Once you get past the shenanigans in the surrounding area and are safe behind the gate of this complex, everything is great! The management is nice and respond quickly. My neighbors were all hard working people who looked out for each other. The rent eas very affordable and my apartment was spacious. I'm thinking about moving back to the SW side and I am strongly considering moving back to this complex.

I am a two year resident. I haven't ever had a problem living here. It's a small and private complex.No troublemaker's.The surrounding area is a bit rough. But for the most part it's affordable you don't have to contribute an arm or leg to live here. Management is great.

If you like living in Crack-Ville and love to see your average hookers you will fell right at home. Just remember that if you like having nice things, so do all the other people who like taking your nice things. I can only tell you that living in such a area as I have described to you I would rather live in Iraq. With that said I can only hope that this will let you know that living in such conditions can only be for the people who really liked what jail had to offer.

i have lived there for more than 5 yrs. loved the place but could never get things fixed. great neighbors and quiet little place. but to get anything fixed that wasnt a threat to your life is hard. <i.e. dishwashers screens, etc.> nothing bad to say but that.
