“Mi familia y yo nos sentimos cómodos y seguros viviendo en esta comunidad, tenemos 16 años residiendo aquí y estamos satisfechos por la seguridad, ubicación, el trato y precio de nuestro apartamento. Contamos con muchas áreas verdes y de esparcimiento, un muy buen alumbrado público, áreas de juego, Gym, cancha de fútbol, librería, salón de fiestas, piscina y extensos parqueos. Algo muy importante y diferente a otras propiedades vecinas es que no pagamos agua, servicio de basura y mantenimiento de áreas verdes.”

“The worst management I have ever seen most of the things they don't know. Maintainance department is nightmare once you call for some problem they will come after 1 month. Not enough parking space. Middle of the month after everyone pay there rent tow company start picking random cars even you have apartment parking sticker very rapidly change there stickers when you claim why you pick my car they said you have old parking sticker. Even you have reserved space they took your car. Manager hide his face do not talk to customer if any problem arise do not even walk outside his office to resolve the problem even I ask to talk to him he refuse and tell his staff he don't know when assistant manager come tell me to come at that time. I left the apartment on Nov 27 2017 keep calling and visiting office for my deposit and today jan 08 2018 I get my my chq from office with unnecessary deductions don't even bother to post or deposit. When I ask what is this deduction for? assistant manager find out some computer mistake. And ask me to leave the chq or they will make another chq of difference amount within 1 week. Horrible experience. 01-28-2018 almost 3rd week not received remaining amount chq, called last monday as per assistant manager she not received any chq from head office. 02-17-2018 not received remaining amount chq.”

“I lived there and it was hell! I stay because I had a limited income and the rent was ok to me to cover....I read the reviews and I back them all up. The apartment floors are nice, the rent price is ok but the people there.....OH LORD. The noise level is ridiculous and management will do nothing . Drug dealing going on all day and night. Kids fighting at all times, you name it! It is HELL. My apartment was broke in twice and i decided to move out and broke my lease because management didn't want to work a deal with me. Now I have a sweet 10000 i mean that number 10000 showing in collections in my credit report because I moved out before my lease was up. Worst apartment complex I ever lived in my life.”

“It is a scam, the present manger is prejudice towards black people and people from other states..that should say something about the people that are complaining..if you had to choose between living their and some place else, live some place else, it's not worth your time. The rent.com deal, you're not going to get that, because of the present manger "conditions". Conditions apply..plz, they charge you for pets, laundry facilities dirty.”

“I am happy the community center helps a lot and that they offer help to apply for the free electricity program. The new paint on the buildings looks good.”

“WORST APARTMENTS EVER!!! Ever since they got this "New Management"! I haven't had air conditioner in my apartment since the beginning of this summer 2013. These workers that they have don't know what they are doing at all. They said that they were going to fix my air but they completely destroyed my air conditioner, the motor doesn't work at all. Now they put me air conditioner from the small machines that are connected from the window. The water pipes also don't work at all is like they cut off our cold water at any time of the day and all they have is very hot water like boiling water, can't even take a bath when I come home. They cut off all the green in these apartments, no trees at all nor grass, and the park for the children to play has cat poop all over the place. And the assistants of the office are so rude not friendly at all. These securities that they have don't do nothing at all.”

“No one move here. They want you to pay your rent on time but they always want to half fix stuff. Honestly, they do have bugs and tries to blame it on you. Don't move here.”

“I have never seen so many roaches (huge) in my life. I lived there for a year and I promise you the roaches kept asking me "why are you here?" I even took a bowl of roaches to the office and showed them what I was talking about and they did nothing. I wished I had kept them to prove their infestation because now they are trying to sue me for leaving one month in advance. And the walls are so thin you can hear every sexual moan going on even below you. Management sucks; not professional,rude, and manipulative.”

