I gave 5 stars to reach the top …. Unacceptable Delay in Refund I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I have been waiting for a refund that was due to me 7 months ago, and there has been no clear explanation as to why I still haven't received my money. Other than we just got a new manager. That was 2 months ago and the manager has yet to call me back. This delay is not only unfair, but it also reflects a lack of professionalism on the part of the company. I expected better communication and timely resolution, but instead, I feel neglected as a customer. I urge the company to rectify this situation immediately. I should not have to chase after my own money for this long. While living at the community there was a multitude of break in as well as a fatal shooting incident. Residents have to block the street off just so that the kids can get on the bus safely. Not to mention the amount of times people cars have been vandalized especially if you live in the back of the complex. Let’s not even start with the Jurassic Park Roaches you have to fight in order to enjoy cooking in your own kitchen. Per the leasing office they are just “tree roaches”. So don’t leave your window open and they won’t get in. If I’m paying $1300+ in rent I should be able to enjoy a cool breeze with my window open in the apartment I’m living in. I hope others are aware of this issue before deciding to do business here.

I moved on to my wonderful home , I was nervous about applying because it look like a very nice community how ever when I came in and met the office managers I new I was at the right place I was moved in days and I’m very happy with all my new space I definitely recommend for first time renters . Great place to live never had a problem while i was living here very clean and quiet place. The staff is amazing there always there when you need them and quick response to everything that is going on on the premises. If your looking for a place to live its here at the abby at grant rd

Ruby was very helpful with my move in process from the very beginning. I moved here from South Carolina and when I arrived Ruby also helped me find the nearest bank so that I could grab a cashiers check. The welcoming atmosphere Ruby presented had me excited to live here at The Abbey.

I love my new place i was in search for my new place for a while and when i toured at grant road i fell in love with the property , they have a nice work out facility and pool area i cant wait for this summer. My new apartment is huge i have lots of closet space and my unit is very modern my family visited me and loved it . Thank you management for my great experience.

Our move-in process was very easy and smooth. I recommend this community's very well-kept and spacious apartments. Our leasing Ruby was very helpful and sweet. The leasing staff is amazing they make you feel welcome.

My experience with The Abbey at Grant Road has been amazing. When I first entered the office, I was immediately greeted by the staff. The property was well kept and quiet. I had the pleasure to tour the property with Shonte. Shonte was just the person I needed to assist me with this process. She very informative and provided clear instructions. She is very kind and helpful. Never made me feel like I was going through such a stressful process(to me) alone. She actually made it a smooth and quick process. I came in on a Monday, by the end of that week I had the keys to my unit. She is hands down AMAZING!!! If anybody can make it happen, it’s Shonte!!!

Shonte was great! Very informative and knew the property well! Answered all my questions and anything I didn’t know she got back to me with answers. Very rare in my experience with property managers! Go Shonte!
