Resident built new fence with double swing gate to park boat and truck that they drive through the grass in front yard to get behind to park truck and boat behind gate, gate height is over 8ft tall and no permit obtained to construct fence or gate over height. Also no permits obtained for all the work being done on house for remodeling. 1st,2nd,3rd notice given and still no permits have been obtained.

Home owner had workers over overnight tearing our old A/C ductwork in house and replacing with new as well as working on A/C. This house has become an issue for all other residents surrounding it. Plywood barricade down side of driveway, cars parked in front of fire hydrant, sheets of plywood screwed to top of fence to make it over 8 ft tall. As a resident that has been here for more than 20 years please do something to stop this nonsense.
9722 Pine Lake Drive 77055 - Neighbor constructed a 12 ft tall plywood wall last night in front yard and along the west side of his house. Numerous police issues with these people and now we as residents have to look at his.
