They can renovate their office but not the apartments. Always glass on the parking lot floor, few neighbors have loud music, and the parties never end before midnight. Maintenance crew have a drug addiction. Their laundry rooms are always dirty, even feces and urine at sight. The children messed up the new washers and dryers. Poop found anywhere in the grass. Never good parking at night. Pool is dirty majority of the time.”

The maintanence people do the work of a 5th grader if you can amagine what that looks like. They never give notice when they turn the water off or any thing else. They cover up the mold and always say that there was no mold, they lie about the price of the apartments. Don't let them fool you because all they want is the money and these apartments are not worth what you will pay, parking is horrible, pool is tiny and there is no tennis court, the dumpsters always overloaded with garbage all over the ground. Please try to find another place to live because this is not the place.”

THIS DUMP IS OWNED BY THE SAME GUY WHO OWNS CROWNE PLAZA BY RELIENT STADIUM AND THE TOWN AND COUNTRY SHOPPING CENTER AND THE SMALL HIGH RISE BY THE AQUARIUM WITH THE UGLY GOLD STAR ON IT .... IF YOU THINK THE APTS ARE BAD YOU SHOULD SEE THE HOTEL (MOLD, MOLD,MOLD, OUTDATED ROOMS...ETC...) I DONT KNOW HOW ITS STILL A IHG BRAND... IF I WAS HOLIDAY INN I WOULD DUMP THE PLACE IN A HEARTBEAT. HE IS A IRANIAN MAN WHO ONLY CARES ABOUT MAKING MILLIONS FOR HIMSELF...HE DOESN'T PUT IT BACK INTO THE BUSINESS TO MAKE IT BETTER...HE WOULD RATHER BUY A RARE MERCEDES SPORTS CAR AND CORVETTE'S OF EVERY COLOR THAN TO PUT MONEY ON THINGS LIKE (ELEVATORS FOR THE HOTEL) AND HE WONDERS WHY GUEST GET STUCK ON THE ELEVATORS...HE SHOULD SELL THESE PROPERTIES TO SOMEONE WHO WILL TAKE CARE OF THEM.”

It wasn't fancy, but wasn't run down. it just got by by fixing what needed to be fixed. Recently the management staff has gone horribly wrong. Let me just tell my little story and you will see. Believe me this is not a sob story): In December 2009 my apartment was robbed by someone breaking in through the bedroom window that faces the patio. The fixed the window (a few days later). A couple weeks later we were robbed again. They used the same window, but this time just peeled off the sealant that was "holding" the window pane in place. (at this point we have lost and x box, playstation 2 (3), nice shoes, jewelry, dvd player, valuables, clothing, etc). The apartments sent maintenance to put the window back on (same pane, by the way). During the same time period, the apartments cut off the water to the entire property all weekend (from Friday to Monday afternoon). Since none of the faucets are labeled, while we thought all had been turned off, the tub had not. And our apartment flooded. Completely flooded. Inches of water. The apartments, after arguing who is at fault, sent maintenance out with a small carpet machine to suck the water out. Soon every wall in our apartment was covered in mold. The carpet smelled so horrible and we requested to speak to the supervisor. It turns out she is in witness protection since they refused to give her name or phone number (and she has yet to contact me). We did not have the money to move so quickly, but finally found a place to move. Ironically, a few days before that move, we were robbed again (mind you we, along with other residents, made numerous complaints about groups of guys hanging around empty apartments). This time the ransacked our apartment, everything was just thrown around on the floor, couches and beds flipped. I had to rush the moving process and this morning went to pick up the keys for my new place...and was robbed during that time. There is nothing left to steal but keep coming. If you value your life, that of your family, or your property do not EVER move here.”

The management is horrible, the property is messy, they do not fix anything - including water damage from hurricane Ike. And, they have the nerve to try to raise my rent with a lease renewal.”
— 6300 W Bellfort St · Houston“I've lived here since June or July(I cant think right now)and I can't stand it. When I first moved in, the apartment wasn't even ready. I had to clean up the day that I moved my things in. Floors were dirty, the carpet was new/old and different colors, the fridge was filthy as well as the oven. I took pictures and told management, but nothing was done about it. Now it's March, my fridge is still leaking, my ac/heat goes out at least twice a month, parking is horrible, and maintenance is even worse. Basically, my lease is up in August and I can't wait until I move. I even considered breaking my lease(it's that bad).”
— 6300 W Bellfort St · Houston“This is the worst apartments you can ever go live at. they dont give a ---- about there residents they are money hungry. Why cuz almost half of there apartments is empty......why because there staff or so called manager and secreary are rude and angry........they have no way to treat a person i was a walk in and they were trying to give me an apartment, i saw one that was all fixed up, i come next week to move in and they give me a different aparment with mold and everything almost falling off...there excuse was that the apartment shown to me was already rented.b***---- they just think people are stupid. ---- i asked for my deposit back.”
— 6300 W Bellfort St · Houston“The complex has been over taken by punk kids that break into everything and piss in the mail room. Management won´t do a damn thing and the place smells like ----! The parking is fine if you don´t mind people sitting on your car and resting beers on the roof. There is also the constant noise, all night you can hear people fighting. The staff are rude and the apartments are condemmable. There is also a serious rat problem.”
