“This place has not changed for the better. The last property manager, Veronica stole my identity to get her her utilities turned on. Not to mention she took $50 from my deposit. A bunch of crack heads and child molester live there. Don't rent from this place....it's expensive and management still bad! The new property manager is Louis.”

“This place is one step below living on the street. At least living on the street you can go to a shelter on a cold night and get a hot shower. This place has no hot water ( the heaters failed 3 weeks ago and have not been replaced yet). My front door got kicked in by someone trying to break in ( I was awakened by the front of the air condioning unit falling off and hitting me in the head) so it is missing the bottom 1/8th of cardboard. The neighborhood is full of drug dealers, crack whores and plain whores. The front of one of the kitchen drawers came off in my hand when I tried to unstick it. A small roach crawled into my nostril while I was sleeping and it's siblings get into my coffee, So, this place sucks.”

“I hate this place. The manager change every month. My account is so screwed up nobody knows what I owe. I move in in January 2004 on the 13th and now they tell me my rent is past due on the 29th. This discrepancy is due to having so many different on-site managers who don't known how to calculate properly and cook the books to their own and upper management's advantage. Also, very dangerous. I got chase by a pimp who was very insulting yesterday. Also, people offer me illegal drugs on a daily basis. They once hired an ex-con ----- and her husband to be managers. They made up a cock and bull story about how the fire extinquishers were out-dated. They told us we had to pay them in cash. They took the money and ran. I think it was about $2000. Also, Manager Tina Ybarra would constantly enter my apartment illegally. She cook the books for prostitute tenants and took kickbacks for doing so. ONe person saw her enter my apartment leaving with a denim jacket.”

“This place is a total nightmare. Renting to drug dealers and users, sex offenders. No maintenance or management and outrageous fees and charges for a very unkept complex. Not safe or habitable for man or beast. I cannot believe that the city would let a place like this operate.”
