“DON’T MOVE HERE!!!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE FROM THE OFFICE NOT GIVING A ---- TO THE GANG MEMBERS THAT FLOOD THE SIDE STREET WITH ILLEGAL ACTIVITY AND THE OFFICE IS FULLY AWARE OF WHATS GOING ON AND REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!”

“The manager accusing me of gunshots at the apartment on street of the gate that has nothing to do with me and my baby daddy. Now trying to kick me out the apartments for no reason. Manager giving me 24 hours to leave with no court order.”

“Until they repaint the lines here, I will disregard this place, I have heard the tow truck drivers tows vehicle out due to the fact the complex is not signed correctly, meaning people really don't know where to park based on the lines on the ground.”

“UPDATE: I just found out that the office DOES have the final say if your car gets towed or not AFTER the office manager ROSE lied to my face and said she couldn't do anything. She needs to fired ASAP. STAY AWAY office is horrible, we renewed our lease 8/1/19, office gave us a temp parking permit because printer was out of ink. Permit expired yesterday 8/9/19. Tow truck comes today and tries to take our car due to expired permit. Office WOULD NOT help at all saying it's between us and the tow trucking company. Very conveniently tow trucking said they will drop the car for $75. CRIMINALS. God has a special place for people like this.”

“I have been here for 19 years,seen different owners come and go. Pics are posted online but my apartment dont look NOTHING like what they are posting! I am paying the "new" look rate for this (1bd,1bath den) is what it was when I moved here in 2000, now they are stating that it's a 2bdrm 1 bath,which is $845 a month and they havent came a put NO NEW NOTHING IN MY APARTMENT! THE OWNER ALWAYS COMING UP WITH EXCUSES AND LIES ABOUT WHY I HAVENT GOTTEN MY NEW APPLIANCES. YES, THEY HAVE PUT UP LIGHTS AND CAMERAS AROUND AND THROUGHOUT THE COMPLEX BUT DONT TREAT THEIR "LOYAL RESIDENTS " WORTH ----!”

“Fall Lake apartment is really improving under the new management. My water bill is going down they are upgrading appliances and replacing or fixing broken items in a timely fashion. They ask about feedback after every upgrade and fix, and Marty just helps make this less of a headache.”

Hello, I want to tell you when you need an apartment. I recommend you rent a fall lake because I, as a resident, am very comfortable living in good security, good maintenance.”

“I like living here because of the location. It's near beltway 8 but has lots of trees and is near walking trails and parks. It's pet friendly and the people here are nice. The new management has done some updating and I like that there is plenty of parking.”

“New management came in and out went any site of maintenance and multiple residents. I had no complaints ever, and when need be maintainance issues were fixed immediately. My ac went out all of a sudden when I fell into hardship and was late in rent. After multiple calls to answering service since it wasn't fixed in 2 days of working business hours...the guy said "the manager told us to juat wait until tmrw " that was 3 days with no air, in 97 degrees houston weather!!! I am now missing work, and my 5 year old is missing school sitting in an emergency room visit with breathing issues and congestion. I paid in full before the end of day and still nothing was done. We do not live in an all bills paid complex where they can even turn our lights, water etc off. So, thank you Luisa Hernandez currently of Fall Lake Apts for taking our air conditioning privileges and having my innocent child health at jeopardy and not knowing your jobs!”

“THE MANAGERS ARE ALWAYS THIEVES....WHO CANT LEAVE A RENT PAYMENT IN THE DROP BOX AT NIGHT. THAT IS JUST REDICULOUS! THE MANAGEMENT CHANGES MORE THAN THE NUMBER OF CALENDAR MONTHS IN A YEAR! I WILL NEVER SIGN ANOTYHER LEASE DUE TO THE DRUG ACTIVITY THAT GOES ON HERE AND THE GANGS, AND PROSTITUTION! A VERY SAD PLACE TO LIVE AND VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. THEY DO ILLEGAL STUFF TOO! I LIKE MS. MARTY BUT SHE IS VERY PREJUDICE AND CATERS TO HER OWN KIND AND ------ FABULOUS RESIDENTS! SHE HAS A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED WITH SOMEONE WHO CARES ABOUT THE PROPERTY AND THE RESIDENTS....POOR FALL LAKE. I AM EMBARESSED THAT I AM A RESIDENT THERE! OH YEAH AND IT IS JULY 5, 2017 AND THE POOL STILL ISN'T OPEN. WE WERE TOLD TO HOP THE GATE BY MANAGEMENT. REALLY?”

