“Don’t lease here…at the moment there are 5 BUILDINGS with families and children w/o hot water for almost 2 weeks now. All they’ve done have done is send emails saying after emails saying sorry. They said repairs would be done last Thursday then again on Friday then that Friday evening sent another saying repairs would start Monday. It is now Wednesday evening and another email is sent saying repairs won’t be started until tomorrow or Friday. Ridiculous smh”

“I love my place. I have not had any issues. I feel the staff is always available and happy to help if I have any question. Property is well kept with clean grounds at all times. My family and I are very happy here.”

“Everyone is so nice they always greet me every time they see me. The staff always acknowledges me every time I put any work order request the maintenance teams comes and fixes my issues. The property is always kept up it’s very cleaned.”

“At first I was unsure about leasing here do to the reviews but once touring the property and out about new management I was blown away. Office staff friendly, well knowledgeable on property and maintenance is GREAT! I love the improvements they are doing and can’t wait to see more. I am glad that I made this my new home… thank you guys”

“this place is horrible the office does make the residents follow any rules theres trash everywhere if your looking for a clean place to live this is not the place. most people treat the place they lay there heads very clean because you live there!!! your kids are there, you may want to be an example? you would think, not here!!!”

“I would rate lower if I could. Heidi is the worst she is also a liar. If you like roaches, rats, gunshots, incompetence and lies this is the place for you. If your on a budget you are better off in Acres Homes or Greenspoint than here... I can not wait until my lease is up. Once it is I will write my full honest scathing review with more evidence.”

“If I could rate them anything lower trust me I would! The time I lived there was the worse. I was towed several times. My car damaged due to flooding, car window broken in. The final straw was when I got robbed at gun point and vehicle taken from me in front of my three small children. Its hard to get a hold of someone in the office and when you do they are uneducated, disrespectful, ignorant and rude. I will be filing a complaint to the Houston Apartment Association in hopes of them correcting the Westdale Management Company and onsite staff.”

“I live here almost 2 years love my neighbors and my place and very friendly and always leave in peace good security night time sometimes get floaded when it rain hard but Apple apartments do the same all community but always is a solution but I love where I live”

“LET ME START BY SAYING NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER MOVE HERE IN THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. NORTH BEND MANAGEMENT IS SO RACIST ITS SAD. I WENT INTO THE LEASING OFFICE TO SPEAK WITH MANAGEMENT ABOUT THEIR PEST PROBLEMS AND SHE DECIDED TO CATCH AND ATTITUDE WITH ME AND ALSO BLAME ME FOR THEM HAVING BED BUGS!!!!!!! YES I SAID BED BUGS!!!!! SHE ALSO GOT MAD AND GAVE ME MY 30 DAY NOTICE AND SAID IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE HERE WE DONT WANT YOU HERE. SHE IS VERY VERY RUDE AND DOESN'T CARE ABOUT HER RESIDENTS. I NEVER KNEW WHAT A BED BUG WAS UNTIL A WEEK AGO AND I HAD TO EDUCATE MYSELF BECAUSE NO WHERE I EVER LIVED I HAVE HAD TO GO THROUGH THIS. THE REVIEWS YOU READ ARE VERY MUCH SO TRUE OFF THE RIP YOU CAN TELL THE PROPERTY MANAGER DOESN'T LIKE BLACK PEOPLE. MAINTENANCE DOESN'T DO NOTHING THEY LIE AND SAY THEY FIX THIS AND DO NOT FIX ANYTHING. IT TAKES THEM FOREVER TO COME OUT YOU PAY FOR PEST FOR NOTHING CAUSE THEIR COMPLEX IS INFESTED WITH BUGS AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PIC I HAVE HAD TO THROW OUT MOST OF MY FURNITURE AND THE PROPERTY MANAGER STATED SHE WILL TREAT UNIT ONCE IM GONE AND I HAVE 3 SMALL CHILDREN MY OLDEST IS 5 AND SHE DOESN'T CARE WHAT SO EVER. PARKING IS HORRIBLE NO WHERE FOR VISITORS TO PARK. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX ITS NOT WORTH GIVING YOUR MONEY UP TO A COMPANY WHO REALLY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY.”

