from a bicycle, pizza from a bag, tamales from boxes, etc. and they ring very loud bells/horns to let you know they are close to you, it becomes annoying after hearing five different bells while your trying to relax in your apartment. - the pool is always dirty and most residents do not follow the pool rules and regulations, its disgusting. - there is a soccer field, so yes, expect a broken car window from flying soccer balls - the security cameras dont work - they welded the walk-in gates shut without notifying the residents, which made it very hard for those with handicap famliy members and friends to get in and out. Also if you have a visitor they have no way of getiing in besides the front gate [for cars] which leads me to my next point - the gate is always and forever broken----its not safe here -there are many cats that are roaming freely in the apts, they are always making messes. -the playground is not suitable for children, its a hazard. -the mail box area is being used a public toilet area, so cover your nose when checking your mail box - the grounds are poorly kept. - most of the neighbors are noisy, always blasting music at all times of the day - the management take months at a time to fix problems with people's apartment. - There are very limited spaces for parking because there are so many abandoned cars, and the parking lot is mostly used as a maintenance lot for broken cars, so if your car is old there are people here who can fix it in a jiffy. - PLEASE PRAY FOR THOSE OF US WHO ARE WAITING FOR OUR LEASE TO EXPIRE, WE WERE FOOLED BY THE VERY CHEAP RENT.....ITS A SET UP.. YOU'VE OFFICALLY BEEN WARNED..”

“WHERE DO I START WELL LET ME START BY TELLING YOU THAT THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE......THERE IS MICE HERE!!!! NOT KIDDING IM SERIOUS THERE IS MICES AND IM TERRIFIED...I SAW ONE TWO WEEKS AGO AND WHEN I DID I SCREAMED MY LUNGS OUT BECAUSE I HAVE NEVER SEEN A MOUSE IN MY LIFE BEFORE AND TRUST ME IT WAS SCARY!!! EVER SINCE I SAW THAT THERE ARE MOUSES HERE IN EVERY APARTMENT I CANT GO IN MY KITCHEN AT ALL AND IF I DO I ENTER QUICKLY AND GET OUT RUNNING...IM BEING ALL PARANOID ABOUT IT AND U WOULD TOO IF U WOULD OF SEEN IT......I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO COOK EITHER CUZ IM SCARED OF GOING IN THERE AND THE RAT POPING OUT AND STUFF SO WE HAVE BEEN GOING OUT TO EAT LATELY AND BUYING FAST FOOD EVER SINCE....PEOPLE PLZ LISTEN TO ME DO NOT MOVE HERE!! ONLY MOVE HERE IF U WOULD LIKE SOME ------ MANAGEMENT, MICE, SUCKY PEOPLE, CAR BREAK INS, ETC.....NOT WORTH THE DAMB STAY”

“I tell you every since they change the managment those ------- are rude, dont renew your lease or stay over there a year,managers are rude,maintence sucks and people over there just takes your parking spot and party all time of the night,beer cans and bottles every where, dont move over there i advise”

“At first sight this apt complex looks ok..the grounds are well kept, staff appears to be friendly, cheap rents. It´s all an illusion. The staff soon became rude and demanding, there were numerous car break ins during my stay, including my car. One of my neighbors said the person breaking into the cars lives on the property, deals drugs, mugs people and the management is aware and still rents to this persom (they denied this when asked). One of the local police officers said that the area is one of the highest crime areas on the southwest side. Great place for cheap rent and if you don´t really care too much about your personal property...by the way the laundry rooms are always overcrowded and the machines take your money or don´t dry your clothes..gates always open.”
