“Let me just say I changed my outlook on this apartment this has been the worst experience of my life we literally have our ac set to 67 and it’s 77 degrees in here I have a very bad heat issue I can’t handle heat or I pass out I’m sweating horribly we have called them millions of times telling them we need them to fix it and they refuse to come out their response was “give it time to cool down” well we have and it’s still at 77 degrees these are the worst apartments ever they are very rude they still haven’t came out to spray for roaches and bugs the gates are always broken and open we asked for screens for our windows and their response was they don’t provide screens if your looking for a nice apartment complex these are NOT it stay far far away from here they are very disrespectful if you call them to remind them about a maintenance order I’d give them zero stars if I could the paint job is terrible they painted over tape and the cabinet have cardboard by the shower and they just painted over it some of the outlets are broken there is no screws in some of the doors the maintenance lady doesn’t even understand English at all the floors are lifting there’s ants and spiders everywhere the gates are always broken for months and not to mention the maintenance gives our new upstairs neighbors a brand new ac unit but us that have been living her almost 2 years now the gate has been opened and broke for almost 2 months now we are sick of the management and the people running the upfront office Jesse is disrespectful Andy is also disrespectful and Veronica is straight up disrespectful and has a attitude towards me it’s terrible here the worst nightmare ever we asked numerous times if we could upgrade to a townhome and all they do is make up lies and say none are available when they are available units they are so rude and disrespectful they make it were an unsafe to stay here”
— 725 FM 1959 RD · HOUSTON“Exit gate is maintained with band aids and breaks every other week. Gate posts is chained to another post. Carpet buckled and old. NO NIGHT lightening. RENT CAFE SUCKS and over charges. RENT CAFE won't respond to the manager emails and call return calls. Over priced and run down apartments.”
— 725 FM 1959 RD · HOUSTON“he apartment is old so you might have problem now and then with the appliances, heaters and coolers but the management is responsive with the problems especially when Mrs. Pat is there. If you have problem with anything and they are unresponsive, try to reach out to Mrs. Pat. She is sometimes hard to reach as she is busy most of the times with management but she makes sure the problem is solved the moment she is aware of. Not only the inside problems, she makes sure the neighborhood looks good. The only problem is they move her to other properties often and it seems like nobody else care for this complex when she leaves… I am so happy we just got her back. We see lots of change in the complex as soon as she is here. The fence got fixed. The complex looks clean. She fixes the dog park which looks so arid for so long. Hopefully, she stays here for long this time”
— 725 FM 1959 RD · HOUSTON“I felt comfortable with the leasing office; especially Jesse who explained the process that easy to understand. I appreciated all his time and effort to get to know the property better, and to find my apartment. Great work.”
— 725 FM 1959 RD · HOUSTON“If I could, I would leave zero stars. Roaches are all over my apartment ( I have tried several times to get a exterminater to my apt. with no avail ) Parking is horrible. Unless you have a paid parking spot (25$) , plan to walk from across the apartments. Laundry machines are always broke and you have to buy a card from inside the office to use them. All payments are done online now, which is a extra cost to you. I can not count the times I have heard fighting at all hours of the night in the parking lot. The security gates are often broken and just left open at night. They only care about your money and will nickel and dime you out of anything they can. I move in 2 weeks, they offered me to renew my lease at a 80$ increase a month. I found a place I like more for 60$ cheaper with no roaches”
— 725 FM 1959 RD · HOUSTON“Can not wait to leave, Management is so fast to fine residents for something that is quiet out of their hands (due to lack of storage provided) but won't fix things that The City of Houston calls out to be violations. i.e. exposed wires outside (which is extremely dangerous). The amount of visitor parking spots compared to number of units is not acceptable. I have been hung up on because I was asking why we must pay a fee for something management is making us do.”
— 725 FM 1959 RD · HOUSTON“Great community, pleasant and well maintained landscaping, quiet, responsive and courteous staff, and clean surroundings. Convenient to I-45 and Hwy 3 so it's close to everything yet midway between the two so it's tucked away from the noise. Very clean.”
— 725 FM 1959 RD · HOUSTON“Mostly quiet and enjoyable. Amenities are lacking compared to what was advertised, namely the workout room and activity building have been unreasonably closed for well over a year due to "updates/Covid/etc." As renters, we are paying for these without being able to use them? The main building seldom holds community activities like BBQs or contests. Many driveways and avenues are disconnected and require entry through other gates, making it difficult to drive through and an adventure to plan a nice walk circuit. There is only one way to actually enter the apartment complex, even with several exits.”
— 725 FM 1959 RD · HOUSTON“Stop charging an extra 20 dollars when you pay rent online that's stupid and price gauging ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????”
— 725 FM 1959 RD · HOUSTON“People in the front office are great, very professional and helpful. My neighbors are also quiet and friendly. Unfortunately, this complex seems to be plagued by constant water issues and shutoffs. It's proximity to train tracks mean a train horn frequently blows at very early hours. The back of the complex has lights that mark a trail but only one is functioning at night and the back road is travelled by many large trucks so, again, early morning noise is usually an issue. I understand most of these issues are not controllable by management but they do affect quality of life.”