“The staff are totally b words. I lived here for 5 yeas and I can actually recall a time I waited for new blinds for over a year. Then they sent me a bill saying I needed to fix them myself. They took my screen door said they would replace it. A year later they said they don't do screens anymore. I would have to physically walk into the office to watch them out in work orders bc they never did over the phone. The parking is insane. The security guard at night harasses people. I'm not sure but I believe I been there for 5 murders they try to keep quiet about. It's not a bad property if you like high rent and small places. Work orders that take weeks to get done. And a weak staff”

“I want to remain anonymous due to the fact that I still live here. In the future I will return and add the photos and more details. But for now I have lived here for 2 years. I didn't want to renew my lease this past year but due to a few issues I had to. This place is the worst I have ever lived in. The staff is THE WORST...... they are RUDE..... they are all -------- and I guess they think that no one else is capable of understanding them if they speak in spanish. The office staff and the maintenance men all stood right in front of me cutting me down in spanish and laughing at me because I was trying to get them to take care of a pest issue not to mention finish fixing the damage from one of the 8 floods I have had since I have been here. Jessica and Olga will ignore your calls. They have caller id. They charge you for everything and are rude about it. They charged me 100.00 to put up a satellite dish on a pole that was left there from a previous tenant. They never come to repair things and if they do they don't seam to actually finish the repair. I have half finished repairs all over the apartment. I have mold on all my base boards and in an old wall patch spot that they did incorrectly. My air conditioner closet is full of mold. The baseboards are also all pulpy and fluffy, falling apart and most are not even attached to the wall anymore. When i told them all of this they told me to get a bucket and they would give me paint in my bucket so i could paint it. My entire apartment wreaks from the smells coming through the vent over my stove and opening in the laundry room wall where the water controls are. I had to cover those with tape and plastic. And the vent over the stove only blows air into the kitchen that smells fowl not vent air out. My outlets in my living room don't work. I have begged them to help me with the shower. At most im lucky if i get a luke warm shower. 90% of the time the water is ice cold. They do nothing about it. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything. The parking is the worst. You get a sticker but good luck finding a spot. The apartment complex next to us had a huge parking issue so they opened the side of our fence and we now share our parking with them. I never can find a spot. They tell you to call the tow company because there are tons of cars with no stickers but the tow trucks never come. We traded our car and when I went to get a new sticker so we don't have trouble. They made us pay 50.00 for a new one but still no parking spots. The gate works sometimes but anybody can walk in any time through the open gates for foot taffic. So during the summer the beautiful pool i was wanting to enjoy is a discusting joke. The entire neighborhood comes here to use the pool and is so gross and mirky from the trashy people and over use that you can't see the bottom. Not to mention the filth they leave behind all around the pool. First time i went with a friend there were dirty diapers, filth, trash, food everywhere with the dirty water and a used condom on the pool ledge. Never used the pool once. People have been held at gun point and robbed several times, apartments broken into, cars stolen. And most of the neighbors here are trashy. They throw their garbage all around and are loud. I can't wait till my lease is up... DO NOT MOVE HERE......”

“Please do not move here I repeat please do not move here maintenance sucks they can't fix nothing right morning and night you go take a shower water goes from cold to hot. Hot to cold called them 4 times and when I went up there to complain she gets rude saying well how hot you want it. Now I have 3 small boys 5 3. & 2 one is autistic and the older one is adhd so they run and play so the people down stairs calls and make a complaint so they give me a lease violation so to keep the piece and arguing down we ask to move to a down stairs she said yes but it's smaller and it's gonna cost you more now if you do move in record everything cause they will tell you that's what the apt Is gonna look like you move in its totally different the security is a joke my front porch light was out somebody knocked on my door I couldn't see who it was so I called my boyfriend he came over to try and fix it but it was a special bulb so the security told the office I broke it security don't walk around or nothing. A boy got killed over here people gets robbed in the middle of the parking lot but the security didn't see nothing cause he to busy watching my apt. parKing is a nightmare they make you get insurance to get a parking sticker for nothing the office ladies are rude and unperfessional the manager is never around she works at another apt right next door when you have a problem they don't know nothing they say talk to the manager it's sad when you pay 945 a month for rent you gotta walk on egg shells or you gonna get a lease violation then you have people counting how many times you leave and come back it took them 2 weeks to get the apt. Ready when I move in they had to replace a lot of stuff and fix a lot of stuff you have been warned”

