“I don’t usually do this, but I can’t just not say anything. It’s currently 12:50AM and I still do not have access to water. We received no prior notice that it would be turn off . I received a phone call at work from staff at 10:48 AM asking if I was experiencing plumbing issues. I told staff member that I was out of town over the weekend and I had not been home at time of call. She said if I did just give them a call. I reached home at around 5pm and noticed I had no water and started calling at 5:19 PM and could only leave a voicemail. They close at 5:30pm. This is just one of many incidents that I have experienced. Every time it rain my sun room and living area ceiling leaks to the point part of the ceiling in sun room chipped away. It leaks so bad that I have developed mold and have taken pictures and sent several maintenance request. They come and look at it says it the roof. This has been almost a year and a half of complaining about it. They will put a bandage on it for a temporary fix, but as soon as We get heavy rain it’s leaks to the point I keep a bucket to catch the water. I asked several times if someone can come and treat the mold at least do that and they say that will call back, but I never receive that call back to the point where I tell them I know I will not receive a call back. Your words say that you care and you’re there for us, but your actions show the opposite. It’s a little disappointing that this is how to get you to see how important it is to treat people as you want to be treated. It’s just that simple.”

“been shut off since the freeze storm 2/13/21... they dont Care about their tenants at all... since nobody has water people are Having to use pool water.. people cant clean our home, wash our fisher and barley cook cause we have no water... THEY DONT CARE BUT I BET THEY HAVE WATER AT THEIR HOMED.. WE ARE BEING TREATED Luke animald.. but i bet they still go want rent and a water bill even though de been without water since 2/13/21..THIS DONT MAKE SINCE.. I IF YOU READING THIS PLEASE DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THESE APTS...AND THEY DONT FIX ---- AND THEY OVER CHARGE PEOPLE.. AND TOW TRUCKS JUST COME AND TAKE YOUR CAR EVEN IF U HAVE A PARKING PASS... UGGGHH”

“The leasing office is a joke. The place is dirty, the doors have mold, there are people in the parking lot asking for money. This place in general is a joke. They dont take care of the complex nor the people. There is dog feces in the front part of the building and the leasing office does nothing about it. Our lease is up soon and we never got a notification stating what we needed to do. A month before the lease was up we went to the office to figure out what was going on and, NO ONE is there. We went to the office to speak to the manager in regards to the lease and she was not there, they had someone 'temporarily' working there and she had no idea what was going on nor what to do. This place is a joke, and I cant state that enough. We have been calling, going to the office and doing everything in our power to get in communication with the office but they are just never there. Please DO NOT give your business here. They do not give a crap about you.”

“If you want to live somewhere that consistently ignores your safety this is the place for you. This places lets stray pitbulls run amok and when brought to their attention tells you they are not legally responsible if you get bitten. They have allowed the trash to over run into the parking lot. When asked about it they blew us off. Please for your sake, run.”

“The staff is very unprofessional and Rude I well never tell anyone about this apartments...I was late on my rent I told the office I would pay by the 10th ...All late fee which is well over a $1.000 For a 1 bed room upgrade...Which my lease said until the 10th and then they will start legal proceedings...The office manager put a notice on my door saying.. I have until 1159 on the 7th I call them and they said.. I should come to court on the 9th ..I ask the for the corporate number and they wouldn't give it to me...I don't understand this all fee were to be paid my the 10th..They are unprofessional”

“I am so frustrated with living in this apartment,I cant wait for my lease to be over and move out.The office staff make you look stupid when you complain about stuff,I have had a dog poop on my doorstep,There are over 10 stray cats roaming the apartment,they scratch on your door and are always making noise and wont allow you sleep.I am allergic to cats and I have had to be on constant use of allergy medication because of pets that are not mine.I can not even get in or out of my car or apartment in peace without having cats all over me.Then is it my noisy neighbor blasting music till 2am like its a party,it is crazy in here and i am sleep deprived at the moment.And when you call the office,after a million times of calling and the phone is eventually picked,you are made to repeat yourself like you were not speaking in English.You guys should do better.I'm sure after reading this review the office staff will know who this is.SO TAKE CARE OF IT.”

