Been living here for 11 years now. You get parking sports for free but they get full fast. Better to reserve one for just $30 more a month. Lots of stray dogs and cats in the apartments. People park everywhere they want. Hard to find parking anywhere at night after 9:30 pm.

Management don't care about their tenants. Never allow to talk to the supervisor, never fix anything on time. Roaches and rat infected. All they concern is collecting the rent, rent keeps going up every other month and recent marked all the parking lots as reserved and charging $30. Horrible place to live.

Have a major roach infestation. Have rats. Apartments upstairs always leaks to the unit downstairs no matter which apt you live in I have lived in three. Management sucks! Pipes back up at least once in every 2 months and water be all over your apt and all they want to do is come absorb the water instead of shampooing the carpet. The maintenance men have to be called over and over to fix the same problem because they don't know what they are doing! Ceiling has fell in twice. Not recommended to anyone, you might have to be rushed to hospital apts are full of mold and when u complain all they do is paint over it, instead of changing the sheet rock. Loud music and people hanging out drinking every weekend. They hit parked cars here. Kids play soccer in parking lot leaving dents in people cars from the ball and management does nothing about it!

Roach infestation!!!!!!! Mold everywhere. No parking, my car has been stolen and also wrecked while parked. The cameras are just for show.... the people that work in the office are there just to be there.... I have had all kinds of leaks refrigerator went out twice, I lost groceries both times. If you go in the office with any concern, before you can get anything out they talk about what they're not liable for... you get what you pay for!!!!! Oh and did I mention they have rats. I WHOULDNT RECOMMEND THESE APARMENTS TO MY WORSE ENEMY!

BUILDING 9 HAS SLUGS THAT ENTER THE HOUSE! THE MAINTNENCE DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX ANYTHING! THERE IS WATER THAT ENTERS THROUGH THE WINDOW FROM THE RAIN! THE CEILINGS AND WALLS AND CARPET IN THE MASTER BEDROOM AND RESTROOM ABOVE THE SHOWER GETS MOLDY. THERE IS NO HOT WATER!!!! THE STOVE WORKS OCCASIONALLY BUT THEY DONT WANT TO PUT A NEW ONE! THE OFFICE STAFF IS JUST TERRIBLE! THEY DONT CARE!!!

If you are looking for a dup to live in or want to feel that you are not secure in your place of resident this is the place to be. There is a cop out side almost every night gathering some information on some crime that was committed there. My casre got broken in numerous times. They go into your appartment when your not home, and th list goes on and on and on and on. I hate it!

No Hot water in Bld 9. It's not in the budget for them to fix it. Maintenance staff don't know what they are doing. They can't even repair a whole in the floor. The bottom of the walls have holes and that's not in their budget to repair. I have lived in 3 different apartments thinking it would get better. This apartment sucks and the area sucks. Gun shots at night, prostitution, and drug infested area. Parking is crowded. Neighbors are noisy and disrespectful

The price is very cheap if you are a student or on a budget. I realy did not have any problems it is ok.
