I believe the resident at 9637 westview, Houston TX 77055 has the Carvana auto sales franchise on katy Frwy, near wilcrest. He details and preps vehicles for sale out of his garage. He parks the cars on Confederate Road beside his home and south. These vehicles are frequently not registered or licensed. He receives pallets of supplies near his driveway. 2 possible violations, running business out of residence violation of deed restrictions and vehicles stored on street over 24 hours.
