“From the time that I seen the apartment complex online till the time that I met the staff the whole experience was phenomenal. The community is great and the location is to die for everything is right down the street. And my apartment is very clean and I can tell that the staff took into consideration every detail.”

“So far it nice living in this community. Convenient access to stores, shops on transportation line, in spring independent school districts, school bus . Pick up and drop off school children FM 1960 is great.”

“Maintenance responds quickly and efficiently but beware of neighbors if they don't like you for whatever reason they will call in on everything they see you do and make up things to go along with it . It's neat and quite but could use some updating apartment homes don't come with microwaves and some things are a little out dated but it's in a great location and it's a safe location just be cautious of the bus stop that sits in front because it attracts all types of walks of life I won't be renewing my lease at this location only because of all the false complaints not at all based on the property it's a nice place to live”

“I like the privacy, quietness of the establishment. Management works with it's tenants to make sure their needs are met. Every month management has something going on for us, they always make sure we are aware of any concerns they might have. Their prices are affordable and flexible.”

“From the beginning as soon as I stepped into the building the leasing agent was so cheerful and welcoming. She assited me right away answered all my questions, took me on a tour and made me feel like this would be my home and now it is. The other staff members are very welcoming as well i really recommened everyone to lease here.”

“The staff is extremely courteous and professional. They respond quickly to requests, and the property is very well maintained. My only complaint is that living downstairs can be a little noisy at times, but coming from living in a house with lots of privacy, it has been a very pleasant experience.”

“Very nice community. Close to 1960, and Champions shopping areas. Very competitively . priced. Lush lanscaping and pet friendly. Always seem to have ample parking, and clean parking areas. Wish I could see more of a nighttime security presence, cautious about safety after dark.”

“I've been in at Legacy champion Apartments for about two and a half years,we had no problem with staff or anyone at the community... I love the way the staff and the tennis treat me. I am a retired disabled veteran everyone in the community is very respectful, that means a lot to me.”

“Very good office staff are wonderful people especially leasing agent Rachel she has Helped me and my family throughout our whole application process I would highly recommend family and friends to apply.”

“The apartments are very nice and the staff is awesome the property is pretty quiet majority of the time there are some residents that keep noise up but the staff normally handles it and the problem is taken care of.”

“I have a pending situation in which the staff are being very dishonest and like others have said. Unprofessional. I will post back in the upcoming week with a very detaild experience of how they will try to do and what to look out for. This is pending this situation of course. I will say, stay was great but exit is a nightmare. Depending on who you dealing with. Im even had to contact legal consultant to discuss somethings they trying to do smh. I was a awesome renter, always kind to the staff, never in the way of things and im very offended by management attempt to insult my intelligence. Im also will look for others who may have left, to see if im not the only one. Its some illegal things going on with this complex and I will post back later pending the outcome.”

“Very safe, clean, nice people, wonderful staff. I love living in this community. It's very close to everything that I need including my bank, the closest Walmart for doing my grocery shopping and also the venue I usually play at.”

“It is truly a blessing to live at Legacy at Champion Forest Apartmemts! The office staff is very kind and eager to assist residence in any manner. Maintenance requests are completed quickly and with quality work. The guys are nice and are considerate of our home when they need to come in for any repairs. The complex is kept neat and has plenty of parking. This is one of the best complexes in this area with reasonable rates and beautiful upgrades.”