“MICE, MICE, MICE AND MORE MICE Beware!!! have been living here since October 2015 and I have been having a very bad mouse issue since August 2016. I keep my apartment very clean and sanitary but the mice found their way in and keep coming. I told the office management several times, they sent pest control once to put down traps. I've since been putting down my own traps and I catch one or 2 everyday. The maintenance people came and looked for holes in the walls and only found one hole behind the fridge. They patched it but the problem still persist. I am now starting to catch little baby mice.... THEY ARE REPRODUCING. Now I consider this an infestation. Needless to say I'm moving the hell out of here ASAP! I'll take the slap on the wrist or broken lease. Lady in the office is very nice, neighbors are very nice, quite and friendly.... But I can not deal with the mice.”

“Do not move here. The office staff don't keep up w/ money well. I paid a $150 deposit that she claimed she never got and I have proof. I did not sign a lease to prevent myself from future issues. If you can't keep up w/ a $150 deposit then I know you can't keep up with $750 rent. THEY NEED BETTER ORGINIZATION!”

“Terrible terrible terrible. The leasing lady is rude does not listen to any complaints but loves to issue out violations. Office managers children are out of control. Tried to tell her her kids were knocking on peoples doors and taking off running afterwards. Never a parking spot security is never around when you need them. Roaches in the apartment when i first moved in. Dishwasher never worked, lights flicker in closets. Mold around air vents. I have only been here two months and ready to move. Would not recommend these apartments to a homeless person cause they would rather be on the streets than be in these apartments.”

“I've been living here since 06-2013 & already planning on moving this is not the business here at Fall Lake...You have staff in office that lies to her boss to make her self look good but it's ok i'm not tripping...Wasn't aware of a killing that took place on the property here in Feb 2013 & i asked ---- has there been any incidents that i needed to be aware of she said no everything has been great(another lie)I feel if they put better staff inside of office that walks & observe the premises it could be better & stop picking at certain individuals(Yes Lorie has her picks in the complex....SO BE AWARE SHE TELLS YOU 1 THING & WHEN YOU MOVE IN IT'S ANOTHER...I also been asking for a mailbox key because i was given 2 & only 1 works...I also told Lorie about my ceiling fan in my bedroom shaking alot in June & it's going on August still no maintenance sent out to fix yet!!!!”

“Ive been living here going on 6 months! The office staff is wonderful, Lori is very attentive to any maintenence needs you request! I didnt have any surprises im regards to costs. The apartments are well kept and updated fixtures. Never had a problem with roaches or any bugs, but of course I do keep my apartment clean. Parking is always available and the noise level is at minimum. Mature neighbors! Im very happy here. I recommend this apartment to anybody that needs a cheap nice apartment.”

“I have lived here for some time and things are horrible with Lori in the office. She can never keep her story straight and picks on the tenants who do pay their rent. She needs to be fired.There is one lady in the office who is very nice. I have recieved notes for no apparent reason and she can't even expalin it to me. I really would like to move but my children are happy here and its close to my job. Pissed and Upset!!!”

“The main problem we have here is the staff ( not maintenence) the current lady at the office comes off a lazy or non-chalant the rent is a little high for us but thats something we'll just have to deal with when we first moved in they gave us a nice deal and they're really cooperative we don't really have constant bug problems but the doors have a space where bugs can easily get through the window area have spaces also and so does the fire place i actually saw a cocka-roach this morning which is rare but it wasnt unexcpected it could have came from the closet with the water heater, vents,crack under door (patio and front door) i live in the front and well the walls are thin i can hear kids screaming outside but it's summer now so im not complaining they don't wake me not alot of crime its a pretty small complex so its nice its not many handicap spaces well parking period. theres only one maintenence man i think his name is pablo so he may not come right away but he's really nice and helpfull. the apartment fixes up the outside of the place alot so they try to keep it looking nice the pool is nice but its usually full of kids in the summer and because its no park kids usually play outside together”

“The first stop is to the office, and the ladies there are very nice and go out of their way to help you:the agreement you sign thats whats locked in and no surprises. Second, moving your belongings into the apartment and getting settled well issues with the apartment are few and in between, and if a problem occur with the apartment the maintenance guy comes right away. Next,your mobility whether its a car, truck, van,or wagon it is in harms way. My husband and I have been out here going on a year in a few months, and we are planning on moving do to our property being broken into and items being stolen. Now, even if you feel your property isn't worth being taken they have target the same people in that situation. EVERYTHING ELSE IS GREAT ITS QUIET BUT SAFETY IS POOR WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR BELONGINGS. IF THEY HIRED A 24HR SECURITY GUY THIS PROPERTY WOULD BE THE BEST ON THIS STREET.”

