“Since your first and final warning do not live here at all ever. I am self-employed I went to the office and I asked them how much the rent was and they said 725, that's a lie the rent is 790 for a one bedroom they lie lie lie. This apartment is as much as the galleria . Here is my fees I'm a single woman the rent was with everything OK was $790 my electric was 100 we're going to say 900 my cable was 100 that's 1000 OK if you have any other bills like a cell phone bill that's 1070 OK now if you want to eat that's going to be probably another hundred so do not move in these apartments. The parking is horrible your charge $35 a month for parking plus $35 for water and gas shall I go on. You will not be able to afford these apartments I am self-employed and I have a boyfriend who gives me money do not move here do not move here warning warning warning in the name of Jesus do not move here”

My unit was ready with all the upgrades Ive asked for and my neighbors are very nice. Parking was a little crazy the first 2 days but I was able to reserve a spot and now no issues at all.”
— 6000 Bissonnet St · Houston“I have been in these apartments a little over a year. In this time I have killed 91 mice, have had an ongoing battle with bed bugs and have hundreds of roaches. The new owners and management suck and they have the nerve to raise rent by 33%. I would not recommend this place to anyone.”
— 6000 Bissonnet St · Houston“Where do I begin. Currently known as "Ashford Buena Vista" are the worst apartments I've ever lived in. The ceiling has been leaking for a month and the male manager in the office was very rude about the situation. He was speaking to me like I have a lower intelligence than him. The ac breaks down too much, and some of the maintenance men doesn't want to do their job. You have to keep "pestering" the office just so someone can come and fix whatever is broken. We have a lot of things that needs to be fix and every time we bring it up they claimed they're going to send someone, but they have the nerve to raise rent. They make the outside look nice but inside is trash. They have a rat, and roach problem. They use to have an exterminator but they never payed the guy so he stopped coming. I can't wait to move. The only thing I like are that the neighbors are really nice. What made me angry was that they suddenly came up with the rule that pets aren't allowed. Thats going to start some trouble big time with people and cause people to move out even more. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to these apartments.”
— 6000 Bissonnet St · Houston“Get ready to be disappointed, the fees keep getting up and maintenance down.. Expect to deal with a really old building problems like mold and dated fixtures and prepare to live with your a/c broken for a month(if you're lucky)bed bugs, rats, low pressure hot water(or no water at all) parking problems every day etc...etc... Plus a nasty attitude from the management office. Good luck!”
— 6000 Bissonnet St · Houston“hi my name is alex.i live at spring forest for 3 months now its not a good place to live if you pay for rent.its barely a step above homeless.there are rats and no pressure in hot water and mostly a mean staff.first my neighbors ceiling collapsed on him and him and he was evicted.he is currently looking for better place.i tried to help by keeping some of his stuff.he came to visit and bbq.the staff manager norma by and said take it downstairs and slammed my grill down.im disabled and people downstairs do not like me.almost all my neighbors bbq.im wondering why im singled out.”
— 6000 Bissonnet St · Houston“I have been recently been visiting this complex to see if I would like to live here because some friends of mine said they loved it. I feel that the staff has been very helpful to my needs. The leasing office staff members are very courteous and have been very helpful to me in this time of apartment searching. Im strongly considering moving in!!”
— 6000 Bissonnet St · Houston“The assistant Yamina and Dora the house keeper braging about getting the manger fired is sad, this place is no good!the own staff drinking outside of their apartment sux --- an you cnt tell them anything bcuz they work here. You got to worry abut the the drucks playing music all night and there is NEVER any parking in the night the pool is green so thats out the question for the summer. BEDBUG INFESTED... i moved in on March 2011 nver had a problem until i got nasty naybors and now my apartment is full of bedbugs theres NEVER anyone in the office to complain to and if there is the lady there never knows nothing SERIOUSLY! DO NOT MOVE HERE TRUST ME I DONT CARE HOW MUCH $$$ YOU TRYING SAVE THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. THANK GOD IM MOVING! Move to AZALEA PLACE!!!”

— 6000 Bissonnet St · Houston“I have lived hear for 15 years and only this year I have seen a big differance, we have a new manager who I can actually speak to and see walking not to mention cleaning the pool wat a manager who actually works hell has frozen over. The ladies in the office call you too see if your maintance problem was done right Im enjoying the new service we are getting. before I would have NOT recommended it but now with the office ppl I would!”
— 6000 Bissonnet St · Houston“I've been living in Spring Forest for over 6 months and I am very unsatisfied with the staff and maintenance. At a glance, the apartments look alright but I have had to deal with rats, fleas, ticks, air conditioner not working, broken garbage disposal, leaks in the ceiling, carpet stains resurfacing, paint peeling off the tub, tile peeling from the floor, garbage overflowing into the parking lot, pool being dirty and unsafe for the kids. What I don't understand is that I pay my rent on time every month, so if I can be resposible, why can't the staff and maintenance workers do their part in fixing all of these problems. I truly can't wait til my lease is up for renewal so I can move far from these apartments!”
— 6000 Bissonnet St · Houston“I have been on this property for about 10 years and this property has change in the past 3 years since a new manager took place. This property is not easy to control, remember I have seen high crime on this property in the past. The crime has come down and of course the relationship with the manager has to do a lot. I give this property a very good revies and they have good people in the office and Arturo never stops working and helping people,”
— 6000 Bissonnet St · Houston“My name is Letty,my family and I have lived here for 3 yrs and "I am about to sign a new lease. The apartment complex is close to schools and the bus line which is nice for me because I use metro.I feel safe here in almost four years I have had no trouble nor have I heard of any problems. The staff is nice and alwys willing to listen. This is a nice community to live in.”
— 6000 Bissonnet St · Houston“I JOSE ZAMORA LIVE IN APT 218, I'M VERY PLEASED WITH THE PROPERTY. THEY ARE ALWAYS FIX EVERYTHING I CALL THEM ON. THE LADIES ARE ALSO VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. SO THANKYOU FOR LISTENING”
— 6000 Bissonnet St · Houston“My name is Lucy a current resident: I have reside at spring forest for 21 years, all my kids grew up around and whent to school in this area. Before this new company came aboard we had gates drive in gates working and cameras with officers on site. I remember the officers name is Bill a very good man that use to leave and secure Spring Forest back in the days. I love mu unit because it's my home and I will not move for any reason. The current manager has been very helpful and I have notice that she likes to help residents in what she can. She is a great manager and has lasted the longest we will not want her to go because lots of residents really like. I have spoken to other residents that don't like the office staff, well that's because they don't pay rent on time and get pressure by the office staff to pay rent. We use to have a manager Rachel and believe we all wanted her out, Maria is different she looks at both points of views and never picks sides. She always does what needs to be done and properly. Maintenance and office are GREAT!!!”