“PLEASE PLEASE DONT COME HERE. I'm literally begging you to no come here I don't want anyone else scammed by this place any high reviews of this place is fake. It's dirty, smells like cat piss everywhere, and the leasing staff is literally the worst staff I've ever seen at any place. There's no professionalism and no integrity. There a -------- chick and a old --- black lady and you can't believe anything they say they will pretend to care about you as a tenant and that's a lie the moment you sign the lease you won't hear from them again and if u do them ------- will lie, avoid, and lie more. I don't know what situation you in but renting here will just make things worst RUN!!!!!!!!!”

“I visited the property on February 9 and I really enjoyed the tour. I spoke with Clarissa and she was amazing!! Of all the leasing offices that I walked into that day she was the nicest person and made me feel warm and welcome. Not only was she nice, ,the apartments that she showed me were nice as well.”

“This office management team they are all not honest,I apply to move in and they me believe that they I was qualify for only one bedroom, the manager called me and said to me that I will moved in on the 10 when I called them to confirm all I got is lying,lying and by the end They have my $250 none I work hard for that money but they take it for business God will make them pay for it one day. Is all about poor people make rich people riches”

“So after I moved out they failed to inform me of any charges that I owed, so they then sent me to debt collections. I knew nothing of this until I applied to a new apartment complex and THEY told me about the charges. I have since then for almost a MONTH now been trying to get everything squared away, I paid off my debt in full and sent proof to City Chase to get my account balance updated to $0 so I can find a home. I have COUNTLESS times emailed, called, and left voicemails which they time and time again fail to respond. Thanks to them my husband and I are left without a home, because with a balance on my renters verification, no one can rent to me. I hope to hear from them soon, because if push comes to shove I will fly from California to get this sorted out. WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!!!”

“I recommend not going to this apartment they are so rude and don't have patience for their residents. I do not like the lady in the front she has a bad attitude how's she talk to her residents or people coming in to look at apartments service is terrible. It's so noisy and a lot of break ins”

“I applied for these apartments because Gerard the con artist in the office told me to pay him $215 so he can hold a apartment for me. This guy called me several times asking for the money and assuring me I would get this apartment. So after 5 phone calls I dropped the money off to this con artist and then everything changed. First of all this guy looked like he was high on something and real nervous and telling me he's not going to run the app until I leave. Everyone in the office gave me a look as if he wasn't doing something right and 3 days later called and told me I was denied and now I'm out of $215. Please do not go to Gerald please go to the older black lady she's there to help and be honest. There are good apartments but just go to Gerald. But this is a nice complex just one con artist holding them back”

“Please do not move here. Ever since Westchase Crossing was bought out and became "City Chase," we had nothing but problems with them. They refused to answer phone calls. Also, we received a notice that they would be fixing the concrete in the parking lots, but then put caution tape around our entire apartment building and have began re-roofing. The roofers were littering literally everywhere, there were bits of roof everywhere because they just throw it off. My dogs weretoo scared to go outside because roof bits were falling from the sky. We never received a notice about our roof, and when I complained about them just throwing off parts of the roof while we were walking our pets, they just put caution tape around the pet walking areas and littered more. I eventually stepped on a rusted nail because of the roofing and littering. I contacted the office, they took my information and assured me that a representative would be in contact with me. Never happened. Our appliances were not working and we were told that if we wanted them to upgrade them that we'd have to pay. They also allowed anyone and everyone to live there. We had neighbors move in that were horrible. Drug abuse, domestic disputes, violence, etc. The police were contacted several times, as well as the office. Once the police came four times in one night. One of the officers spoke with my wife and advised her to tell the office to contact them so that they could confirm the criminal activity, which we did. Nothing was done. We later found out that none of the people living there were on the lease and that it was being subleased against the knowledge of the office. All of these things were breaches of lease. Nothing was done. The place was also completely infested with roaches. Everyone I knew that lived there complained about this same issue. Sprayers came out and it did nothing. The buildings are too old and outdated. We were finally able to move out and it was the best thing we could have possibly done. Do NOT live here. You're just money to these people.”

“Roach problem and to add, the ridiculous rent payment for a very old apartment complex with old kitchen appliances (Refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher). However, I do like the floorplan of my apartment and also how maintenance keeps the grounds of the complex clean.”

