Thank you to the awesome staff of Camden Stonebridge both office and maintenance staff are great! They always go above and beyond for me. I recently left out town and completely forgot if I had locked my front door. When I called Lisseth she didn't hesitate to run to my apt and check for me, this is not just today this is always. Saul the maintenance guy is so helpful and friendly every time he sees me he offers to help me and checks up on me. They make living here very enjoyable!

I absolutely love living here! The leasing staff is always so sweet and they always have smiles on their faces. They are quick to help and never seemed bothered even when my requests can sometimes be in excess. Maintenance is great too. They always complete my maintenance request in a timely and effective manor. Thanks for being so awesome Camden Stonebridge!

I just moved into Camden Stonebridge earlier this month and I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay so far. The apartments are clean and spacious, and I have not had any issues up to this point. I would definitely recommend this complex to a friend. Noise: Since Camden Stonebridge is a smaller community, I have not experienced any noise issues. My unit is near the front gate, and I haven't noticed cars entering and leaving, so the units must me fairly sound-proofed. Grounds: Throughout my stay, the grounds have been well kept. I have yet to see trash around the complex or in the parking areas. Safety: No issues here. I feel 100% safe at Camden Stonebridge. Neighborhood: There are many neighboring apartment complexes, but it seems like Camden Stonebridge is located in a nice neighborhood. I work in the Westchase District and it takes me no more than 5 minutes to get to and from work. At times, traffic on Richmond can make it difficult to turn left out of the complex. Maintenance: I haven't had to request maintenance up to this point, but all of the maintenance guys have been very nice when I've interacted with them outside of my unit. Staff: The staff members have been very helpful throughout the leasing process and since I moved in. During the leasing process, Cynthia helped me a ton and she continued to follow up with me to make sure I have a great stay here at Camden Stonebridge.

I have been resident of Camden Stonebridge for years now and I have to say this is the best management team ever! The ladies in the office are so nice and helpful, they always give us gifts and have resident activities. The Maintenance team goes above and beyond and are very responsive. I am a happy resident.

The Camden Stonebridge team is the best! I always talk to Lisseth when I go in the office and she takes care of all my requests. Cynthia is really nice too. I don't really know the the other ladies. But they always have a smile on their face and seem very genuine. Great place to call home!
