“I moved here in 2021. Upon applying for the apartment with Jennifer I was not allowed to view the actual apartment only given videos to watch. Once I signed my lease, I was given keys and entered the unit to find lots of roaches everywhere both dead and alive. I was able to bomb the unit and clean so while living I did not have roaches. When neighbors moved in and out of the neighbor units, I would occasionally see a few here and there. The roaches were the least of the issues once controlled but the hot water in constantly being turned off with very little explanation as to why. The upstairs balconies are literally plywood and with small children caused a huge problem. Over the years many of it weathered away and caused us to get splinters from the wood. My first 6 months of being in the apartment I had no working stove until I began a paper trail writing emails to the office informing them, I did not have a working appliance. The apartments have 2 laundry facilities on site but neither of them works. There isn't a playground as advertised, and the pool is only open when maintenance is available. I once reached out to Jennifer asking why the pool was being open at 10am and closing at 5pm during the week and it was briefly changed to 10-8pm with the last 30 minutes the maintenance lady making everyone get out so she can get home. The property being to make changes to rent amounts and the process making it almost impossible for anyone who receives cash payment to make rent payments. On top of the bogus charges, they throw in (lease Lock and leasing fees) they charge you 3% of your rent to pay your rent. By the end of my lease my rent had went up, yet no changes were made to my unit. This community is very nice family oriented but lots of skeletons in the closet when it comes to being there.”

“I would like to take a moment to show appreciation to one of the maintenance staff, Alex. I called the after hours phone line and within 5 minutes, he responded to let me know he would be on his way. Alex thanks so much for replacing my AC motor on yesterday, Sunday. My AC motor stop working at about 1pm, and Alex came and had it working by 4pm. Thanks Alex for taking the time to come to my apartment on a Sunday afternoon. Very much appreciated!”

“I've lived here a year just move out about 3 weeks ago everything was good never had a roach problem Mrs. Jennifer is very professional and is willing to help you with any questions you may have this a great quite place to live if you want some peace.”

“Management and staff are extremely rude. Units are priced way too high for the quality of the complex and lack of customer service. I have a friend that lives at the complex and basically just want your money . He lives is a one bedroom with an ant infestation. I reported things I saw to the city”

“I am a first time renter and I was a little nervous about the whole process. The management team was very caring and attentive. They listened to what I was going through and what I was looking for. My apartment is beautiful. I love it. wasn't sure if I was going to like living here but my neighbors are quiet and friendly. If it hadn't been for the management team I wouldn't of known what to do. Im truly happy with my decision to live here”

“Horrible uncaring staff. I've been here over ten years paid rent and quietly dealt with their rude service, water shutdowns, extremely slow maintenance and pot holes ( the only thing they improved on) they will not work with you if any emergency happens and refused to release my apartment history when I decided to move after a decade. Likely since they were desperate for renters after Harvey. Very bad service, I never complain but after all these years it has to be said. There needs to be a management change.”

“Clear Creek Landing Apartments is not a good choice to rent. Every week the water's getting cut off so core fixing it but nothing is fixing cuz if you're fixed it you wouldn't have to cut the water off every week they keep your deposit just not honest people I wouldn't recommend you stay there”

“Shitiest property to lease from. Office management is a joke, bathroom plumbing unusable on multiple occasions without notice of being addressed. Unable to use restroom for 4 days before maintenance was sent to apt. I will never recommend this place for my worse enemy. Apt infested with roaches and complex will not address issue. I have spent my personal money trying to fix the issue. The 60 day notice fell on a Sunday when the office is closed. I informed the office staff the following day and was told that I was late with my notice. I will owe an extra of rent. POS complex.”

