“Tranquility lake apartments are not good apartments. They have no maintnece i had to move out because i had to much mold and they would not fix the damages! They have sunroofs wich raise up the bill and it makes the house hot. Do not ever rent these apartments! They dont have a fitness center or anything else. But they do have 2 small pool. Had alot of arguments with the manager.”
— 18800 EGRET BAY BLVD · HOUSTON“Recent change in ownership and fuller conversions to condos a slight improvement, but structural problems persist (bad air circulation&.e.g. AC unit never cuts on or off once on, and sky lights in bathrooms contribute to very uncomfortable & hot afternoons and nights)...So expect high cooling costs in the summer (we lived on 2nd floor with good view of the lake) and high heating costs in the winter. Also, lacks fitness center or recreational area and not really gated due to entrance from adjacent complex. Best features include unconventional floor plan (2br) and parking (beneath apartment), but doesn't makeup for price and overall inconveniencies.”
