“I’ve only lived here for about a year now, but it had been a wonderful experience. I have recommended Plaza at Westchase to several friends. It is affordable and well kept. The maintenance team and the community staff are all friendly and helpful. I have not lived in many apartments, but I don’t expect to find one better than this.”

“I enjoy living here. I don’t have any complaints aside from the trash not always being picked up. It’s quiet and clean. I just wish the office was open a little later they close at 530 gives no time for people to get there after work”

“Mitzy and Johnny made facilitate me with my application and they are very nice. I like that they also accept packages for the tenants as well. The location is the best. It’s close to a lot of groceries and restaurants.”

“I have met some awesome people great conversations have conspired a few friends made. Ive experienced parking over lines taking additional space. The street is much noisier than before. I've noticed that the apartment gets duster more than before. Not sure if the outer air unit air filters are changed, if any. All in all i still like my apt. Thank you!”

“The team that running the Plaza at Westchase is very friendly and professional. Mitzy has been helping us before we moved in. Johnny and the maintenance team have been very helpful after we moved in. They take our concern seriously and react quickly. My wife and I are very glad we chose this place to be our first destination as new residents in Houston.”

“The only downside so far is the pot holes in the parking lot but it does seem as though they are working to get that fixed! There are cones in every pothole so you don’t run over them and damage your car/tires.”

“Although we had an unfortunate experience with a hit-and-run involving our car, and not all neighbors are great, the staff here did their best to help us, which we truly appreciate. We really enjoy living in this community—most of our neighbors are very friendly. Just like in any other community, there are good people and not-so-good ones, but overall, it’s a nice place to live. We’re truly grateful for all the staff here—they’ve been very supportive and always do their best to help.”

“The apartment has a roach problem.. nobody has fixed it.. last time after fire inspection the management promised they would lock the door if no one was at home but the door was unlocked and left open with a master key at the door for almost 6 days.. very disappointed with the maintenance too.. we had to complain over 2 years to replace refrigerator.”

“Is been a very good experience. management personnel is always ready to resolve any issues that arise in a very professional manner. The maintenance crew is very helpful and friendly ready to get the problem resolved. I recommend the apartment for anyone looking to rent. Conveniently located near restaurants and freeways.”

“After living here for 4 months, I am disappointed with the grounds of the complex (not maintenance). Upon entering the grounds you see a few manicured lawns with beautiful plants etc— once you get to building (esp four through seven) (I live in #6) the grounds resemble low income housing. Minimal to no, flowers or plants aesthetically dissatisfactory. If there are plants, they are on the side of the building facing the complex next to use. The side of the building facing Westheimer looks horrific (Barron grassy areas, mismatched stone, pathways, lots of mud on areas to walk your dog) and that that was before hurricane beryl. The hallway floors are dirty, sticky and need to be cleaned with cleaner and disinfectant with a power hose regularly. In my hallway the paint is peeling off the wall (almost 12 inches long). Ultimately, maybe you get what you pay for as this is one of the lower priced complexes in this area. I am new to Houston from New Jersey, so I would recommend this complex for someone who wanted to an affordable transition stay somewhere for short time— and have access to all major highways. But I would not recommend this complex to anyone back home unless it was for those reasons. I give the staff in the office and the maintenance staff five stars. I have experience nothing but exemplary customer service and eagerness to please.”

“It think I made a very wise choice moving to this community. Among some other apartments we visited, this was actually the best one. Also they have very good reviews which makes sense. Overall I believe we are going to have a pleasant experience in this community.”

“Plaza at Westchase is a great starter apartment and/or home! Functional and landlords are very kind. They treat and see you like actual people. 100% would recommend! Never had a safety issue and only had some minor problems that they fixed almost immediately.”

“I honestly love this apartment. My only reason for moving, if I wanted to move, would be to get a bigger/private place for starting a family. I love the property, it is clean and most importantly safe. I love the location of the apartment, and I genuinely think it is a gem. I really do not have any complaints.”