“The two ladies in the rental office are an absolute joke!!! They are not there to assist residents with any concerns.. They are rude and very unprofessional!! Tried calling them to fix an issue and got no answer for 3hrs.. had to leave work to walk in there to see her sitting right by the phone doing absolutely nothing!!! And then she got rude with me because I recognized how unprofessional this place was and that I'm a paying resident and she is there to assist me not give me an attitude.. The people in the complex are cool and never had any break ins or thefts.. but the people working here suck on a daily basis with no clue on how to help everyday hardworking people!! My advice.. stay completely away from this place!!!”

“This place is terrible. The rent has gone up every year, and now the plumbing hasn't worked for two straight days. I spoke to the front desk they said a water pipe had burst, but it wasn't fixed correctly the first time. This has happened before as well. Also, don't be fooled by the rent advertised comma they charged another $80 for water and gas.”

“I moved in May 2015 and breaking my lease to get out ASAP. The mgmt and staff turnaround is ridiculous . The apt I had was roach and ant infested. Office refused to do anything about it. The useless housekeeper told me to go buy my own stuff to kill the roaches and ants. The painters did a very sorry job on paint and the resurfacing they did on tub was a joke. After 1st shower it started peeling. The current Mgr Darla is not a people person and thinks she is better then you and will talk down to you. She doesn't want to do anything but sit behind her desk. The housekeeper Francis is no better shes dumb and doesn't know what's going on there but she's up to date on all the gossip. She's not a very good housekeeper she to old and senile to get apts ready for move in. Francis nor Darla refuses to hear complaints or fix anything. We never got in the pool cuz it was always out of order. Glad city got involved and shut the pool down. Kids make to much noise riding bikes or when they would swim in the green pool. If maintenance would speak english then maybe work orders would get completed timely. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX TO ANYONE.”

“Leasing office agent /assistant manager is a joke .She is not professional at all and rude . You have better luck having your problem resolved adressing it to the manager directly . The Valet laundry lady is the only person there with common sense and professionalism .”

“This is the second day I tried to pay my rent and get a sticker for my car !!! Every time I walk in the assistant has been so busy with an office full of people but no matter what!! She has acknowledge my presence and with her radiant smile will let me know " I will be right with you ". I'm starting to believe that there is only one person working that office. I sat there yesterday for 20 minutes while the new manager (yes another new manager) sat back in her chair basically doing nothing !!! not once did she answer the phone or come out to help the assistant. The girl had so many people she was helping but yet the new manager knew that and not once helped her. I looked at the manager a few times but she never asked if I needed anything!!!! really??? What kind of "new manager" does not come out to greet her tenants??? The only reason I resigned my lease because of the assistant manager ONLY!!!! Please please stop putting managers in that office that have NO customer service skills!!!!”

“This place is very unprofessional including the manager. She does not let you speak talks over you and very rude when talking. This place also does not fix things on time and are always just making things up as they go. All these people want is your money and don't care about the residents there!!! I do not recommend this place at all!!!!!!!!”

“This place is infested with roaches and it is not a gated apartment complex, staff in office are very unprofessional and it is a small office and you can hear everyones personal business and information. Front desk lady has all the applications and personal paper work of tenants or applicants on her desk all in the open very unprofessional anyone can see someone's social,address etc. They just want to keep you're money and before you give them a deposit or anything know you're rights as a renter. One lady walked in to pay her rent and she looked upset and said after 10 years being there she was moving do to high prices and not so safe complex.”

“The unit that I live in is ok. Here are the problems.. Water coming from the faucet and shower heads are always orange rusty for some reason. This issue is been a concern since I started my lease few years back. Water is very disgusting and smells. Roaches everywhere and I mean literally. Find another complex that's better than this place. BTW, New management took over and they don't care about their tenants. They are slightly unprofessional for sure specially one of the maintenance guy. Go figure!”

“Please keep looking somewhere else. The office manager is the most ignorant, rude and acting uneducated person to deal with. She has no respect for residents and talks to them like trash. you move in here. i guarantee, you will regret. She treats people like they are low dirt and and has no people skills. She has been physically attacked by angry residents coz she is stuck up in some kind of utopia world of herself.”

