311 email request This has been under construction for YEARS and the lot is not maintained and now there are weeds and vines growing up into the half-finished house.
The house at the above address has had a construction fence and been "under construction" for many years. Construction permits were granted in 2014 so are long since expired with no progress. This is at least a nuisance and possibly a health hazard. Spring Branch Civic Association
