“I moved into my unit and on multiple occasions I have found mice in my apartment unit I have called and called and No one has came out to do anything about it…the ladies in the management office does not care about nothin that goes on with the unit it’s always a different excuse I’m waitin till my lease is up but I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone”

“i hate these apartments current management is the worst. they are rude and don't care about your complaints or anything you have to say. I've complained a thousand times about the rats and roaches roaming around at nigh in the streets they have gotten into my home not once have they came to put poison. I have noisy neighbors and i've complained about them as well and they just don't care they keep kicking the walls and blasting music at 2 am. Parking is being charged just so that management can make extra cash on it. I regret stepping foot in these apartments. i can't leave or else will be charged a big fee for breaking contract but i can't take it anymore. Take my advice don't come live here. also maintenance workers only walk around apartments and do nothing btw there's only about 2 workers.”

“this place sucks, i don't know what the city is waiting for. I'm a current resident, and it's horrible, rat infested, killed 5 rats in 2 weeks, roaches, these black worms coming out the restroom walls, paint peeling off walls, if you have babies, little kids DON'T COME HERE, been begging for months for them to shampoo the carpet and still havent come, they charge equally for water, when other neighbors are using more. Now you have to pay $40 each month for you to park inside the apartments or your car will get towed. And theres never security probably like once a month, my husband got his car broken into along with other 5 cars the same night. It's horrible. Just today 10/08/2018 maggots started coming out the restrooms sink, and more maggots started coming out of the carpet, I called them at 9am so they could come and no one from maintenance showed up, they only have like 3 maintenance people and one of them just walks around the apts doing nothing. AGAIN DON'T COME HERE!!!!!”

“this place is trash staff don't know what they are doing office is always closed and MANAGER is never there. I have tried to gone in mornings afternoons and even before they close and still nothing they close before time and never answer their phones assistant manager Vanessa doesn't know nothing and covers up for her manager Sylvia they both are so unprofessional and rude do not move here they don't fix nothing and bring up so many excuses. Centra partners really needs to look into this apartments they are doing illegal stuff in that office waiting for my lease eto finish so I can get out this b**tch”

“I came to look at these apartments, the staff was nice & friendly! They showed me the 1 bedroom it was nice & I loved the flooring & the space. Their pool was open & it looked really beautiful . I really do look forward to living here!!”

“These are the worst apartments!!!!!!!!! They break car windows, rob people left my truck on bricks (stole my tires with original rims not fancy ones) rent is extremely high for the condition we live in. The cops never come unless you are there was a negative star i would give it but 1 star is the least. Right now as of march of 2017 we have had at least 15 cars broken into in the last few weeks and management is aware and has done if you dnt mind all these issues and spending extra money in stolen things come on in to your horrible,unsafe Apartments!!!!!cant wait untill my contract is over!!!!!!!”

“Absolute WORST place to live!!!!' I was robbed & I asked could i move because the premises were unsafe she told me no they didn't care at all!!!!! Bedbug problem & my air broke at least once a week every summer. I lived here a year & a half in complete misery. RUN AWAY DO NOT LOOK BACK”

“When I first moved in last summer, I had now problems. The staff was OK t .property was OK. Now that have new management and they are horrible I've gotten 2 eviction notice on my door and had to go to the office and show them the recite they gave me. Talk about being pissed. Every other day the water is off. D*** how many times does it takeoff fixed a freaking water problem? It's been times where I had to go somewhere else to take showers because of no water. The pool is never open. What's the point of having a pool that Does not work..but if you live with people loosing money orders, no working water, and no swimming pool, then be my guest and move in”

“PLEASE DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT MOVING TO WILLOWRIDGE APARTMENTS. MY COUSIN WAS MURDERED THERE AND SOME OF THE NEIGHBORS SEEN IT AND WOULDN'T TELL THE POLICE WHO DID IT. HE WAS KILLED BY A FEW GUYS. THEY JUMPED HIM, THEN AS IF THAT WASN'T ENOUGH..THEY STABBED HIM. NOW, THAT PRETTY MUCH SPEAKS FOR ITSELF!”

“ok!! im living in these aparments right now as we speak. iv been livin here for about five years, and let me say these apartments SUCK!! really they do, these apartments are so ugly in very poor condition, so many nasty cats all over the place, alot of roaches, with the same old nasty, stinkin carpet after so many years, and yet they give you a hard time about shampooin the damn thing.i have a very old nasty mold infested dishwasher that is just to disgussting, i'v asked them plenty of times to please replace the damn thing, and you know what they say, well it still works all you have to do is clean it.i and not to speack about the naighbor-hood-so very getto, ------ salin crack at the corner store, gun shooting like every weekend, black people always walkin around with there pittbulls. and why do i still live here you might ask, well the reason is simple, the rent is cheep. oh and let me not forget, the owners of the willow ridge apartments are chinice or asian not to sure, so were ever you go and asian people own the joint,big red flag, slum lords.”

“I was calling in from out of town to look for an apartment. This woman answered the phone who I might add was NO ASSISTANCE to me. First she answered the phone after 4-5 rings then I DON´T even want to put down how she sounded when she answered very unattentitive...I SWEAR TO GOD about what I am about to say..I wanted to call back and speak with a manager but I was afraid it was HER..she answered the phone like she was having SEX!!! For the love of GOD I SWEAR TO THIS..she was moaning, and breathing really heavy, I had to repeat my questions 2-3 times, I asked her was she sleeping. She said she was trying to talk to two people at once I never heard anyone in the back but moaning I swear I was VERY disgusted and upset because me looking for an apartment in a short amount a time bothers me. But coming from Raleigh,NC to Houston she really TURNED me off in looking for a spot there and I ended up hanging in her face. <br> <br>I have never even been on the site but that alone TURNED ME OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHOEVER she was is sick and disgusting!!!”