“Do not live here. Keep Looking. The office staff are very rude. The apartments are falling apart. Very overpriced for the conditions that you live in The washateria is always broken with machines and messy”

“I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU MOVE HERE. IF YOU MOVE HERE, YOU WERE WARNED! ======================= Noise - People blast their music at full volumes in the parking lot and trust me, it's music young children should not here. If you are a light sleeper, do not get a downstairs unit. You WILL hear your neighbor walk above you. It can get loud depending on how many people live above you. Grounds - Garbage, garbage everywhere. You will see dumpsters overflowing with trash. Eventually, trash bags will start piling up to the side of the dumpster. Perfect place for rodents and stray animals. Safety - Since this new management took over, more questionable people moved in. My friend told me this place now takes people with broken lease history. If you want to live in the ------, then come on by. Neighborhood - I think the homes surrounding this apartment complex wished this place didn't exist. A lot of ------ people here. Loud and rude. Maintenance - Requests take 1 - 3 weeks before anyone stops by. Staff - Don't let their charm fool you. Once you sign the lease, you are just a number. They have no problem showing you their true colors after you sign off all the paperwork. Everyone, except for the valet laundry lady (bless her heart) left this dump when Westdale left. A lot of people said that this new management would make things better. They have actually made this place worse. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!”

“I do not reccommend this property. The new management endangered my children by forcing them out of the apartment to exterminate. The notice recieved by the technician from the previous visit did not state they would have to vacate the apartment. We did not have to on the previous visit. In doing this they risked their safety since there was no adult supervision. The manager verbally abused my two minor children and mentally disabled adult son. Arrangments had to be made for a relative to pick up my children but it would not be for 2-3 hours. In all the chaos important medications were left behind.”

“This place is the pits!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE! The new "management" is AWFUL. They treat residents horribly. Even long time residents who pay their rent on time. Walls are super thin. They hate coming to fix general up keep and come up with excuses as to why they can not fix them. If you live towards the back of property the laundry room is always filthy and half the time machines do not work. Playground has all kinds of expletive graffiti written all over it, which management refuses to address, young college renters who smoke weed, people who bbq on on patios when the lease clearly states you are not supposed for fire safety reasons, the list goes on. They advertise this place, on their website, as a family-friendly oriented place to live but it's complete BS. Also water is outrageously expensive here. Almost $60 a month for a 2/2 !”

“Management and staff are horrible. They treat and talk to their renters like they are trash. So unprofessional. Apartments are in poor condition due to no pairs only patch ups. They make a pitty issue huge when theres no need too. You call and complain they turn it back on the renters and want to call the cops REALLY!!! Overall service and care is crap. Management needs to go or get in line and learn how to respect those who are giving them a check every 2 weeks because of renters they have a job.”

“I'm actually sitting in this horrible apartment now wishing I didn't have a lease! My apartment is currently filling with paint fumes and I can barely breathe much less my 1 year old its very cold outside so I can't use their solution which is to open my doors and windows And this is the second time I've had to leave my apartment because they do this. Aside from that the rotting wood, chipping paint, mold in the vents, throughout the apartment, the bed bugs, bad maintenance, the revolving doors of neighbors who don't even fit in a apartment let alone the weed smells that come from the apartments, horrible management, my water smells like dog half the time like chlorine the other half, there a lady who digs through the trash daily and yells at my other son when he tries to throw out the trash. If there was legal way to leave with out a broken lease I'd be gone.”

“Ive been here for.a short amount of time and I cannot wait until my lease is up! The best thing about my apartment is that I do not have a bug issue, it is quiet, and close to the beltway. My problem is that the apartment complex is VERY old and instead of them fixing things they just patch it up. There is an issue with the pipes so from time to time it has a sewage like smell. In my bathroom I cleaned it and the paint came off and displayed this filthy look rust around the tub the soap dish and all is really nasty looking. For what I pay I would expect much better.....”
