“I’ve been living in Coventry Park for 4 years, it’s a great place to stay/ live. My children love the play area and the friends they made through the apts.Neighbors are friendly. Management is very understanding and helpful”

“Hello everyone i am resident from Coventry Square park i've been living here 2015 an 2026 the neighborhood is really nice it's a quiet neighborhood, no problems. I like it. The office people are really good workers get everything done i have no problem with nobody, I recommend these apartments.You gonna like it i am gomez, and I love this community, and I love these apartment”

“Why it is can’t nobody NEVER pick up the phone:( This is ridiculous especially when I’m trying to see if I’m approve or not especially regarding leasing matters. Maybe it’s low on staff I wouldn’t now but this is ridiculous when I need answers”

“The worse place ever to move . Some many people have been shoot and dead over here. It's almost everyday or every couple of days shooting. The roaches and rats and bats are extremely bad . I don't go outside only to come and leave. So many staff and management companies have come and went . The front gate never stays close because people who don't even live here opens it to have easy access in and out. The rent is extremely high for all the crime here. They charge you buy the people in your home for water use. The pest control services is horrible. And lets not forget bedbugs also.”

“BEWARE!!!! Worst place to live ever! Drug dealers, prostitutes, and crack heads everywhere! Stealing your packages, and you can't even let your kids play outside without them stepping on dog ---- or afraid something bad might happen to them! Their supposed to be a gated community but the gates are always broken and anyone can come in. The manager Tina is a total ----- who doesn't care about the residents. They towed my brand new car just before rent was due and said it was my responsibility since I didn't have a parking sticker. Yet they didn't tow anyone else's but mine and the other cars didn't have a sticker either! $240 I had to pay to get my car back and I didn't have the car not even 2 days! I work during the times they are open and explained that to Tina but she had no remorse whatsoever even though I needed to pay my rent that same week. Being a single parent I can't afford to spend like that and school School is about to start, I don't get food stamps either so now I'm screwed thanks to the way these people treat their residents. They never fix anything that's wrong with the apartment either. I had to fix a lot of things myself because it gets ridiculous the amount of times I have to request for something to get done just for nothing to be done. I've bought my own shower curtain rods, lightbulbs, dishwasher caddy for silverware, and my A/C broke in July, sometimes we have no water/pressure, and I had to get rid of the roach problem myself even though they make us pay for pest control. SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!”

“Every sense mosaic management company has taken over this property I have seen it go down Hill. In the laundry Room that's open all night there's criminal activity homelessness, and prostitution all hours of the night. Weed you can buy it smoke it and sell it here, And it's OK. Loud talking, loitering all night. If you want to feel safe don't come here!!!! Management should manage the whole property not just the office. And yes the I'll tell you crime knows no zip code but management has a responsibility to their residents. Maintenance Is horrible, 5 days with no hot water, I can go on”

“I hate living here they have rats infestation and they do nothing about it their pest control came to my apt and left card board supposed to be mouse traps and that's it I have holes in my walls where the mice have eaten through like they want do anything about it I have two small kids and I don't want to be living in a rat infested apartment rats carry so many diseases it's disgusting. I'm highly pissed off I wouldn't recommend these apt to know one you pay for pest control in your monthly rent but they never come out and spray your house like their suppose to and the office people don't care”

“Where should i start i moved in August and it been fine i live in building 7 and im so ready to ready to break my lease and move out unit 714. Loud people talking parties 7 days a week smokes drugs all day you can smell it its just bad in building 7 the elderly lady said she called the front office from them to do nothing about this unit we have called corporate they say the front office will take care of it was a lie if you want peace dont rent here im so ready to break my lease because of this man and his 8 people that living with him and not on his lease. I cant wait for my lease to end i have started my search to move out this building 7.- unit 714 is the worse unit in this place”

“Omg rats rats rats ! RATS AND ROACHES EVERYWHERE!! DONT MOVE HERE HEED MY WARNING, UNLESS YOU LIKE LIVING IN FILTH. ALSO IF YOU LIKE DRUGS PROSTITUTION FIGHTS AND POOR CUSTONER SERVICE BY THE OFFICE STAFF THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACW FOR YOU!!! OH LORD I can't believe it! Hell on earth does exist!!!”

“Been living here for about 1year this month (December) i leave on the third floor. Within the first couple of months living here i got a beer bottle thrown through my kitchen window. Made a police report & reported to the apartment manager 1st thing she asked..."was it someone you knew?" No. Im not from Texas just work here as a travel nurse. Dont have anyone here who would want break my windows. So she said "oh it may have been kids playing." Then the apartment was sold to a different company & things got worst. I've been without hot running water for almost a week. This isn't the 1st time it's happen. Just a month or so ago the same thing happened. No one answers the phone & office hours are whenever they decide to open. Just feeling frustrated that there is no one other than the office staff to report my concerns.”

