Plumber tells me that my connection to Houston Sewer needs repair. ItÆs 45 deg connection that needs repair, can I request that the City come out and inspect as it is not within my property line. I know this as the HCFCD and the City of Houston told me so when work was being done on the Briar Branch Ditch. My fence was moved back several feet when this occurred as it is City of Houston property.
