I am having a great and positive experience with the apartment comunity and the management. Especially, Josseline stands out for her warmth and welcoming nature—she is always helpful and ready to assist with a smile. Truly appreciate her support. The team always try to do fun things for the residents, like last week we had super fun playing Bingo and winning goodies ?? The maintenance team is always quick and ready to provide the solution which makes our experience even more pleasent. Special mention for Mr. Leo and Alex, they are really good and know their job.

I recently moved into Camden Stonebridge, and I cannot say enough good things about both the community and the leasing experience. From the very beginning, the process was smooth, stress-free, and welcoming” largely thanks to the incredible leasing agent, Rosalyn Valeriano. Rosalyn truly went above and beyond to make my move-in experience seamless. She was professional, patient, and attentive to every detail. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, kept me updated throughout the application process, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed before signing my lease. What stood out the most was how personable she was ”Rosalyn genuinely cared about finding the right fit for me, and she made me feel like more than just a resident moving into an apartment. its rare to meet someone in property management who takes that level of pride in their work, and it speaks volumes about the culture at Camden Stonebridge.

The whole team and Armando are incredibly quick and professional with repairs. I renewed my contract recently and their service played a huge part in my decision to do so. I appreciate Roselyn form front staff at Stonebridge as well. A team.

Tonia is the best hands-down! She's always friendly and you can hear the warmth in her voice. She has went out her way several times to make sure my packages were placed inside my apartment while I was at work. Great customer service.

When I first arrived here, I was nervous and unsure that I would be able to locate a place to call home. I was given a tour of the property by Tonia, who reassured me that she would locate something appropriate for me. Following up with me to address any queries I may have had, Tonia reassured me that this was the right place for me. She was really amiable and had extensive knowledge of the property and its numerous amenities. Without a doubt, Tonia succeeded in finding me the ideal place to live. My apartment was prepared, spotless, and even had a tiny basket including small necessities like trash bags, soap, and a sponge. I'm overjoyed that I signed a lease here, but even more so that Tonia served as my leasing agent. She exceeds expectations.

I moved a few days ago to live here in a wonderful place complete with facilities and security. I also thank Tonya and Lila for their help from the beginning of submitting my application until I received the keys to my apartment. I also thank the maintenance team, especially Mr Fernando and Mr luis for their good treatment and keenness to finish what they started with full care. I thank them very much.

My fiancé and I encountered Tonia and she has been with us every step of the way. We had a really good move in experience because of her. She answered all questions day or night and has been nothing but informative when it came to welcoming us into the Camden Community.

These apartments are one of the best apartments I've moved to. Any maintenance request I have made were quickly solved. The upkeep of the property is so nice, especially the pool area. I love that it is a quiet area as well.

I moved in January of 2021. I noticed the great difference of care and compassion that the staff showed their residents immediately. I had all of my paperwork signed and ready to go before I moved in so that all I had to do is get my keys when it was time to move in. The apartments are spacious with updated appliances, cabinets and hardwood floors. There are spacious closets and a big garden tub for people who like to take long baths. I had a situation where my granddaughter had to come stay with me and I needed to transfer to a bigger apartment. The staff worked very closely with me to get me transferred out of my old apartment and into my new apartment with ease and with the least expense possible. The community is very quiet and all of the residents respect the rules and each other. The residents are friendly and the community is well kept. If you do have a maintenance request, it is handled in hours, not days. And the staff is so nice. Sometimes they call just to ask how things are going. I really am happy here.

I moved here in March of 2019 and still living here the staff has been excellent and very professional the ladies are very diligent courteous Mrs Jamie Ms. Marya, Mrs Elix are always willing to help the tenant's any way they can also very polite I would recommend Camden stonebridge to any one that's looking for a great place to live
