I have been a resident for two years,and i finally see a change.There or no one hanging outside playing loud music.The security is up on there game.No one can hang out at a certain time.The maintenance crew has improved {CHRIS is great}Keep up the good work.I wrote the last entry about the poor service and me going to the media ;However things here has really changed for the better.I feel safe going to my car,the office works and lawn crew has improved. I will be signing another lease.This seen unreal and I hope it last.thanks for all the improvement.CANDYCANE

i would not recommend anyone to stay in court glen. the office staff is not helpful, it is not pleasant to walk there, they dont want to fix anything that goes wrong in your apartment, and there is a major pest problem. I have been here for eight months and am ready to move even if i break the lease. the staff doesnt care about your safety and the mailboxes and gates are always broken. They tried to renovate the place but it still sucks!!!!!!!! If you are worried about your life, please DONT MOVER HERE!!!!

I MUST SAY THAT COURT GLEN IS NOT THE PLACE TO LIVE SPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS.THE MANAGER BETTY IS A BIT.... THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE RESIDENTS SAFETY, THE PLUMBING IS IN NEED OF MAJOR WORK, AND THEY NEED PROFESSIONAL STAFF ONLY. THE CRIME IS OUT OF HAND. THERE ARE NO REAL SECURITY (COURTESY OFFICE) THAT STAY IN DOORS ALL THE TIME NEED HPD BACK I CAN GO ON AND ON BUT I DONT HAVE MUCH ROOM LEFT.

There was a time that I enjoyed my apartment. My office staff was competent. That has disappeared when the manager Mrs. Hayes left for Iraq. I understand now why she left. The place is falling to the ground. The office people should not be allowed to work at Jack in the Box. They are so rude. i moved here in 2001. The staff made a major improvement and I was happy about that. Now I need to move. I can not live here another lease. The main managers need to know they have issues in there and correct them. Maybe they can get a more qualified staff that does not date the residents. So many of my neighbors have moved out and I am next.

Court Glen Place has really gone down since the old office staff nad crew has left. The new staff was one of many reason that I moved out, they allowed anyone to move in and destroy the property in the last 6mos I did not feel safe and I feared for my life...
