“Moved in one month ago,the worst that I've ever experienced ..I guess you get what you pay for and that shouldn't be the case!I didn't know that these were government housing apartments, what a waste of taxpayers money.Move in from day 1 was a nightmare ..make ready is a joke and the roaches will greet you at the door.I am so disappointed with my move at this time...Staff makes excuses for everything that's wrong ,they really don't care because they don't have to live here, and neither do i ! Going to do my year maybe, maybe not....Everything inside out is ------ and trashy ,these are the projects for real ..I wish someone on the outside (corporate office) would take a look inside and see what i see ,i know I'm not the only one that is disappointed and mislead ..Please rewrite the brochure!!!!! Not at all,I true!! False advertisement indeed !! First and last time”

Their so pittiful they had the nerve to show me an apartment with patio blinds for the closet doors. It took them at least a month to process my application. After i moved in I found out shortly that the property was infested with BEDBUGS,then when you go to the office to make them aware of them they insisted that i brought them with me and i needed to pay them ASAP to have the problem taken care of. What happen to customer service.? My experience here has been ruff one, so dont be fooled by them. The crime is so bad you can't even let your children play outside. They resently changed their name to NORTHSHORE MEADOWS, but you can best believe its the same DUMP.”
— 333 Uvalde Rd · Houston“northshore meadows would be a great place to live if it wasnt for women who walk around all day claiming to be public prosistutes, drug dealers/drug smokers, very disrespectful children there, and people who sit outside all day being in other folks business/personal lives. they dont fix anything and when they do. you might as well be come friends with maintence or literally give them a key to your apartment. because they never fix things right the first time. the office staff mrs. linda/millcee or however you spell her name. is complusive liars and will try to get money from people who are on housing assistance. one will tell you one lie/then you call back and the other have another lie. the sewage and plumbming is bad, you have nats in your apartment the size of flys and you will be very lucky if you get one with decent carpet. if you do decide to reside her. i would keep everything documented on what they say. because once you move out they will try to lie on you.”
— 333 Uvalde Rd · Houston“It is cheap for the 3 rooms that we rent but honestly its not worth it. We've had our car broken into 3 times already since we've been here (5 years), the fence gets broken into all the time by people of other apartment complexes. Loud music in cars in the parking lot at night. People that don't even live there park there and take up the parking spots of people that live there. A lousy place to live in. The neighbors throw trash everywhere even on our space. It feels like its not even safe to walk there at night, we've gotten a lot of notices about assaults and robberies. The staff is nice and maintenance as well I'm not complaining about the complex, more like the people that live in there and around the complex.”
— 333 Uvalde Rd · Houston“A neighbor of mines bought a product named steel door armor, I really wish they would supply these for free to resident as a added measure of security. It s really bad every where I know, but even worst in apartment properties. But since they have not, I feel compelled to atleast let you all know how to get it. Just go here http://www.steeldoorarmor.com I give you my word this is not promotion, I just want everyone to be safe that s it.”
— 333 Uvalde Rd · Houston“the community looks nice the people looks great but are they drug dealers staying with residents also a lot of side in crackhead that lease the apartment who don't look like or act like crackhead also over 8 break ends police say these apartments are not safe the staff will they it's the people you have around you but it's their resident and their guess that the office allow to stay with them and around the apartment and steal other people that work hard things housing needs to pull their money out if the drugs and door kicking in stealing crime making don't stop it is not safe not safe soon people will be getting killed it has to stop somewhere these people need real safey”
— 333 Uvalde Rd · Houston“Recently got renovated, love the interior of the apartment. Very good prices and good specials all the time. Office staff is excellent always there to listen. Maintence gets the work done in a matter of days but it will get done. Like to live there and the neighboors are caring and nice.”
— 333 Uvalde Rd · Houston“For those of you that read this sight often Im sure you have seen my name on other postings thats because I have moved around alot and I know about these apartmet complexes so please take my advise into consideration. We just moved from summit point about 3 months ago. The first time my mother stayed there which was in 2006 I stayed with her for awhile and while I was there it was not good. She had mold and leaks in her ceiling and the mantience was never any good. The incident that did it for me was when mom finally decided to leave summit point she put in her 30 day notice did everything by the book she even paid the last months rent the office claimed they never received her money order.. At any rate the decided to wait until my mom left for work on day to come into her apartment and take a 32 inch plasma t.v which didn't belong to her it was mine I let her use it until she got her own. I went to the office demanding my property they tells me well we have the right to put a lien on property inside the apartment. I told them that maybe be true but you can't put lien on property that does not belong to the lease holder, They argued me down and told me they were within their right.. I got tired of going around the bush with them so I took it a step further. I first wrote a certifed letter demanding my property within the next 24 hours. I told them if I don't receive my property I will pursue legal actions. They didn't return my property within the stated time frame so we took them to court my mother ended up getting all of her rent money back plus additonal fees and I got my t.v back plus additonal fees. Those people are nothing but slum lords save yourself from the hassle we endured..”

