“Manager is rude people scared to pay the rent or go in the office.Because if his attitude is very ugly.Poor matinence don't fix nothing in a timely manner.Dont have nothing for the kids.Not a place you wanna call home”

“I would not recommended this property due to the pest issue me and my boyfriend dealed with for a whole year. We bombed our apartment 3times and it seems it has got worser!!! Also the management staff change so I'm not really sure how they fix thing in a timely manner. One other thing is there is no gate code for your guest to enter the apartments instead you have to wait until a resident with a gate card comes!! Eventhough the property itself is quiet, some one hit and ran my boyfriends truck one night last year and had no proof because there were no cameras on property!! So besides the pest and management I would advise you to not move here!!!”

“The maintenance staff is polite and tentative. There are times when it takes a little while for them to process tickets, but they have at least given me notice of those delays. I have been here for almost two years and it seems to have turned around in the past year or so. They have done alot of renovations and cleaned up the place a bit. I do wish they had more parking though. My only complaint.”

“I've been livin here a yr. & sad to say I have to renew my lease today but only for 6 months..I've been sick so I couldn't go out lookin for a better place to live.. its very noisy & hard to find parkin at times... the cops are here all the time its crazy..they take forever to do a simple work order..oh & if u need to wash u have to go across the street to do laundry bcuz u have to load ur card in order to wash clothes but people who work & get off late cant load the card bcuz the machine to load ur card is in the office not the laundry room & they close office @5pm..I have lots of roches & I clean everyday & spray but they are ruthless..the parkin sux now we have to pay $20 a month for reserved parkin which is crazy..I didn sign up for it but it should b parkin for residence only..well the apts are trashy n omg trash everywhere outside n around the dumpsters..my apt looked like crap when I moved in & the paint sux n floors sux n I have no baseboards n my bathrm & baseboards are uneven..I have holes behind the stove & fridge n roaches come out like crazy.. under my sink is sunk in & holes n ugly...I dnt recommend anyone to live here unless u absolutely have to..ask to look @ the apts b4 u decide cuz they didn show me my apt plus they gave me the wrong apt n I asked for dwnstairs but live upstairs..good luck if u move here..”

“I moved in september 2012, at the begining was not too happy with the property, however I must said I'm impress with the change , since this new managment company got here, we have cameras, it is a good , pleasant place to live, the new Manger Lois is always smiling and willing to help I'm happy”

“The maintenance sucks, I've been in heat cause they fail to fix the air, They play games and when you call to make work orders they don't come and lie to you until they close. They have rats and roaches in them, i'm waiting for my lease to end.They change management like underwear. They don't care about your safety and they always having a car towed. Please find somewhere else to live cause you will regret it. oh and every year they go up on rent.”

“ive been living here over a year now sucks that i had to renew my contracts for another damm year . but what can i say... omg roaches roaches !!!!!! i still have a issue with this . i have kids and this is horrible have to keep toys clean ... mold .. my room border on the floor had a orange mold looking color told the office all they did was paint over it ... :( walls look all beat up when they give it to you .... basicly pooorrrr i dont like it”

“I have been living here for a year come April. My house has mold, roaches, no a/c most of the time, really really humid, and when I told the office they basically said you should try and fix it. My house has been broken into twice, my brother was robbed at the entrance gate on Thanksgiving, and my car was broken into. These are the worst apartments and management I have ever come across. Then again I moved in being cheap so I got what I paid for.”

“These are the WORST apartments ever! If your looking for apartments this is not the place to look. These apartments have A BED BUG problem, and refuse to do anything about it, then the management blames YOU for having bed bugs. I have never in my life had bed bugs before. The 8 months I have been living here, I have heard numerous people complain about bed bugs, and they dont EVER do anything about it. This has over all been the worst experience ever, the maintenence never comes and the apartments are full of trash!These apartments have a bad roach problem also, it took them a month to come exterminate then when they came they only exterminated the kitchen! What the hell! I need the whole apartment done! As soon as my lease is up IM GONE!”

“From what I've seen at this property, I like it. No property is PERFECT, but they did make some changes to be better. I like the conveince of being near THREE freeway 9BELTWAY, 610 AND 59) plus shopping. I dont have to drive to get my the essentials for my home, Walmart is NOT far either (right up bissonet). Most importantly, managment listens and understands your situation (tries to do their best to work with you). No complaints on my end.”

“DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS THIS IS THE LAST RESUL, THE MANAGMENT HAS THEIR RELATIVES LIVING HERE AND THE WHOLE DAMN APARTMENT COMPLEX IS NOTHING BUT --------, THEY UP ALL NIGHT LONG DRINKING AND THE SECURITY THEY SUPPOSE TO HAVE DON'T EVEN SAY ANYTHING TO THEM, THIS COMPLEX IS HORRIBLE DO NOT STAY HERE ,THE WALLS ARE VERY THIN AND YOU CAN HERE PEOPLE WALKING ABOVE YOU LIKE THE FLOOR IS GOING TO CAVE IN THE PEOPLE THAT LIVES IN THE APARTMENT ARE NASTY THEY HAVE DIAPERS ALL OVER THE APARTMENT THE TRASH CANS ARE ALWAYS OVERLOADED AND TRASHY LOOKING YOU CAN TELL THAT THEY MOVE THE WRONG PEOPLE IN THESE APARTMENTS. THE RENT FOR THESE APARTMNENTS ARE VERY WRONG FOR THE WAY THESE APRTMETNS ARE THEY NEED TO BE ABOUT $600 A MONTH”

“I have been living here for about 15 months. Since I been here things have changed drastically. There is poor maintenance and management. The managers are very rude and unprofessional. There are vacant apartments that crack heads live in. There are drug dealers. The access gate does not work. The walk in gates dead bolt locks are broken. So therefore anyone can walk on the property anytime they want to. Management have the nerve to tell the tenants they can't sit outside. You never know what might happen. There are too many shootings and murders in the adjacent apartments: Braes Court, Wesley Gardens and Glendale. I call them "DEATH ROW".The vacant apartments are not trashed out and there is old trash left on patios where residents are. Some are boarded up the city is getting ready to shut the down. If you have housing vouchers this place is a no no. The floors are caving in upstairs and there is no padding under the carpet. There is ground in dirt under there. Dust is everywhere. When I vacuum there is so much dirt and carpet in my canister. Just because the rent is cheap doesn't matter. We a re walking on 2 x 4's on the floor. There are wood rats and mice too. You hear ambulances, fire trucks and police all day. I am afraid to sleep at night there is no telling what might happen.”

“I have been residing here for approximately 15 months since, march 07. The management is horrible they watch you off the clock and give you lease violations for minor activities. When I first moved in, the entrance gates were working but dopefiends literally dismantled them. They won't fix a thing but they have the nerve to tell somebody that you can't sit on your own stairs.The carpet is full of dust, the floors are caving in making it feel like you're walking on 2 by 4's, and they're located right in the heart of "Death Row"(by Braes Court, Glendale, and Wesley Gardens).From what you have read I know you can tell it's badd. But if you can't I can tell you that THIS PLACE IS A NO-NO!”

“One of the most dissapointing apartment complexes on the southwest side of Houston, Breashollow has managed to stoop to an alltime low. Unprofessional and unknowledgeable staff provides a very disorganized management system. With no regulation (or overregulation) of apartment policies and/or rules, this complex rarely keeps tenants over the first leasing term. This complex does not come highly reccomended... Use an apartment locator.”

“I've been living in these apts. for 2 years and I can't wait until my lease is up. Since I've been here there has been mold in the closet and the ceiling in the closet and bathroom have both caved in, when I spoke to the office about it they not only took forever to fix these problems but they wouldn't move me and my boyfriend into a vacancy until the situation was resolved. We are always early with paying the rent and water but in April we paid the water bill all but $3 and the next day we received a notice stating if we don't pay the $3 we would be evicted. There have been two kick doors in our apartment, that I am aware of and the management didn't do anything but send us a letter notifying us no security or investigation at all. There are crack heads running around the apartments at all times of the night asking for money and on occasions I've even heard gunshots. But since the kick doors and gunshot incident occured that have hired security in the apartments but everytime we come home they are always trying to detain my boyfriend. Overall I would NOT recommend that nobody live here because since I moved here it has been pure hell.”

“You should only move in these apartments if you have no where else to move to. The buildings require constant attention but are still falling apart. THe property is not well maintained and there is dog buisness in almost every part of the grass.”

“UPON FINDING THE APTS OFF OF BRAESWOOD THEY WERE THE MOST AFFORDABLE AND SPACIOUS APT. THAT I'D ENCOUNTERED THAT WAS CLOSE TO MY JOB AND SCHOOL.<br>EVERY PROBLEM THAT WE STATED TO THE FRONT OFFICE THEY FIXED IT WITHIN A DAY OR TWO THE ONLY PROBLEM THAT I HAD WAS WITH PARKING AFTER DARK/AND THE AIR THAT WENT OFF 1 NIGHT AND THEY FIXED IT THAT FOLLOWING MORNING. I DID SEEM TO MEET A LOT OF NICE MEN & WOMEN OUT THERE I WOULDNT CHANGE THINGS THAT HAPPEDED THEIR FOR ANYTHING<br>THE ONLY REASON THAT I MOVED WAS BECAUSE SOME B!*$HES TRIED TO JUMP MY SISTERS AND THEY ENDED UP DEAD A FEW DAYS LATER HMMM... WONDER WHAT HAPPENED.”

“I used to live there. And they NEVER wanted to fix anything wrong. I had been complaining about the freezer leaking water onto my groceries inside the fridge. They NEVER came. I went to the office several times, I even sent an email..NO RESPONSE. Ive had hundreds of dollars worth of food ruined because of the incompetence of the management. I broke my lease and left. DONT MOVE HERE!”