“I am so happy I moved here. The staff is very nice and the maintenance guy is really helpful. My friend told me about them and she is very happy too. I didnt have any hidden fees. So I dont know what the other person is talking about. I pay my rent, my wahser/dryer and water/trash. That is pretty much anywhere you move. My apartment is cute and cozy. Again, I am very happy my friend told me about these apartments.”

“I WAS SEARCHING FOR A NEW PLACE TO LIVE AND CAME ACROSS FALL LAKE APT. I WALK IN AND WAS GREETED BY THE MOST SWEETED PERSON I'VE EVER MET. HER NAME WAS TIFFANY AND TALKING TO HER FELT LIKE I KNEW HER MY WHOLE LIFE. SHE IS SO DOWN TO EARTH AND WAS SO HELPFUL TO MY SITUATION. SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW HOME CALL TIFFANY AND SHE WILL BE A GREAT HELP! THANKS!!”

“I am very happy now. I moved to Fall Lake last year and a new management company came in and improved everything. I usually don't write good reviews for folks, but I love the new manager Dorothy so much I had to reply. The pool is wonderful now and maintenance is fast. The manager actually visits all of us and asks if there is anything she can do for us. I've never had a manager be proactive like that in my many years of living in apartments. Hoo hoo, 5 stars for this place. Price is right, service is good. It's nice to write a good review for a change, I've written bad ones on this website for past experiences. Highly recommend.”

“THERE IS NOT A SECURITY THAT IS TAKING CARE OF HOW SAFE THE RESIDENT ARE. (THERE USED TO BE ONE, BUT THEY FIRED HIM). THE GATES USED TO BE SECURED BY A PASSWORD OR A CARD, BUT NOW THE SECURED PART HAD BEEN DISABLED, ANYONE CAN GET IN STEAL YOUR CAR AND RUN AWAY EASYT. THE POOL USED TO BE OPEN THE WHOLE YEAR, EXCLUDING THE WINTER,(NOW THEY JUST OPENED FOR LESS THAN ONE MONTH IN THE SUMMER, AND IT WAS DIRTY AS HELL) THE WATER BILL IS NOT MORE TAHN FORTY DOLLARS, BUT NOT LESS THAN 32.00. THE OFFICE IS MOST OF THE TIMES CLOSED. THE STAFF IS JUST A BUNCH OF LADIES THAT ARE NOT PROFFESIONALS. OHH SOMETHING ELSE, I BEEN LIVING HERE FOR TWO YEARS AND THEY HAD RAISE THE MONTHLY RENT THREE TIMES.. WE ARE THREE PEOPLE AT MY HOME, SO THAS HOW YOU'RE GOING TO BE LIVING IF YOU MOVE UP HERE. SO THINK ABOUT IT TWICE, LOOK AROUND TO SEE IF THIS IS THE BEST PLACE COMPARED TO OTHERS.”

“I've only lived in these apartments for a few months since June, 2007 and I HATE it. We have had nothing but trouble with Management if thats what they should even be called. Maintenace is awful. It take forever and when they do come to fix things they half --- the work. They dont care about your safty or anything else JUST RENT. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR SAKE AND YOUR FAMILIES!!!!”

“"Slumlord" and horrible neighbors best decribe what you find if you are stupid enough to move in here! You try having to deal with a frige that leaks huge puddles, drawers that come apart, no screens so have to run your ac all day, the gate outside being torn apart, the security gate being left open, loud annoying big mouth neighbors, and a washer machine that will either rip your clothes to shreds or stain them with big --- ugly rust stains! And there was cockroaches to greet us when we 1st arrived. Do not ever consider moving here. The pool is almost always closed, thanks to the worthless, incompetant, -------- maintenance man, who for some reason still works here, and has not been fired! Their are nothing but rotten --- kids who live here, who don't know how to follow the safety rules in the pool, when it is open, and it just sucks! Do yourself a favor, and see if you can save up a little more money so that you don't have to subject yourself to this nasty --- place! Keep looking! Don't be fooled into moving into this ------ --- complex. Also ask yourself why there is no picture to show these ugly grounds. But if you drive by, you will notice that at least they have the time and money to change the colors of the balloons! Seriously-------Stay Away!!!!!!!!----------And keep looking!!!!!!!”