— 333 Uvalde Rd · Houston“I totally agree with the other review about this place. Management, what do we have them for because they never fix ----. I have been living here for a year and they claim that the major repairs are going to be done by a contractor. Which still has not made its way to my apartment. When you call them to repair something small it take them four or more days before they can get around to fixing anything. Not to mention the mold thats in one of my window seals when it rains it comes in to the bedroom. That the contractor is suppose to fix for over 4 months. Someone broke into our car and poured motor oil all over the back seat. 2 PEOPLE HAVE BEEN KILLED WITHIN THE YEAR THAT I HAVE BEEN THERE. Several apartments have been broken into. I actually witnessed a gang fight while coming from my car to the house. The lights in the walkway are ALWAYS BROKEN OUT. Good place to rob someone. Whenever the office gets around to fixing it they just break them again. DON'T LET THE MOVE IN SPECIAL FOOL YA! My apartment wasn't ready to see until after I had signed the lease. And it looked NOTHING like the model I was shown. They wouldn't give me my money back saying that I had already signed the lease. The carpet has burns on it you can see where they have cut out patches of it and tried to replace it with the similar color which does not match not to forget about the closet doors that are suppose to be in the hallway which they put up some OLD DIRTY BLINDS saying that they didn't have anymore doors. Which the unit I was shown had doors. Didn't try to even pull up the bottom that the doors are suppose to slide on. Holes in the bottom of the wall near the carpet probable was rat holes. I should have just moved to fifth ward.”
— 333 Uvalde Rd · Houston“Who wants to live here for a year..lol.we are running as fast as we can!its a nightmare.management is rude everyone in the office is a b...h.(sorry)Its true!parents do not control their kids. the parents it looks like are out all hours parting and fighting out in the court yard.i had a couple of kids come over my house because their parents locked them out for business reasons they said.(that can only mean one thing)they sit out side smoking pot in the middle of the day.(50%of the apt r smoking)you walk out side during the day u have to cover your mouth and nose. office said call law..yea right.kids breaking into vehicles.washing your clothes..uh..im scared to go ..there are guys gathered in both of them..laundromats that is.mashines are broke half the time and or it is flooded and muddy.its nasty.they need security.its dirty here anyone can get in..thats not good when hard working people pay rent and care what they live in.when gov. pays ur rent you dont care ..and they have no respect for other people...why should they eveyone feels sorry for them..”
— 333 Uvalde Rd · Houston“These apartments are the worse apartments to live in. Countless violent incidents. Mgt POOR. MAINTENANCE POOR! Don't move here. Do not move here. DEATH TRAP”
— 333 Uvalde Rd · Houston“This is my 2nd time living here. When I lived here before, it wasn't this bad. There are too many burglaries. Some parents have NO control over their children.Kids out at all hours of the night.Teenagers trying to steal vehicles or vandalizing the property. No security. When mgmt is told; nothing is done. All mgmt says is call the cops. So, basically you'd be paying rent for your belongings to be stolen.Mgmt is letting anybody in these apts. My guess is SECTION 8.<br>I also read the other review of the person who called someone a dummy. UMM..."an dummy"?? You have the nerve calling someone a dummy.”
— 333 Uvalde Rd · Houston“I've lived here for a long time- have seen many changed with management. Until the new manager arrived- nothing was done. Since he's taken over, the place looks great! Maintenance is wonderful, and the rents are affordable. I saw the other review, and wondered..how could someone review the place when they have'nt lived here for 3 years? What an dummy. Anyway, I hightly recommend it here!”
— 333 Uvalde Rd · Houston“Poor Maintenance, Staff is snobby and hard to deal with...grounds are not kept up, alot of "unlawful" activity on their grounds...You would be better off in a cardboard box..STAY FAR AWAY!”