— 725 FM 1959 RD · HOUSTON“In the beginning it was horrible. I constantly informed the office about my AC. I put in several requests online and also in the office. It seems as if the ladies in the office thought I was lying about my situation on the AC not properly working. My son bedroom began to have mildew on the ceiling due to it being so hot. The air could be running at 68 degrees but showing 80 degrees. After telling the office multiple times to just put in a new AC they finally did just that 3 months before my one year lease is up. I don't recommend these apartments to any due to the fact that the ladies in the office were so rude! Especially the mexican lady that sits in the front.”
— 725 FM 1959 RD · HOUSTON“I love it, great community complex to live in.I moved into the complex September 2019 and been here ever since. Only recommendation is for them to set up security cameras around parking spaces. Too many incidents where tenants vehicles are being hit and no explanation to damages caused and cost.”
— 725 FM 1959 RD · HOUSTON“These apartments are nice. Other than the fact that the water gets shut down quite often. And ppl park here when not allowed. Also there have been some recent break ins into vehicles. We need cameras or on site security here”
— 725 FM 1959 RD · HOUSTON“Not happy with the community or service. Moved in and the sink didn't work properly then a leak in ceiling that took months to repair, bathtub paint is coming off, issues with roaches since I moved in, pool closed consistently and dirty for months during the summer. Holes in driveways for long periods of time, water is always getting shut off and A/C broken for days before it could be repaired. I would not recommend property to anyone. There is never visitor parking for your guests.”
— 725 FM 1959 RD · HOUSTON“Awesome support always! The area is very good! The only thing I have concerns for the same floor I am planning to extend another year but no cost benefit. They offer me with the highest price even I stayed here for one year.”
— 725 FM 1959 RD · HOUSTON“It's ok, they've seemed to rent to some shady people the last few years, but it's better then some places around the area. I wish they would fix the chain link fence on the right side of the apartments, it makes the property look bad.”
— 725 FM 1959 RD · HOUSTON“There's been so many problems with both apartments I have had DEFINITELY NOT worth the price, sooo many roaches and rats, the office staff is horrible except for Candace, the people never pick up after there dogs so it always smells like dog poop, the kids destroy the playground they just put in.”
— 725 FM 1959 RD · HOUSTON“This place has two addresses and two apartments with the same apartment number. so 80%of the time you have to go the the other apartment to get anything you bought online. Residence don't bother you and for the most part stay in there lane. You will get priced out of your apartment with the rent increases, so that's a thing.”
— 725 FM 1959 RD · HOUSTON“Very quiet but rude management! The maintenance would come days later after I have already put in a work order for something urgent needing to be done. The management are only nice when you're seeking a place there. Once you are a resident there they can careless about any of your concerns and are very rude and inconsiderate. They have been through so many managers they can never keep a stable manager this place is so unprofessional.”
— 725 FM 1959 RD · HOUSTON“My experience is good so far. Except for the questioning of having privacy/safety screens on the patio. I would like my water pressure in my kitchen sink to maintain itself. More visitors parking would be better. Also having somewhere for parents to sit at the playground area would be nice also.”
— 725 FM 1959 RD · HOUSTON“Was good once upon a time, when I first moved in. The services was very good. Management team was far more professional. Lots of promises, eg. I'll get back to you, call you right back, someone will be there shortly, etc... bulls”
— 725 FM 1959 RD · HOUSTON“I plan on moving out when my lease is up. This use to be a peaceful and quiet community but it seems like they aren't monitoring and checking the new tenants as before. Plus not enough parking spaces.”
— 725 FM 1959 RD · HOUSTON“The mgmt has changed about 4 times since I've been here. The maintenance dept. is not very good and try's to put band aids on things. I've had leaks in the unit that would flood the floor since we moved in at least 10 times (and that's on the low side) and it took the maintenance dept. until recently to locate everywhere the leaks weee coming from and I'm still not sure if they've all been repaired. I told the current mgmt. about a mold issue from all the leaks I've had underneath the inside air conditioning unit and even sent pictures to verify the issue and I have not had a response after the initial email was sent months ago. The safety in the complex has been great. We have not had any incidents or issues since we've been here. The residents tend to mind their business and are nice. One of the office ladies has been rude from time to time but more often than not she has been professional. We don't use the pool so I don't have an opinion about that area. The maintenance dept. makes this property get a negative mark in my opinion. Fix that and follow up on the issues mentioned about and that will make this property better.”
— 725 FM 1959 RD · HOUSTON“Not enough security too many cars and apartments are broken into. Too many vehicles allowed to park that are not residents. . Residents shouldn't be punished or charged when kitchen items like stove, refrigerators, dishwaters have become old and want an upgrade or newer appliances.”
— 725 FM 1959 RD · HOUSTON“Great place to live would recommend it to anyone location friendly staff and great neighbors quite friendly service. If I ever need an apartment I will move back there with no hesitations. Miss staying there”