“I really don't know where to start! I'm currently living here and will be gone in 1 1/2 month cannot wait. The parking is horrible!!!! You get parking stickers but don't have any guaranteed parking. The "security " person idk if he's a real officer or not, he harasses people on the daily residents at that. Now I have to say I never had any roaches ever since I've been here and yes the 2 receptionist are really unorganized and always unaware of things. The gate is always broken I really think most people who live here doesn't work. It's always trash everywhere the trash can is always over packed I do my know why when we have 4 trash cans but it's always 1 trash can over packed. Beer bottles are always out in the parking lot there are cars that are on flat and not even drivable sit there taking up space. I really feel bad for the property owner she runs around like a chicken with an chopped off head because she has staff that just want to dress up and play office and wear office attire but! No work ever gets done. So Maintenance are a joke The staff -joke! Safety- totally a joke!! (Mall copð??® )old age Noise-if you love a 24/7 party be my guest Neighborhood- nope! Always traffic especially when the church let out So with that being said NORTHBEND APTS ARE NOT I REPEAT ARE NOT SUITABLE AT ALL AND I MOST DEFIANTLY WILL NOT!!! Recommend them to anyone! â? ï¸?â? ï¸?â? ï¸?Safety hazard!”

“Employees here are worst people to do something about the problem. Maintenance sucks they only fix the problem 1/3 of the way! I've only been living here for 3-4 months and it's so annoying living here. In the parking lot there's so many holes on the concrete which is bad for your cars tires! There's so many things that are promised in a new lease, which is not true! There is no "new carpet" installed they just wash the OLD OLD OLD Carpet. Which is very disgusting & unsanitary. Roaches are always everywhere and there's never food layer out at night on the counter neither dirty dishes in the sink. There is no walk-in closets! There super small! I WOULDN'T EVER RECOMMEND SOMEONE TO LIVE HERE! IM ALREADY TRYING TO LEAVE! BY THE WAY I CANT EVEN BE HONEST ON THE RATING STARS BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO ATLEAST PUT 1 STAR FOR EVERYTHING WHEN IN REALITY EVERYTHING IS NEGATIVE 100!”

“The worst apartments I have lived in by far. When you go visit the complex it seems like a good place to live in but once you sign the lease everything changes. when you put in fora work order they take a LONG time to answer. You have to call and complain several times before someone comes. The management SUCKS!!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE I KNOW. Its been a constant frustration living in those apartments. If you want to deal with constant -------- go ahead a move in”

“Ok I have read all the comments that has posted and when I visit the property I didn't see anything wrong. The office people were so nice. I went and looked around the property and I didnt see anything wrong. The apartments were so quite. I'm thinking about moving there if they would accept me due to me having a few credit issues. I really hope that what I've read is not true.”

“I would like this if possible, to remain anonymous. I have been living at northbend apartments houston, tx 77014 for the past three years, within those three years I have had several different managments, numerous amount of problems that has taken more than months to fix, and yet some not even fixed and they gave up. I have had plumbing problems that took two years to fix, mold, holes in the walls, broken dishwasher, windows that won't close completely and RACCOONS!!! I have been constantly calling for them to get rid of the pests, but for some reason they never got rid of them, and have stopped sending people to come out and take care of the problems. I was pregnant when I moved into the apartments, my child is now 19 months and they still have no motovation to do something about it. My lease is finally about to expire, and I want to WARN everyone about this horrible place, and the horrible, pathetic excuse that they call managment!”

“I called to confirm the apt. prices were the same as advertised on the internet. (http://www.apartmentsearch.com/apartments/texas/houston/north-bend-apartments.html) They were not. Then asked if she would remove or update the higher prices? She would not. She the proceeded to give a bunch reasons why not. So (eyes rolling) I had heard enough. Then, while I was asking my next question, she hung-up the phone. So when I called back (you guessed it) she or nobody else answered the phone. When I called their Houston regional management office (you guessed it again) she, also, acted like she didnt care! The moral of this story? Give this Apt. complex your hard earned money at your own risk!!”

“The management lied about the apartment being up to date,I have a HUGE roach issue and everytime I go up to talk to management they have a sign saying they will be back later and ive gone at ALL HOURS OF THE DAY!! the only time they are there is when rent is due,and even that is not worth living in this crappy apartment. Lets not forget that the people upstairs have been compained to but they continue to be loud this is the worst place ive ever lived in and Ive lived in many places!!”

“If you're looking for an apartment, don't come here!!! The management is the worst!!! They're nice to your face, but you can hear it in their faces and see it in their body language that they don't respect their renters. The buildings are so old that everything is falling apart. So much water damage and cracks that they paint over. Pipes are rusted and the water is not completely clear. Be careful of the towing company because they pick and choose which cars to tow if you're just barely on the line. The walls are super thin so you can hear everything around you, especially neighbors.”
