“Living conditions go from bad to worse as time goes on. On any given weekend and sometimes during the week several of the tenants blare loud music until 3 or 4 am. The standard routine goes like this. 1) They move most of their living room and dining room furniture outside including dining room chairs and even recliners. 2) They leave the front door wide open and turn the music up as loud as it will go without blowing the speakers. 3) Apparently, they call a dozen or more of their closest friends to come over and bring plenty of beer. Extra credit it they bring the beer in breakable bottles for further entertainment with the empties. 4) Send someone to put a brick or rock in the front gate so nobody has to be inconvenienced by a locked security gate. 5) The large group of family and friends sits out all night, drinking beer, laughing and yelling at the top of their lungs. They have to yell because they can't hear each other over the loud music. 6) Throw the empty beer cans and bottles along with any food wrapping and waste on the ground because it would be way too much trouble to get up and put it in the trash. 7) Occasionally get a good laugh by throwing an empty glass beer bottle to shatter on the nearby sidewalk. 8) Eventually tire out or maybe pass out and call it a night. 9) The trash including the broken glass remains scattered around until someone eventually cleans it up in the next day or so. Wouldn't be so bad if this happened occasionally since everyone enjoys a good party every now and then but every weekend without sleep gets old for the tenants that don't join the party. Management shows no sign of giving a damn and refuses to hire security, fix the security cameras and the gates or do anything to solve the problem.”

The ------- ------------ lady in the office won't cooperate with you in any way, she has even told residents that we make the managers life hard when she is the one that can't do her job right, there's always teenagers here in the property getting high using drugs yet the apts don't even have security, it's a very unsafe property, there has been murder, suicides, and guys coming to the property in daylight trying to shoot people in front of kids, there has been cops here for the past 3-4 months due to the bad environment, the property had inspectors come a few months ago and post a yellow warning poster in front of the property, now they came out with this new "sticker policy" when they don't even have enough parking spots for the residents and won't give you a sticker!!! ???????? I really hate this property and cannot wait to finish my lease and move out!!!!!!!”

THE MANAGEMENT TEAM ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE.. THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY BUT DONT LIKE TO FIX WHATS WRONG IN UNITS..”
— 1325 Cedar Post Ln · Houston“I've lived here for a few years and it has been hell.Although the manager isn't that bad the complex is most units are empty due to problems within the buildings themselves like roaches, sewage issues and for no apperant reason the hot water comes and goes on any given day without notice no more free cable because the owner owes so much to the cable company at least thats what i heard when the lights go out in the buildings due to an outage within the complex it could take three days or so before its restored groceries at ur cost they take no responsibility for anything!you can see human feces on the side of some buildings when the pipes are released if that particular unit had backup issues.Ive never lived in a complex so nasty in my life. They are trying to do a rehab to make the property look better but that doesn't clear the interior issues a\c units leak like crazy and worst off all they have no 24hr maintanance so if u have issues with the plumbing good luck in cleaning the mess youself.since they are so needy for money i seriously doubt you'll see any deposit money back since im sure they will try to slumhoard it out of you.”

— 1325 Cedar Post Ln · Houston“I feel safe and secure. The apartments are located in a nice residential area on a quiet street. It is peaceful and pleasant here. The new management is awesome. The grounds are clean and well maintained. I have covered parking. My apartment is remodeled and cute. The rent is low for such comfortable living. Costco, schools and bus line are very near. Cedar Gate is beautiful living. Thank you.”