“The noise and constant construction is unbelievable Barking dogs and thin walls are the only thing offered here. The office is nice and so are some of the maintenance staff But over all my stay here has been awful Carjackings and horribly loud neighbors from all sides Everything was broken and dirty when I first moved in Nothing worked right Balcony door-broken A/C -broken Fuse to my powerbox-broken Drain above my shower constantly leaks Over all I would never recommend living here or giving these people your hard earned money”

“Horrible!! Not sure why I stayed two years I think the location had me. But for the money NOT WORTH IT!! I have lived in Alief decent apartments (NO BUGS) But here they exist. I asked the agent if they had a bug problem the answer was no. (of coarse they will lie) and low and behold seen one the first night. I have them come spray their lil boric acid stuff that (doesnt work) and you have to request them to come do it.. This should be done every week. Cats Cats and mor Cats all over the place popping on the sidewalks etc. smh. for the money they charge it is not worth getting stuck here. My lease will be up soon and I swear Im out these ragady --- apartments. On to something cheaper and definitely Better!!! smh And now the spend all their money on the parking lot and roofs... lmao Get the inside of them bldg together with them old --- appliances... smh You guys try but you get a half of a star from me... CANT WAIT TO MOVE!! And the staff. Imgrid or whatever her name is. Is the rudest bih ever!!!”

“This is by far the worst apartments I have ever lived in when it comes to bugs, rude staffing, abd outdated appliances..I called the front office to see when the pest guy comes out and the leasing agent informed me on every Thursday and I told her I didn't get the memo and she said it has to be requested, so I told her with the roach infestation you guys have, no one should have to ever request him or them to come out and her response: Ma'am he is not going to spray over 300 units in a snooty tone...You gladly take our monthly rent for over 300 hundred units, but can't get multiples of pest control guys to come here to spray these roach infested apartments down? Not to mentioned she was rude because as I am talking she is talking over me and I started to just go there in person, but decided she wasn't worth me going there to tell her about these old appliances, the bad cosmetic cover up, and much more...As I read the reviews on these apartments I can see that I am not the only one and this roach infestation has been an ongoing problem for years..Thankfully my lease is up in 8 months because I really stayed longer than I should...Rude office employees (Rachel) and roaches doesn't mix well...I will say I like where I am located for the most part, but that's all you will get from me..”

“The rent is toooooo high for the old building structure. NO FRESH AIR DUE TO DOG POO OVERLOAD... I really hate when I step outside and smell that or nowadays step in ut and bring it to work school or in home. Old appliances at least 20 plus years at least 15 family used. cosmetic cover up and I was hoping it would last months, but the wear comes through about 30 days later, ceiling cracks and the bathroom is the worse. the stoves and refrigerators are from the 80s. My worst roach encounter 11 in 1 day... bed bugs yes... but it cleared. Stove knobs get hot as inside of stove. If roo cheap too renovate at least new appliances.. Cats keep rats away. The new management is cool, can't really complain on customer service. Maintenance, but they are fast... dishwashet broke a lot. Every 1 comes to my house and say they cant believe i pay over 1000 for roach motel that need renovation. I bet they have more roaches than that 1.5 billion dollar lotto Overall, If it was not for my son in school I would not stay But 70% of his friends have moved away to better.. Oh and it is a great location !!”

“Terrible place to live office staff are very rude it's all about money with them. They want to charge you for everything.. infested with roaches and bed bugs. Couldn't wait for my lease to be over.. Someone broke in to my car two days before moving in told office staff nothing was done about it. There security cameras don't even work. ???? all the dash washer and stove are old. Oh and the place has dog ---- everywhere and the halls smells like piss”

“I really love this place. The staff from top to bottom is super friendly. They have a great salt water pool. Also the lounge is amazing. My two bedroom is a huge space and it is a great value. The are also very close to a mall, two grocery stores, and a few great bar and grills. To top it all off they are pet friendly, which to me was a huge selling point. The landscapers also always keep the place neat. Absolutely love this place.”

“I visited my friend Rachel and stayed with her a few days in her apartment here. Great place, was really excited that it was close to a variety of grocery stores and shops in a good neighbourhood. The rooms were spacious and had a really good layout. Grounds were well kept and pool is a bonus. If I were moving to Houston it would be on the top of my considerations list.”

“I moved in a year ago. This place is great! They are courteous and efficient. Any time I have any issues my problems get taken care of. The staff is so nice I feel comfortable talking to any of them. Nancy helped me move in and ever since I felt like she would do anything to make me comfortable. Last month I was late and Ingris helped me out.”
