They really have to do better with the maintenance issues. It always takes over a week to get anything done. And the excuse is ALWAYS because they're understaffed. And this was also pre Covid, so that's not an excuse. The staff is nice, but the excuses are ridiculous.

My living situation has been decent mostly. I like the peace and quiet, but I hate that the price has gone up in the laundry room, but the machines are still old, dirty, and are out of order a lot of the time. As long as I've lived her the buildings haven't been pressure washed. When the lawn service comes, the blower they use blows leaves and sometimes those leaves get caught in spiderwebs around my apt. My experience with maintenance has always been great though.

Quiet community, automatic lights that come on at night which is a plus for me. The staff is friendly and helpful! I love my spacious 1 bdrm! It came with a washer/dryer and microwave! Plus,plus ??????
