My husband and I lived her for 6 months. The place is ------ as hell. The office staff are rude. We scrubbed our apartment from top to bottom and they still refused to give us any of our deposit back and instead said that we own THEM money! We realize that we were living in the 'hood, but we paid $875 a month to live here so you'd think that they could afford some decent staff. Instead, there's uneducated, rude individuals in there. People's apartments get robbed by someone with a key. Imagine that. Think very hard before you move into these apartments. Be prepared to be talked to like a dog and not receive your deposit back no matter what you do. And don't bother contacting the management company-they're in on it!

The apartment management had turned into disaster-especially the black lady that works there insult every body and even enter peoples apartment when they are not there. The apartment is now very dirty, Homeless paeple work around the compound, papers litered everywhere and many residents keep moving out and are replaced by only crazy looking residentd brouth in by the black lady. Infact she must go or the beautiful apartment that I have lived in for the past four years will become like Forum plaza

I have visited the property and love it. The manager is nice and serious about raising the standard of the property. I am a little skeptical about the area, but I feel like the management is conserned about the safety of the tenents. Please share your experiences. Thanks.

The Madison has gotten much better since the new manager took over this year. I know you can't stop noise and crime outside but the manager is trying hard to control it inside. The property look great on the outside and the maintenance men have gotten mush better too.

I have been living here less than a year, and, yes, for the area, these are the nicest and cleanest apts. The rent is TOO HIGH, for this area. I have been awoken by gunshots twice in 2 months. Thank God, I have been lucky, and my daughter and I are and have been safe. If I had more money, would I move - H**l, yeah. The prostitution, the drug deals MOSTLY take place outside of our gates...but it is right outside of our gates, and these *quality* people can just walk right in to our complex as they do...<br>Not safe for kids - ------ - pretty much - because of the people hanging around in the streets and places close by. Could be worse, could be better - just overall a bad location. My daughter and I are moving ASAP.

Considering the area, it's a bit expensive, yet fairly quite and moderatly well taken care of. They just need to get some competent management in there. Some of the things I read in the previous reviews are true such as the sirens at night and the floor plans, but some I have not witnessed, such as the violence, the regular police visits, and the slow maintenance men etc. Marcy is finally gone but the manager they tried to replace her with was a drug user. NOT A SMART DECISION ON THE OWNERS BEHALF! I am interested in seeing who they put in there now and all the maintenance men are new. So far I haven't had to complain about there workmanship. While there is still some room for some improvement, obviously alot has gotten better over the past 3 years.

It is my opinion that this place will NEVER get any better unless they get new management. Marcy does NOT know how to speak to people & shows how little education she has. Outside appearance of the apartments is nice, but be prepared for all types of drug dealers as your next door neighbor. I can't help but wonder if criminal backgrounds are being checked before they are allowed to move in. Cars would get broken into on a regular & prostitutes can be seen dropping their cars off in the back part of the apartments and walking to "work". I would not recommend this property to anyone unless managent changes and the staff gets better.

If you love the sound of sirens you will love living in the Madison apartments. I have lived there for 1 and a half years and finally I am able to move. I will throw a party the day I move out! The management is HORRIBLE. Marcy (apartment manager) please move on... go work in a warehouse or something that way you won´t have to deal with people with your rude a**. When I moved in it seemed really nice. The floor plans were really nice. The grounds were really clean. But now... The security gates are still broken. The grounds are dirty. The garbage bin is always overflowing. I wake up to a domestic dispute at least once a week. The police are always in the complex. The maintenance workers know just as much as 5 year old when it comes to fixing things. I can go on and on. If you are looking for an apartment take my advice pass the Madison Apts. up.

I lived at the Madison for less than a year. The first couple of months were alright, floor plans were nice even the neighbors were cool. Then around the 3rd month all He-- broke loose! People were getting there cars broke into. Neighbors were coming home to kicked opened doors and all there stuff gone. Gunshots and residents getting robbed were a regular and the police helicopters kept you awake at night! We complained to management but, they only wanted their rent. I would´nt reccomend this place to my worst enemy!
