The City of Houston has nothing to do with cars parked on public street which has been going on before she the manager started on this property. The gate codes keep getting changed like the gate cards are $30 for residents to me that's extortion. If you don't do as she say not the rules of the property she will evict illegally or your lease agreement won't get renewed cause she was pissed of. This property is filled with rats other rodents roach's fly mold painted over. This is not a place to live or survive. They not right on this property. Apartments of Association need to investigate immediately.

Horrible apartments. They are very noisy and the entire place is poorly maintained. We are often without hot water and the electricity had to be reset in the middle of winter. Security here is a joke. The walk up and drive up gates are broken open. Maintenance comes and goes in your apartment without prior notice and money and pain meds have gone missing. We have not had guests in our apartment, so no one else has both access and opportunity to steal from us. Do not move here!!!

Crofton Place Apartment is the most amazing place. They are smart they are kind and they are important. They are under new management and the staff is awesome. They have onsite maintenance and security. They have beautifully remodeled pool and apartments.

Crofton had to be built on top of a graveyard because the dead are truly walking through 9555 Crofton St. The security guard looks exactly like one of the Muppets with his Kermit the frog looking ---. He plays loud music, is a CONVICTED FELON and a lame --- ----- in general with his phedephile child molesting ---. So if u come to Crofton watch your babies cause he's a playa hating, Mazda driving freak. Don't move here PLEASE. People get killed here. Rest In Peace Marrissa!!!

These apartments is the worst killing breaking in cars mugging and people living there when they are not on the lease. Kids out late at night pass curfew.

Crofton is the epitome of hood! I lived there for a long time! its horrible from murders to drugs alcohol teenage sex! doooooooo not live here unless u have people in the hood that look out for u!!! no I take that back dnt love here at all and don't give in to that lifestyle these apartments haven't changed since I lived there!! I pass thru when ever im n that side of town!

Let me give you some up to date feedback. This is the heart of the hood. Gunshot, fights, loud music, laws, ambulances and fire trucks...yea you gotta watch your car but truth be told u gotta watch your car everywhere. Managementneeds to be fired and replaced. Only person that makes an effort to get things done is yolanda. Mike i think and larie are a waste of space. K9 unit and undacovers posted. Maintenance live in the apartments for free for nothing because you have to harrass them to do their job. I wouldn't waste my time leasing. People got coaches bad... trash on the property is seldom picked up.. man really the list goes on. I mean i can't stop anyone from staying here but you have been warned.

i have been living in crofton apartments for a year and i am not happy cold water bad parking and it is a poor area to live in. the only plus is that you are in walking distance of a subway so i going to move asap

I have been living there since September and my boyfriend and I are ready to move!! They have recently changed management, and they are just as bad. If u want to be talked to crazy, have them make u feel like you lying just to have something fixed, all the roaming dogs, men walking and talking loud all the time outside your apartment, then move here.I recently had a run in with a neighbor and the office did nothing. I am tired of being in this apartment because of all the stuff i hear..I live right the office and im always hearing the fire truck or someone fighting or someone waliking by my car and nervous of what they are going to do.

Along with worrying about your car and household belongings, you will also live there worrying about your safety and sanity. The office staff has been constantly lying about fixing things and the owner is cheap and don't want to spend the money to upgrade the property, cleaning up; to get the hoodlums out. Though the police is always called there, they have a history on public records of rapes, robberies, apt and car burgularies, car theft, jack-up's, run-ins, etc. (when the Laws are chasing them, they run in anybody's house accessible...)The excuse, "We're repairing the boilers" is always the reply when you tell them you have no hot water and no heating, and why the sewage is coming up in the bathtubs and kitchen sinks.., The laundry mat has brown water coming out from the hoses, "Is that sewage?" They change management staff frequently, and when you move out of that dump, they have the audacity to charge you for s--- that's already broken; that they never repaired from your move-in request. Most of the property is occupied by the free housing program (some people only pay from $0, $2 and up) and those who pay full rent gets no extra attention of getting things repaired either. Go ahead my friend, TRY YOUR LUCK, YOU WILL GET ----! Don't let the landscape fool you!! It's the only going for them.
