drainage pipe completely collapsed/blocked preventing drainage and resulting in excessive flooding àrain water not draining properly not only affects my home but other homes located on each side of Sewer Overflow since this weekend

311 Email request:previous complain concerning not cutting the grassàthis has elapsed now for over 2 -3 months. I would appreciate your assistance in getting these people to comply and be responsible for maintaining property.
This is the property of Robert and Merrill Adams who tore their house down but left their swimming Pool intact....the protective covering is coming off and the fencing is open and is a health and safety hazards to the adjacent neighbors and children and animals that may fall in and drown...The Adams have relocated to 4411 Osby Dr.,Ho tx. 77096
Current owner demolished house and slab and has left property unprotected without fencing, and especially "NO SILT FABRIC" TO STOP SILT AND MUD FROM ACCUMULATING ALONG STREET/CURBS AND ENTERING STORM DRAINAGE. OWNER SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR SITE AT ALL TIMES...THIS IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR IS PUTTING OUR SUBDIVISION STROM DRAINAGE AT RISK
