TO THE RIGHT NEIGHBORS BUILD UP THERE GROUND HIGHER THAN OTHER NEIGHBORS AND WHEN IT RAINS IT FLOODS ALL NEIGHBORS AROUND THEM PER CALLER. Complaint is for 8479 Blackhawk
ThereÆs a vacant lot between my house and a gas station/ car wash. Since the lot is the first thing going into the road a lot of people dump trash there. ThereÆs trash, tires sometimes clothes and itÆs really bad. Since no one picks it up it ends up flying to my front lawn. Someone needs to clean this up
