“I love it come by Oakridge Apartments they keep the property nice. And make sure everything is in order. I haven't been here long. But I'm so blessed no mold or leaks at my new apartment. But the old apartment had a lot of problems. The people in the office makes me feel welcome. I would tell you this is the place you want to live. Oakridge Apartments come by and check it out.”

“Hello all if you lived at Oakridge Apartment Homes within the past year and half please email me at [email protected]. t These owners need to be investigated as well as Tina the property manager and all other proporties that the Arena Enterprises LLC own. The owners run there business out of the home. Thank God for public records! Let's get justice and help me take them down. They care nothing about there tenants and refuse to give deposits back because they pocket that money it's been proven. So again if you have had a issue or problem please email me.”

“Don't choose oakridge as a place to stay not a good environment. They has roaches &bed bugs real bad in all they unit's. Tina stills i have seen her. And she also stole from me. She very nasty an rude& grimmy. Your information like your ss# or not safe for them to have they will us it... Tina do ---- and then threaten to call the laws on you an she ain't gonna do ---- because she scary. If she had piece she wouldn't have 8 camera's around one small apt door her door. She do so much dirt she can't sleep. She don't have god.she got camera's.Lol!! Sad she is. And the ones giving them a good comments messy with them. They blind to tina or the other ppl in the office don't care about them just the money. Long as you except they ---- you good. Soon as you don't comply with they mess you will be evicted. I know from living there. Tina don't know but she will know when she read this. Witch you didn't evict me i have the proof and you are going to court. Pain and suffering here i come. So your boss will loose money. Oh and the maintenance man tazer you not by law. They or very illegal. And tuna i did a police report on you. For stilling my wallet. Get ready.”

“By far the worst apartments I have ever stayed in first the hot water always goes out then they take two and a half weeks to fix it. Then my daughter mother was coming through the gate and it closed on the bumper so now I have to get that fixed cause on the gate it says their not liable for your car being damaged. Wtf then to top it off Tins the manager sees us outside says nothing about my car. But I wake up in the morning and my car has been towed. My car has a parking sticker on it so it was unlawfully towed. It wasn't even sitting in the parking space for a whole day wtf. So I'm getting a lawyer and going to take them to court. 1.Health code violation if your hot is off for more than 7days. Then they didn't even let you know what's going on with the hot water you have to constantly call and ask. Like do your dam job. Tina is the worst apartment manager I have ever seen. 2.unlawful tow they didn't say anything about us having to move our car. She just called the tow truck in the middle of the night. The also I saw the apartment manager Tina smoking crack one time. I wouldn't recommend this apartments to anyone it's not worth it believe me. update Tina says our car was towed cause no parking sticker well guess what when we got the car out yesterday sure enough the parking sticker was in the car. The other reason she said it was wrecked after the lawyer and car dealership seen it they said if I drove it to the car dealership its not wrecked. So we can sue them no matter what it says on the gate cause their liable for the damages. Me and my daughter mother is trying to find the people or company who owns these apartments. I wouldn't advise anyone to move into these apartments the hassles not worth it. They get mad when you speak up for yourself. So now I'm persuing a lawsuit against oakridge apartments. Yes I have pictures of the damage to my car, the parking sticker, and the tow information on how she called them herself, So yes Tina you will be getting what you deserve and also calling the police today to file a police report for the damages to my car , unlawful tow, and harassment from Tina the apartment manager. She found the right one .”

“Now that the fat white girl Tina who use to be the Asst Manager is the Manager beware. She runs her office with prejudice her and her fat mexican Asst Manager. Pretty much $100 fines for anything you do the roaches are the residents and anyone else is a felon or on SSI . Yes it's a fast place to get accepted if you have broken leases but by the time you leave Oak Ridge your rental history will not be any better. The gate is always jammed up and will have you pee your pants if you are trying to get home to use it . I heard Canfield is a much less headache of a place to live and the property is more up to date than raggedy Oak Ridge. Do not rent at Oak Ridge!”

“oakridge is the lowest of the lowest apartments in houston tx the manager debra jimmerson is fake and is full of it with ha 1978 jerry curl and so is ha co worker tina A with her backwards built a** and the complex is not nice enough for the rules they tried to enforce and debra spends all ha time cleaning ha out of style vehicles blastig ha 2009 jamie foxx cd. to worry about the complex and tina fav thing to do is breaking and enter your apt and snooping for your things and try to evict you as soon as she gets caught so you all if your looking to lease plz drive past oakridge on northborough 77067 and keep looking”

“First of all i would like to add that frm my experience from visiting property nnobody cnt even pay me live there thts how bad it is and the sad part about it is that the so call manger ms. Debra is so unprofeesional all she does is walk around harrassing tenants and their visitors and giving them fines for none sense and she claim she is a man but born a women what kind of profession she trying run smh.. She calls herself trying clean up the community please she has turn it into a prison. The other sad part is that the apartments speaks for itself its so run down i dont unerstand why they still standing . The matenience is horrible they dont fix nothing and gate dnt wrk properly half the time people be stuck at the gate even manger herself be stuck at gate. The inside of the apartments nasty run down appliances and roach infested. I see why the apartments except broken leases and felonies because them the only people who would even consider moving there because they dont have no where else to go. Overall dont even waste your time renting there unless you like being in prison.”