“I went to rent a apartment here and mrs Stacey were so nice and patience with myself and mother even though we didn't have everything she said to bring she was so nice and patience with us explaining again what we need and very nice about with no attitude about it..I think she deserve a lot of credit for doing her job and going to extra mile..”

“My husband, myself, our newborn child and our two roommates just recently moved in and the whole process was very smooth and the apartment staff, specifically Stacy, made everything very warm and inviting from day 1. They're quick to help you with your questions and fix anything in the apt. Its definitely an older complex, but dont let its appearance defer you, the inside is well maintained and everyone keeps to themselves. We're looking forward to our next year here. Recommend.”

“My experience at this community has been ok. The office staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. There is suppose to be a security patrol. I have never seen any security. The outside grounds need to be totally redone and the buildings need major renovations.”

“in the beginning I loved the complex as well as office staff , an then ... They showed their true colors ! This is by far the absolute worst apartment complex I've ever stayed in . All these ppl try to do is suck money out of you . They are overrated , an very dirty outside ! There is trash left all around the complex & Latasha in the office is rude , unapologetic , an a disgrace to their complex . They should really think about hiring better management. If I could afford breaking my Lease I would do so ! But please beware !! Everything that glitters isn't cold !! && this my friends is no jack pot , I am highly disappointed , not to mention the police having to come out here several times for disturbances , the drug dealers that run the complex , no place for a family that's for sure !! Run , as far away as you can !!”

“Nice apts but poor upkeep...need to remodel for the price we pay...patrole needs to be out a lot more and longer,it just need a lot like my porch is falling apart...the apts look ruff --- he'll on the outside,why not fix it up since we pay so much for rent .”

“So I haven't lived or moved in to Coventry Park as yet but I just wanted to talk about their customer service. Stacey is fast with her responses and gives me detail to help me on my search. I'm actually really excited to check it out and hopefully, if they are a good match, I'll have even better things to say I the future”

“I love these apartments. Office staff is nice and maintenance work fast. Especially the manager she is so understanding. I have seen small roaches here or there but as soon as the people come spray no more roaches. Keep up the great work guys.”

“I've been here almost 3 years and my feelings about this apartment has went real low first off when u renew your lease the rent goes up which I think is absolutely ridiculous. Then the kids have nothing to do because the office staff don't want them doing anything (playing ball running etc) hell they dam near don't want them in the pool. The management is just difficult about everything I'm just not happy at all anymore. The only thing that's good here is no one has broken in. Thanks for listening”

“it is okay. Just a lot of noise at night. Need an on sight security guard because it's gets loud at night and a lot of people are outside... Besides its an okay place to live. The an conditioning unit doesn't get that cool. I do want to thank latasha and Evelyn for having an open door to listen to concerns.”

“My experience here has been satisfactory. The parking can be a problem at times. The rate for these units should be a little more reasonably affordable in pricing. I would like to upgrade to a bigger unit and rmain a tenant here at Coventry Park, it's a pretty safe community.”

“All I have to say is we are having problems with this ac it's to hot in here and it has to be fixed or something has to happen can't live with heat it's already to hot outside we should be able to home and and feel comfortable not more heat so please fix the problem”

“When I first applied to this apartment the secretary was very friendly and really showed a sincere interest in what I was looking for and could afford. I told her that I had only lived in Houston for a little over a year and she gave me lots of info and answered my questions thoroughly. She showed me an apartment that was similar to the one I would apply for. When I came back with the necessary papers and completed the application there were two apartments available. We talk more about my likes and dislikes, parking, and even some personal needs related to my health. Shortly after she suggested I would like the one that I am in now. She was right! The neighbors are friendly and not a lot of activity going on in my area. They invited me their bar-b-que my second week in. They also kept an eye on my apartment when I went out of town.I like what the maintenance men did with the apartment. I though I was in a newly renovated apartment. I love my kitchen because it has a window, and one doesn't see that often in an apartment. The bedrooms are big considering the the amount of rent I pay. I have live in other apartments and the layout is exceptional because I have a hallway, and my bedrooms are separated by the dining area. Two bathrooms is a must for me and having one in my bedroom is so convenient. I have a queen size bed, dresser, night stand and a chair in my bedroom, and I still have room for a computer desk with plenty of room to get around. They but in a new toilet and refrigerator, and the manager decided to put in a new light fixture in the dining area. I have new carpet and they explained the condition of the apartment and what they had to do to it, to get it in shape for a move-in. I think that a big plant or flower in a pot would be nice in front of my yard to beautify the outside of my apartment. Overall...extremely satisfied with the community, staff and management.”

“The Staff have been wonderful, they have made the moving process very easy for me and my kids. The Grounds are clean and the residents are quiet it has so far been a wonderful place to move too.”
