“They do not honor the contract. The contract what they make will only benefit the owner or the agent of the owner. When vacating you have to be very careful as you will not get your deposit despite the condition. They are not reachable on phone after you move in or out. this is my personal experience.”

“I wanna give them no start 0/10 Bad management rude attitude. Management is very UNPROFESSIONAL. no respect for tenants. Even they are never in the office. Charge outrageous fee for no reason keep bumping up the prices for no reason along with ridiculous fees.”

“I recently moved here and i do not recomme d to anyone to come live here they do not supply you with working electronics and never inteed to get one unless someone is moving then they give you the one they left behind. --------- the one behind the desk at the office allweys answers with "i cant do anything about it" and ----- the " maintenance" guy allweys say "its old and not fixable" i have neighbor's with the same issues they will even dare to say "if you dont like it you can leave" even thow you pay rent. The building is not even being maintaned no one is ever out there picking up trash and the place smells like poop. Avoid the frustration and go elsewhere. Someone lid the trash can on fire and firefighters had to come so dont count on safety.”

“I have lived in the Ashley Apartments for a year and the manager, Wendy, does nothing. She is a terrible manager. She makes promises that she don't keep and she's not professional at all. Ever since Tereasa left, this apartment complex has declined because of poor managment. The kids that live here are defacing the property. She's not screening the tenants well because of the element that we see here. The kids are disturbing other tenants and when you tell Wendy, she don't enforce the rules. Pets are a problem, trash is a problem, maintenace is a problem, and Wendy does not walk the property. Where is TEREASA!!!”

“The Apartments are not new, but the staff try their best to get things done. Staff very friendly and respectful. Up to this date we have had no problems with safety. I have lived in this property for a few years. I have seen many managers come and go. But a few months back a previous manager came back and many of us are please with the way she has clean up the property. You can live in nicer apartments but you have more crime in those areas and maintenance can still be slow, even though the property has the income to fix the place or to get a part. SOme of the staff in those places try to talk down to you,as well. I prefer to stay at a place where I know I can talk to the Manager and she will give me a straight up answer instead of going in circles. At renewal they also do not raisse their rent $20-$50 like other properties do!!!”

“I moved into these apartments 6 months ago in 2011 and the previous manager teresa was a joy. She did her best to keep you informed about work orders and the property. The grounds were cleaned every morning and i always saw staff cleaning and fixing the property up until december i began to notice that the trash was no longer getting cleaned up and most of the lights had burned out around the property leaving it dark at night. And little to no staff moving around the grounds. Large amounts of neighbors began moving due to some woman named margarita who i come to find out is not only the lady who cleans the your apartment but smokes while doing it for all to see since the door is open when she does. She lives here and also has a habit of making false claims and calling the police on people (mostly black) who are having a conversation in front their units. (i guess all black people are gangsters and smoke weed it couldnt possibly be a cigerette to this lady. Oh, and if your mexican and you happen to have black friends you are then classified as a weed smoking gangster also. This is coming from people who have put up with this woman for 3 yrs.) Thus my nightmare begins with a visit from the police shining lights through my open front door while my family was sitting watching tv and on the internet. They had aparently gotten a anonymous call from someone claiming that they could smell marijauana climbing from my open door and windows of my unit that of which i had open due to my numerous pleas to fix the A/C vents in my apartment since it was not cooling my living room thus making my electric bill sky high. They looked around and i was told to look into who could be making a false claim. Two days later I get a letter from the new manager stating worse things. I could not understand since my family does not come outside and we keep to ourselves. The washroom use to be open 24 hrs until someone made claims that marijuana was being smoked in the washroom it is now locked when i get off work and i can no longer go there to wash at night where there are not as many people washing especially on weekends when i am off. The manager has yet to send out a notice about this. Kids are not watched, so little kids ring your doorbell if you have one and tag walls by your door. i had the joy of one of them writing "you are not wanted here" and "someone died here" by my door. Sewer backs up often, toilet paper and feces flow out of my building almost every other day. Its a joy to step in and smell around 5 am going to my car to work. not to mention my toilet has never flushed properly since i been here and i have been more then patient. I keep a bucket of water on standby in order to get the waste down the toilet after number 2. I use to recommend this place, i even recommended my brother move here i feel sorry i did. the lady that has taken over after teresa has let this place fall in its up keep. DONT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT POLICE CALLED ON YOU FOR HAVING A CIGERETTE (IF YOUR BLACK) DONT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE THE SMELL OF FECES ESPECIALLY AFTER A COLD DAY DONT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE LOCKED OUT OF THE WASHROOM AT RANDOM TIMES AND CANT GET YOUR CLOTHES FOR WORK.”

“I moved here in November 2009, there was a new management company, they checked my credit and criminal background to approve me. The people who work here are like a family, I love being right by Neff Elementary, my kids love it. The drive to work from the 59 & Beechnut, is easy.The rent is cheap and my apartment has the lowest electricity bill - $ 90.00 in July (3 bedrooms, remember) I tell all my friends to move here, I love it.”

“These apartments should be for adults with no children only. If you want your child to grow up in a safe environment, this is not the place. Crime rate is low. Very Quiet and nobody will steal your car. Just worry about your kids.”
