Please don't rent in this bad bad bad apartment. They let me 5 days living in 95 temperature degree before they repair the AC, I have bed bug and they refuse to do treatment till the inspector approve but the inspector is lazy and don't make any effort to find it, the park is full 7/24 even if you come at morning is difficult to park your car and the supervisor is very men and like police when speak with you and not respecting any one. The noise is full, music from the under neighbor 24 hour, from opposite one all the day time, they use the car horn every time to call each other at morning or night to call car owner to remove his car which block the other cars, eating, drinking outside in the parking area,

I stayed there too for 9 years (ask why ? being cheap) Same thing. Someone broke down my door and stole my computer. They never replaced the door. In fact there was a 1\2 inch or more gap at the bottom and you can see straight through my apartment if you kneeled down. The fridge ? over a hundred dollars of spoiled food and 10 months later they replaced my fridge and that's only because I yelled and said 4 letter words. After katrina I got the hell out !!! Drag Queens, prositutes and dealers out till 5am. Enough was enough !!

This one time I looked out of my window. There was a kid downstairs with a bunch of guys pointing handguns at his face and screaming. I called 911 but they never showed up.

I LIVED HERE FOLLOWING HURRICANE KATRINA,I WAS DESPERATE AND DIDN'T HAVE ANY PLACE TO GO.FROM DAY ONE I HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH MY APARTMENT,FROM BROKEN TOILETS,TO LEAKING SINKS,BROKEN BURNERS ON MY STOVE AND A BROKEN REFRIGERATOR WHICH SPOILED ALL MY FOOD THAT THEY DID NOT REPLACE.MY RECOMENDATION IS THAT YOU STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i live there for about a year and let me tell you that the place has a very bad maintenance and management staff.<br><br>my place flooded twice and i almost lost all of my furniture in the living room also in the master bedroom everytime it rain there was water coming from the top of the window.<br><br>i ask the manager to fix it but they never did all they did was putting more silicone on the top of the window. but that didn't help at all.<br><br>finally they let me out of my lease because i told them that i was going to bring a tv channel to look at the conditions of this property.<br><br>if i was you i would look somewhere else.<br>take my word for it.