“my mother same store as two of the tenant about the bugs , mole and mulew. and the roaches is very bad . the bugs are so bad into they get in your hair and your clothes,and your carpet and the bugs get in to the bed.how you going stay some were in the bugs they eat you up that very bad.the staff is not helpfull they look at you crazy like you have ---- on you and the very very slow,and i keep tell them to fix some in my place and it take them 5, week befor they come fix anything your house. i allway them about the the bugs that think it a joke they look at you really crazy thin. the tenant is very write because they is some white and long,and you got that black they call them capterbugs.when they get in your hair and bite up your head.[no body move here bugs eat you a live,]......NOT HAPPY>>>>>>”

“i live at the bridges i have bugs that dont even have a name and mantices is the wose the manger ----------- acks as if she cares but dont and if you report anything illgel going on you get on her bad side the other manger ----- is so stuck up if some thing happpens she tells you not my fault what you want me to do if i was you plz donot move in here”

“BUGS,BUGS, AND MORE BUGS IF YOU CAN LIVE WITH THEM,TRY LIVING WITH WATER COMING FROM THE APARTMENT BATHROOM ABOVE.I HAVE LIVED IN THIS APT.7 MONTHS 4 LEAKS.EACH TIME THEY FIX ONE I GET ONE IN ANOTHER ROOM,2 TIMES BATHROOM ONE TIME KITCHEN ONE IN LAUNDRY ROOM.THE OFFICE STAFF IS SO SORRY,LIE AND I AM MOST SURE THEY FAKE PAPER WORK TO MAKE THEM LOOK GOOD.SO IF YOU DON'T TRUST ME,MOVE HERE FOR YOUR OWN NIGHTMARE.”

“Let`s start off with the bugs in the apartment. The service is horrific, they are non-professional. Cant get anything resolved properly!!! Laundry machines doesnt work properly. Gates are never closed. Animals roamed the apartment. Having clean water is always a problem. People stealing cable. Please dont even waste your time.”

“So me and my boyfriend and son move here thinking it would be an ok starter place i was 17 and he was 19 and my son 3 years old ...okay the 1st day i moved in my a/c wasnt working they didnt fix it till the next day mind you it the spring and really hot, and right as i walk in to my "NEW" apartment i see stains a hole in the wall and roaches!ugh! so annoying! any way about 5 months later my a/c goes out in the dead summer and they werent able to fix it until 3 days later so i didnt stay there meanwhile my boyfriend when home to check if it was fix and to his surprise what he found it was a BED BUG!!!! JUST HANGING on our curtin when the a/c was fix i went home to search for the bug and found nothing i was so scared i slept with the light on for a WEEK!until the exterminated i had to was every single last thing in my house so they took the base boards and treated it when i got home under the base boards where BLACK! i dont think thats normal???? and the base boards are supost to be put back on 2 days later and they werent put back on until a week and a half!!!!!! I HATE IT HERE!!!! NOT TO MENTION I STILL MORE BITES THAN EVER!!! AFTER THE "TREATMENT"!!!!!!”

“I lived at The Bridges from 1999-2001. I did not have any problems while living there. The biggest issue I had was the gate continuously being broken. It was convenient to area attractions and I could walk to work and nearby grocery stores. The only issue I had was the woman that lived next door. Her cigarette smoke permeated the walls of my apartment and the stench coming through her door would make me gag when walking past. She moved out in July and one of the first things she dragged out the apartment was a dead Christmas tree from the year before. Once she left, the roaches that lived with her must have gotten hungry because they relocated to my unit. I called the office and they sent a pest control company out right away. Problem solved. This is by no means the best place I've ever lived, but for someone on a very limited budget starting out, it was okay. I'm not sure how the management is now, but it was decent when I was there.”

