“Has gotten better the past few months since we got new owners. The place is safe and quiet, pool is always clean now. Maintenance has improved with new owner spending some money, the last owner was just a slum lord. I have lived here 7 years and plan to stay. Its better than the big places where you are just a number at least here maintenance listens and trys to help and usually does a great job. Office personal is ok if you just pay rent on time, have to do that anyway...”

Laundry facilities a bit small for the size of the community and can't be trusted considering clothes have been burnt in the dryers or clothes stolen (knowingly or unknowingly) and many articles of clothing also ruined by bleaches. If you have a thing against loud kids, there's plenty of that here with the pool also being in the center of most of the apartments. If squeaky pipes and running water drive you crazy, there's plenty of that here as well. You'll instantly know when your neighbors are deciding to take a shower. In several occasions, the sewage has backed up and flooded our bathroom and carpeted closet and bedroom floors. Despite these huge issues and several calls to management, they will not fix the issue. If they do, they send out a carpet cleaner and call it a day. There is no front office so calling the landlord is the only way to get a hold of anyone (which she will never answer). There's also been reports of altercation at these properties but as far as i know, nothing really serious. The apartment neighbors south of us are far more concerning and look way more dicey. Other than that, these really aren't that bad compared to others. It's in a fantastic part of town that's ridiculously close to Memorial City Mall, the Marqee, a bit more of a drive and you'll arrive at the Galleria. Good shopping very close by. We were told the floors are real wood and look pretty good. Windows are nice and big and let in lots of sunshine. The small complex has some good upkeep and landscaping. For the most part, you won't hear your neighbors through the walls (save for the music) and the people that live here seem kind of nice. Just consider other options before moving here.”
