Manhole cover in between 9904 Westview Dr and 1301 Centennial Dr has foul sewer odor.
States that they have sheetrock along with other construction debrie out at the curb causing a nusiance and she spoke to them 3 weeks ago stating they cant do that. This is a rehab home.

1. Large unsecured refrigerator/freezer in driveway2. Wooden fence is falling down3. The garage had a fire in it and it hasnÆt been repaired. Damage can be seen from the north.
Investigated location after further investigation and my conversation with the homeowner/Tenant this isnÆt a storm sewer issue, the cave is located underneath the sidewalk approximately 10 to 15 feet from the storm drain. Per citizen there was recently new fire hydrants installed in the neighborhood and not long after this issue began to occur, referred to Houston water for further investigation. IÆve placed a temporary barricade for safety.
