I have been living here over a year and l love this apartment complex, never had any issues, it's clean and quiet. All the staff members are very professional. I really recommend this apartments lm sure you get a great living here.

You will be forced to pay for a portion of all repairs even if they were not your fault. If a door hinge breaks even if it’s not your fault They will say you broke it and charge you hundreds of dollars even if it broke while maintenance was trying to figure out how to repair it by watching YouTube videos. (Happens constantly). When you leave FULLY EXPECT to be charged for new paint and carpet even if you clean and it looks exactly like when you move in. They will never tell you upfront they tell you afterwards without warning. Adara is SHADY. Be veeeery aware. This is no place you want to live. Pot is rampant and management ignores it. Dogs are everywhere off leash hallways are filled with random trash which sits for months on end. It is an absolute miserable experience living here. DO NOT MOVE here.

I've been calling the office for a week and the office lady Mercedes stops me in the middle of a request and says use the app. She will not hear me out she rude and will not talk with you. You pretty much have to talk to them through an app online. Emergency calls are NEVER RETURNED.

Me and my brother move in 2 months ago from California, We were looking for a quite and nice place to move back to Houston. We weren't able to tour the property at that time and Maria was very helpful and send pictures of the property and it was even better when we picked up our keys we loved the apartment. Leasing agent Maria was very helpful

This has been an absolute nightmare! The management does absolutely nothing. I had a towing problem where a tow company took my car while I was sick and the management was supposed to notify me my car was towed but they did nothing. When I said that I needed to go to the tow company the tow company was unresponsive—in fact there was no way I could contact someone. I had noise and pot issues. The noise was reached noise disturbance levels repeatedly. I documented all this but when contacting the management which sound recordings they questioned why I was so frustrated. They did nothing for the pot although it was illegal. I got so stressed and upset I had to stay with a friend for a few weeks. Bottom line DO NOT MOVE HERE.

AWFUL! The parking situation makes this place NOT worth it. This is NOT a luxury apartment complex. It is a regular property. Nothing special. The current staff is not knowledgeable or helpful. This is not something you want when looking for a rental. You will not be allowed to have more than ONE family over at a time and they may still be towed. Yes you heard it right, you will pay them over 1k a month and ANY guests you have are liable to be towed even if they are registered. The grounds are typically unkept. Trash piling over, encouraging wildlife in the area (possums, etc) to visit you.

My experience at The Commons has been excellent, Elizabeth and Janet are absolutely amazing. Any questions or concerns I had they answered and handled efficiently. Over all I am very please with my experience thus far.

I've lived here for a while and honestly, I would have never moved if I didn't get a job offer in California. The staff has always been nice and the property itself is well maintained and quiet. I really miss this place!

Its been pretty cool, no complaints really. They missed my trash pick up once thats about it. other than that its a nice apartment complex. my neighbors for the most part are all nice. for the price its a pretty good deal

I am so happy we chose this place. We moved in right before all of this coronavirus mess and ended up getting our hours dramatically cut. They have have been so patient and understanding about everything, we are so thankful!!