“The manager is soooo cool and she really cares about her property. I read the reviews from last year and I just had to let everyone know that it is much better. The manager - debra and her assistant take the community very seriously and try to fix any problems they are faced with. The haning out is NO MORE!!!! It is nice anquiet at night and even the babe kids are under control. I came here about 15 months ago and just renewed my lease. I came here because of my job and needed to relocate from the sw, I was really worried and have been plasently suprised. I have the managers personal cell phone number just incase I need her and she actually responds. If I have any complaints it would just be the bad kids on the block but when I have a problem with them I just call Ms. Debra and she runs them off! This is a nice place to live with very reasonable rents.”

“I would never lease here Debra in the front office is very unprofessional, rude, irrogant and a -----. the apts suck, and are full of bed bugs and roaches. the maintance ppl are thieves, and they should take bull dozers and knock these ------ --- apts down!!!!!!!!!”

“This property is nasty. The management is poor and doesn't do their job. They are roach infested and bed bug infested. If you have children do not live here. This property is for people that have no where else to live. They will not provide you with the owner's information and by law they are suppose to. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! The management will try to get over on you.”

“When me n my daughters lived there my dishwasher had mold in it and when I would tell them about it they tell me just to just run it with bleach. Then I had a real bad roach problem from my neighbors n they would bye bombs for me n tell me just bomb the place. The so called office manager would let people sale drugs on the property n get her cut off of it. Then they would take people stuff out of their apartment if they didn't pay their rent n if it was something she like she would put it in her apartment and da rest she would sale. The list goes on and on so if you have a choice don't move there.”

“THOSE OF MAINTENANCE do NOT FIX NEVER THE APARTMENTS THERE ARE COCKROACHES!!! They do NOT CHANGE THE FOLDER AND THERE ARE BEDBUGS IN THE FOLDER 3 h `”

“Yes I went and applied at Oakridge and they told me they needed proof of my employment, they told they would not process my application until I brought my information. Within 30 minutes I decided I didn't want to lease at Oakridge after driving through the property. I went back to the office and told them I didn't want them to process my application and if they could return my $55 that I had given them. The manager assured me that I could get my money back just to come back the next day. I returned the next day for them to tell me that they couldn't return my money back because of the time they had spent showing me an apartment. Well as far as I know I have never been charged an application fee to be shown an apartment. They office staff is rude and unprofessional. And the manager is not backing up what he said about returning my application fee. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone!!”

“These apartments would be my very last choice. While i hear the crime rate here has gone down and have not seen or experienced any problems in that area, they still have problems period. This place is "hood"! The property is not kept well at all. Maintenance is HORRIBLE! You can barely get anyone to come out and fix anything, and when they do it takes a week( ), multiple calls to report the same problem, and when and if they come, your problem still won't be fixed!! They don't inspect the apartments beforehand so you're left with the mess of the previous owners (including whatevers broken). When i moved in, the refrigerator didn't work, as well as electric sockets, garbage disposal, stove, and patio door. I've been there for months, made several reports, and most of these are still issues! Noise is a problem as well as filth! The managers are far from friendly or helpful and it seems all they care about is being there to "draw their check". The on site laundry facility is useless; plan on driving to a washateria! Its usually not clean and only 2 of the 5 washing machines work. Water has been halfway overflowing in one for 2 weeks. The dryers take 3 cycles to dry. Like the apartments, it is untended to as well. Parking can be an issue and the lighting at night is very poor! If you can't show where the car you drive is in your name, you can't even get a gate card! They tell you to wait for someone else to drive up and enter! How ridiculous is that! Make this place your last resort, and even then KEEP LOOKING!”

“I must say these Apartments have improved dramatically. And I'm loving it. Thanks to the "new" management they have really dressed these apartments up from parking lot to landscaping even maintenance has gotten better. Thank you to the managment very much for making it comfortable at last. From even fixing the gates and keeping them working to installing cameras for our safety you have done a wonderous job that I couldn't have believed was capable. Thanks for finally giving me the confidence to call my apartment home. I love the lighting at night and the extra security is great keep up the wonderful work.”

“Since i have live on propery i can not complain, the crime rate is nowhere near what it was a year ago. We now have new property owners and thew have improve the entire property, from rude and filty neihbors, to the beautiful landscapeing. I dont have to worry about some one breaking into my home while im at wok nor at home they have provided us with excellent security day and night. along with the friendly staff in the front office.”

“Since new management has taken over it seems like they are trying to change everything for the better I hope they keep it up and continue with what they are trying to achieve. I haven't had any problems so far but look forward to see what they will do about all the people hanging around the apartments....P.S. I'm glad they finally fixed the gates....”

“The manintenance workers do not respond to any directive my the manager of the property. <br> <br>Anyone who has been evicted from other properties move into this apartment complex. <br> <br>Drug dealing happens in daylight in front of the rental office. <br> <br>The date me and my husband moved in my box that were sitting in front of my door was stolen.”

“Roaches, Roaches, Roaches,broken water pipes,cracking walls,ceiling cracks, bees, they do not fix anything. Manager has a horrible attitude....and I know all of this by living in these apartments for 12 days.”
