Very disgusting, loud, noisy and dirty environments. Roaches and all kind of animals in the apartment. Their pest control service is horrible. Millions of roaches in every unit, roaches crawling around you in your sleep, roaches in your food, fridge, toilet, closet. ROACHES EVERYWHERE! DISGUSTING! I wonder how they get past state inspection.

I love leaving here. The staff in the rent office is so nice and so sweet. People that are looking for an apartment needs to movie here. This apartments are pet friendly. The maintenance people do a good job. They have good security. They walk the property. They work every night. They have 24 hour maintenan.

DO NOT MOVE HERE The management doesn't care about the residents they only care about rent being paid on time, it floods both outside and inside the apartment buildings, kids run rampant destroying anything that they can, too many illegals living here, someone please call ins and the city of Houston to come fix this place.

They watch u like a hulk. They dont like black ppl they want their apts to b all --------. U have no privcay they have their maintence spy on the tenants who does tht. They blame ur kids for everything. The management bad attitude she wants u to kiss her ---. Ive been here for a yr and a half its time to move around. I wouldnt recommend these apts to no one. The maintence dont know how to fix anything they patch everything up ive been dealing with a broke fridge and stove they will not give u new appliances. But all the staff has ---- up attitude. Ill look the other way ifi were u. Dont come here. Cause im leaving at the end of this month. Then on top of tht they have ----ed up apts cracks in the wall and slanted floors. Smh hell nahhhhh..
