Resident runs a junk yard from his property and has multiple junk vehicles, rotting motor homes, stagnent water, tires, rotting materials that attract rodents that can be seen running everywhere at night. City of Houston has previously attempted to enforce code with this resident and each time, he continues to accumulate more and more junk and debris. It is a detriment to the neighborhood and a true danger.

REsident runs an illegal junkyard on a quiet residential street. Multiple rotting boats collect standing water, multiple rotting mobile homes are home to rats and feral cats. Tires are all over the property, animal feces and urine are all over the property in plain view.
Resident continues to collect junk vehicles and trash in front of property. The resident has so many junk vehicles on the front lawn that they continually park in the street. Reggie Harris has promised the residents that an inspector will come out and perform a test on every vehicle to ensure that they can move 150 ft forward and backward, however, he has not followed through. Resident has a ROTTING boat in his driveway among other scattered trash and junk vehicles. The resident continues to collect junk vehicles and parks his only working vehicles on the street, blocking traffic to other residents. Animals have begun to live in the rotting boat. Rats can be seen at night running around the property. The rotting boat collects stagnant water during rain storms. It is unacceptable to be allowed to collect trash in a driveway and inconvenience neighbors. Accumulating so
