“This apartment complex is unsafe. Constantly hearing gun shots, people screaming, tenants play loud music with a lot of base at all times of the night, trash is all over the grounds, and police are frequently present.”

“This is the text book NOT to run an Apartments I have a hole from a water leak the ceiling of those private effect of the Cember but from about five months every morning the place is littered with trash and I have to hire a person to pick it up Commencement a custom and ally before we started this place is BAD.”

“Worst apt you can rent , theres shootings on and on around the apt . Theres bedbugs on most of the apt its infested. If your looking to sign a lease for 1yr, look somewhere else...worst apt to live..save your money.”

“These apartments have been good for me. The price is good for what you get. I don't see any gangsters anywhere, no thugs no broken cars its pretty quiet. I like it.”

“I moved from the Cancun apartments next door to these and it was a big upgrade for me at time. This place was less dangerous, however our rent check was stolen out of office and cashed. The management gave us hard time over it, and the management was never very helpful. I remember a lot of ppl at night sitting outside half the night to drink and once in awhile security would tell them go inside. On Christmas Eve one year, there was a shooting and police came out and found out there was a prostituion illegal gambling going on here. The apartments were decent inside however I remember having problems the electricity going out few times for few days in row during the summer.”

“This apartment used to be great but since the new staff started nothing gets fix, there's no security and everytime you renew your contract they go higher on the rent but won't change or fix anything and they charge whatever they want for water and now they are selling parking spots and sticker but yet again theres no parking spaces for residents or visitors. The manager and staff are rude and they love to lie.”

“This apartments are bad specially the staff in the office not friendly at all and now they cut our parking spaces so we can buy them, there's too many cars and NOT ENOUGH SPACES FOR PEOPLE TO PARK EVEN THE ONE ON THE STREET ARE SELLING THEM!! They are crazy out of their minds !!!! ???????????????????? rent just keeps going up but don't fix anything at all I been waiting for months and nothing..... Bad bad and rude staff”

“This is the third year I have lived in Ravenwood Apartments and I have enjoyed living here. There are lots of children the same age as mine and also various ages that run around and have fun ...The new owners are doing lots of remodeling and painting...I have not had too many problems with my townhome I like the way it is designed...And its near my sons school...Nice Neighbors too!!!!”

“Terrible apartments Extreme meldew and rust problems they do not fix terrible drainage problems and Office employees are extremly rude Lady in the Office gdoesnt even speak english how do they expect to get more legals then illegals to move in this property..Im a tennate here until my l ase is up and they are still rude in the Office to me i asume only because im asking for things to be changed..I guess they are irritated!!”

“there bad! they got allot of bad people moving in here. Alot of cholos. property is very dirty, the staff office are unprofessional, and maintenance are unprofessional. bad bad bad defiantly do not recommend you to move here if you like peace.”

“This apartment complex looks very run down from the outside but the inside is very nice... They are huge apartments and pretty clean. Like with all other apartments located next to a small or large bayou, I have battled roaches and mice... But a little bit of money and effort ran those suckers right off. It is quiet here and the crime rate is low. We have night time security whom actually patrols the place on foot and the staff also live on property. The office staff are great people. Very pleasant and professional. Anytime that I have had an issue with something inside my apartment they have sent maintenance over and resolved the issue right away. There are a lot of things this place could improve on as far as the outside of these buildings go but the inside is great. I only wish we had washer and dryer hook up. But like I said "ya get what ya pay for" and until I can afford more this is comfortable for now!!!”

“This apartment complex call RAVENWOOD apartments which is under the MOODY NATIONAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY has been the WORST NIGHTMARE <br>for my family and myself. Sadly we do not have the money to move or just GET <br>OUT as my stepfather has been in the hospital for 4 weeks and still there. <br>IN this complex we have things going on like "DRIVING BY SHOOTINGS", "STOLEN <br>VEHICLES", "CAR DAMAGES" almost every day. There is " HIGH TRAFFIC AND MONKEY <br>BUSINESS" going on or should say "ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AND ALSO BREAKING IN ON <br>APARTMENTS". This is "ENDANGERING OUR LIVES AND OTHER DECENT PEOPLE IN THE <br>COMPLEX AS WELL AS THE NEIGHBOURHOOD".<br><br>Just go to the Houston Police Department web site and pull out the information . The management<br>in the office are useless and not mention the bad customer service as well as changing the <br>managers all the time, and they do not even introduce with the tenants. When you call<br>MOODY NATIONAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY about these things they do not do anything<br>about and just turn a blind eye, they have to put SECURITY!!! In the meantime my family<br>and myself are living with stress and suffering every day and wondering when we wake up<br>tomorrow if our only car will be destroyed as one car has already been totally destroyed.<br>THIS IS OUR NIGHTMARE AND IS THERE ANYWAY OR ANYONE WHO CAN DO SOMETHING<br>ABOUT THIS!!??<br><br><br><br>. <br>”