“I would not reccommend this apt complex to anyone. The noise level is horrible and they allow anyone and everyone convicted or not in the apts. You could have a criminal background or even be a murder and theyt let you in. Horrible tings”

“First I have lived in THE BRIDGES for about a year and a half the experience was horrific to say the least. The office staff was incompetent, rude, and bold face liars. I have had water leaks and holes in my roof, woke up to completely wet carpet. Not to mention the WORLDS WORST EXPERIENCE TO DATE I HAD BED BUGS. Something that I thought was myth came to be a complete reality and NIGHTMARE. I went to the office to tell them about my little friends which I have to tell you I thought they were ticks but these ticks were red. I explained to the office that I had these bugs and they told me to catch one and bring it in, so I did and then the Office manager explained that they were bedbugs. NOW I didn't have bed bugs when I moved in, she explained to that I had to have had them since I moved in and that maybe I wasn't a very clean person. So I don't need to tell you that I had to throw a brand new bed away and then they sent someone out to spray that was only there for about five seconds.One day later the bugs where still alive. I have bought two more beds since then and NOW I moving cause I refuse to pay rent because of the BED BUGS so the BOOK KEEPER who thinks that she is the OFFICE MANAGER stated that she is evicting me for non payment of rent. I told her to do what she needs to do cause I will be at court cause I will have a little guest with me to show the judge and all the pictures of the beds that i have had with receipts too.Also beware the office staff likes to come in your apt when your not home which is against the law.Also there are a ton of drug dealers and someone was shot in the COMPLEX and when I told the office they did NOTHING!!!!!! “I AM A CURRENT RESIDENT AND I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT I LIVE WITH ROACHES. THEY DONT LIVE WITH ME, I LIVE WITH THEM. THE FLOOR VINYL WHEN YOU SIMPLY WALK THEY COME FLYING OFF AND THE MUSIC FROM OUR NEIGHBORS ARE ALWAYS BANGING. AND PEOPLE ALWAYS SITTING ON OUR STEPS AND WONT MOVE AROUND. ALWAYS BAD LANGUAGE IN FRONT OF MY KIDS AND LOUD SEX EVERY OTHER NIGHT WITH MY NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR I WOULD GIVE THESE APARTMENTS A F. ONCE MY CONTRACT IS UP I WILL BE LEAVING THESE APARTMENTS.”

“My husband and I was considering renting at the Bridges Apartments but we decided not too. Why? we were visiting with my mother in law and family for 4days, and the noise level is horrible! You can hear neighbors talk, pee, shower running, yelling, through the thin walls that these apartments have. My husband refuses to move hear after hearing a couple next door during their sexual activity where the woman was mouning and yelling out loud sexual language and my 11 yr old and 14 yr old daughter heard all of that while we were watching TV. Shame on The bridges Apts! considering that the complex is bought from a group of churches...(did my research homework) People playing their music so loud with no consideration what so ever. I believe staff should be more strick on the noise level.”

“I'm sorry and I know that this property has provided some shelter for families that are doing everything to survive, but I would not recommend this property to anyone that I know or care about. Noise levels, dirt for what should be grassy areas, roaches, shady characters that appear non-trustworthy, broken cabinets, patch work on sinks and other areas, and just plain shabby compared to what you would expect for just a few dollars more. Not to mention the location is in one of the most heavily traversed areas in the Nation!!!<br>Sorry but this was certainly temporary and I am blessed to not be there anymore...”

“Been here a few months and all is well. You have to start out somewhere, it's not the perfect place, what where is? Prices are reasonable, and the apartments inside, or at least mine is nice and comfortable. Never had any problems other than the neighbor blaring music every saturday morning make the walls shake. Other than than, I've had no problems and would recomend it to anyone just starting out like I am.”

“Yes!!!! The Apt. is cheap and it´s good for people with low income or kids. The only thing I can say is what you pay is what you get!!!!!! I moved in thinking well it can´t be that bad ,but boys and girls I was wrong. The first month I was here my truck got broken into. The A/C was giving us pleanty of problems and the Ice cream man that drives by at 8:30pm wakes me up every night. I could go on but I think you can make a good choice reading this.”
